MEMPHIS AUDIO DIRECT FIT OEM POWERSPORTS SPEAKERS
Memphis Audio direct fit OEM audio systems include everything you need to make your machine the loudest on the trails. These kits are designed to fit directly into your vehicle with zero custom fabrication required. Lightweight durable polypropylene speaker enclosures are tuned for maximum output and feature RGB LED lighting which illuminates the speaker cone, and Memphis badge and provides down lighting making your machine stand out from the crowd. All the components used in this kit are marine grade IP66 rated and designed to withstand water and the elements allowing you to bring the party wherever the trails take you.

Memphis Audio recommends all installations be completed by a certified
authorized Memphis Audio dealer.
Warranty Information
This product has a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for defects in
material or workmanship. This warranty will be extended to 3 years when
installed by a Memphis authorized dealer using Memphis Connection products.
The warranty is void if the product has been physically damaged by improper
usage or abuse. If repairs are attempted outside of a Memphis Audio facility,
the warranty is void.
This warranty is limited to the original retail purchaser and does not cover
any expenses incurred in the removal or re-installation of the product. This
warranty does NOT apply to product exterior and cosmetics. Memphis Audio
disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages caused by
product defects. Memphis Audio’s liability will not exceed the purchase price
of the product and the warranty period specified.
What is NOT covered under the warranty
- Damage due to improper installation
- Damage caused by exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners, and/or UV radiation
- Damage through negligence, misuse, accident, or abuse. (Repeated returns for the same damage may be abuse)
- Product damaged in accident and/or due to criminal activity
- Service performed by anyone other than Memphis Audio
- Subsequent damage to other components
- Any cost or expense related to the removal or re-installation of product
- Products with tampered, missing, altered, or defaced serial numbers/labels
- Freight damage
- The cost of shipping products to Memphis Audio
- Return shipping on non-defective items
- Any product not purchased from an authorized Memphis Audio dealer
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. The above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
If warranty service is required, a return authorization number is required to
return the product to Memphis Audio. Warranty shipments to Memphis Audio are
the responsibility of the purchaser. Pack the product carefully in the
original carton if possible Memphis Audio will not be responsible for damages
incurred in shipment or due to improper packaging materials used by the
purchaser.
If determined to be within warranty your product will be repaired or replaced
at the discretion of Memphis Audio.
SPEAKER POD INSTALLATION
WARNING:
These instructions are designed to be used on 2018 & Newer Polaris Ranger
Models. These pods are designed specifically to work with these types of
machines. If you have a different year or model machine, check with your
authorized Memphis Audio dealer or contact Memphis Audio customer service at
800-489-2300 prior to attempting
installation. These kits are not designed to be used with any other model or
year vehicle. Attempting to install these speakers on any other vehicle may
result in permanent damage to your vehicle.
STEP 1:
- Remove the hood by turning the locking pins.
- There are 10 push pins on top of the dash. These pins must be removed. Use a panel tool to remove the pins.
- Once the pins are removed, lift to remove the cup holder and gauge cluster.
- Remove push pin located above driver and passenger side cup holder.
- Remove the push pins that were exposed after removing the cup holder and also the gauge cluster.
- Unscrew the 4 torx screws located in the upper glove box and remove the glove box
- Remove the push pins that were exposed from removing the glove box
- Lift to remove the dash.

Using the supplied M6 screws and small washers, install the supplied brackets
to the speaker pods| Located on the top surface of the pocket you will see two
holes, a larger and a smaller hole.
Route the speaker wire through the larger hole.
The smaller hole will be used to mount to the top surface of the speaker pod
when it’s in position (See below pictures)
From the top side of the dash, secure the M6 top mounting screw and large washer to the pod though the smaller hole next to the routed speaker wire

Remove the factory T25 Torx screw located underneath the dash
Remove the factory T40 Torx screw located on the dash next to the cup holders|
Place the speaker pod into position and secure the factory T25 and T40 Torx
screws through the brackets attached to the speaker pod.
STEP 6
Once pods are mounted securely the installation is complete.

REAR SPEAKERS
Add to your system these rear Powersports pods. The kits include all the
hardware needed to mount directly to your machine. These high-performance
speakers are equipped with RGB LED lighting and are IP66 rated to withstand
