- Before making a purchase, please confirm that your laptop is compatible with the PD protocol. Once the power bank is ready for use, recharge it. Check to see if your laptop can only be charged through a USB-C connector and that it has one.
- Before using, determine the power consumption of your laptop. For instance, if it consumes 65W, the maximum output will be 65W, and the charging speed will fluctuate over the complete charging process. This is a smart setting that will protect your laptop.
- Please use the Type-C port that is marked “IN/OUT” when charging your laptop. There are two Type-C ports.
- For optimal performance, fully charge it every three months and store it between -20 and 45 °C. To increase the lifespan of your portable power station, keep it out of the sun and heat.
- Make sure the portable charger has at least three LEDs lit while charging devices that consume more than 60W; otherwise, the charging speed won’t be sufficient.
FAQs
Why won’t my laptop charge properly?****
There are two USB C ports; make sure you charge your laptop from the USB C1 port (Marked IN/OUT), which will support up to PD 100W, before using it. -Check the power battery level before usage. -Make sure your laptop works and USB C port charging is enabled. A second USB C2 port can only output PD 27W, so it is incompatible with your laptop. Check to see that the power cord is operational and fully inserted. If necessary, try a different cable and confirm that it will enable rapid charging technology. Reduce resource utilization on laptops. Avoid temperatures that are too hot or too chilly. – Additionally, this power bank is made for USB C standard protocol devices, making it compatible with the majority of USB C laptops and devices, but incompatible with older models and non-standard USB C devices.
Why can’t the power bank be charged properly?****
There are two USB C ports; make sure to recharge the power bank from the USB C1 port (marked IN/OUT). Ensure that the power cable is fully connected. Please use the charger and charging cable of PD standard protocol. Another USB C2 port can only be used for output; it cannot be used to replenish a power bank.
