Product Features

1. Single click the power button⑥ to turn on the power output mode and the LED indicator shows the battery level.
2. Long press the power button⑥ about 3S to enter/ Exit the Low Current Mode, and the LED indicator light will flash alternately in the order of 1-4, and automatically exit the Low Current Mode after 2 hours of work.
3. When the power bank has power, plug in the device, the LED lights① up and automatically turns on the output.
4. After activating the output, if no device is connected for 1 minute, the power will automatically turn off to save power.
5. The output voltage is 5V when the USB-A1⑤ &2④ output ports are charging the device at the same time. 65W+22.5W at full output power when the TYPE-C ② and single USB-A1⑤ or 2 ④ are charging the device at the same time.

Battery Level

Before First Use

• Please pay attention to the symbol sandindicat or for proper use
• It is recommended to fully charge the unit before your first use.

How to recharge the power bank

1. Micro port3 recharging : Max PD input 18 W, will take about 6.5-7 hours.
2. USB C port2 recharging : Max PD 45W, will take about 2.5-3 hours.

Note: When USB C and Micro are input simultaneously, the USB C port works first.

How to charge your device

1. Connect your device to the power bank via USB45 or USB C2. The power bank automatically activates the output and then powers your device.
2. Charge your laptop & PPS support devices from the USB C port, which will support up to PD 65W(Max 33W for PPS). USB-A port supports up to 22.5W(SCP) max.
3. Press and hold the power button 6 for about 3S to enter the low current mode to charge your low current device.

Note: Unplug the charging cable when charging has completed. If nothing is connected in 1 minute, the power bank will turn off automatically to save power.

• When the battery level of your laptop is low, it will need more power, please keep the power bank at a high level to maintain continuous use.
• When use any two or three ports together, the charging speed of each port will be adjusted lower and the total output turn out to be 5V.

Troubleshooting Checklist

Why can’t charge my laptop correctly?

• Check the power battery level before use
• Make sure your laptop works and USB C port charging enabled
• Make sure that the power cable works and is properly inserted
• Reduce laptop resource usage
• Avoid extremely hot or cold temperatures.
• In addition, this power bank is designed for devices with USB C standard protocol, compatible with most USB C laptops and devices, but may not be compatible with non-standard USB C protocol devices, especially old models

Why can’t charge the power bank correctly?

• Make sure that the power cable is properly inserted
• Please use the charger and charging cable of PD standard protocol
• Try using a different power cable, make sure the cable will support fast charging technology as the power bank requires
• Charging the power bank with a PD charger (45W recommended) . or it will need more than 12 hours
• Internal circuits have failed, suffered a hard shock like a fall

Why can’t fast charge my Samsung smartphone?

• Make sure you charge your device from USB C port, it will support PPS, USB A port can’t support PPS.
• Your phone is about to full of battery.

Why can’t get advertised 45W?

• Check your laptop power consumption before use, for example, when your laptop power consumption is 30W, the output will be 30W max, it can’t reach 45W, the charging speed will also fluctuate during the full charging process, it’s all decided by the device’s needs, it is smartly set to protect your laptop.
• Make sure to use a PD cable. The power management system of your device will gradually reduce the charging power rate as the power of the device continues to increase so that the working power rate tends to be 0 when the device is fully charged.
• Keep your power bank at a high battery level
• Try not use multiple outputs together when low battery level

How many times it can charge my laptop when fully recharged? Why not 26800mAh?

• When power is transferred, there is always loss due to resistance. Power Banks are not able to transfer 100% of their actual capacity to a device, so we factor in this loss when calculating how many times an average device can be charged from a fully powered Power Bank of any given size. Efficiency ratings differ between Power Banks based on their cell type, component quality and environment.
• Find the capacity of your laptop battery and the power bank
• Since there will be energy loss during device charging, the degree of power that can be charged to the device is directly related to the capacity of the battery built in the device and also has a certain relationship with the working condition of the laptop or devices under charging. For example, the MacBook Pro 13″ can be charged more than once while the MacBook Pro 14″ can be charged only once when the device is powered off. The energy released bythe power bank = energy (Wh) of the power bank * conversion efficiency (the greater the charging power rate, the energy loss more, the lower the efficiency)
• Conversion efficiency will also vary from cable length, high charging voltages/currents, heat, and the battery health of the laptop.

Warning

• Pass-through charging support, you can charge both the power bank and the connected device simultaneously, but the charging speed will be lower to 5V, and we won’t recommend using the Pass-through charging too often to protect the power bank.
• We’ll suggest pressing and holding the power button 6) for 3 seconds to exit the Trickle-Charging Mode, then the screen will turn off after 1 minute if no device is connected. Otherwise, the screen will automatically turn off after 2 hours, resulting in a certain amount of power consumption.
• To prevent environmental factors (dampness, dust, food, liquid, etc.) from harming the power bank, only use it in a well-ventilated, clean, and dry environment, away from excessive heat or moisture.
• Keep the product away from direct sunlight or heat sources. In case of damage, do not disassemble, repair or modify the product yourself.
• Contact After Sales Support for advice on repair or replacement, or refer servicing to qualified personnel only.
• Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the product.
• Do not put any object on top of the product.
• Do not place or store appliances where it can fall or be pulled into a bath or sink.
• This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product by a person responsible for their safety.
• Do not expose the product to microwaves.
• Clean using a dry cloth only – do not use water or chemicals.
• Keep the product away from oils, chemicals or any other organic liquids.
• Use this appliance only for its intended purpose as described in this manual.
