SPECIFICATION

WARNING

  • Make sure GHB Solo Football Kick Trainer is free of debris and moisture before storing.
  • Before every use, check for tears and/or other damage. Stop using if any part breaks. Failure to do so could result in injury.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Step1
» Wrap our product around the ball starting from the back
» Stretch our product around the ball using the hook and loop straps.
» Connect the straps in a straight line
» Alternate tightening each side of the hook and loop straps until the sides fit snugly around the ball
Step2
» Loop the waistband around waist and secure the fasteners on each side
» Locate the swivel hook toward the front of your body around the waist
» Attach the elastic action cord to the swivel hook located on the waistband
» If the strap is too long for the player, the length can be adjusted using the parts on the rope

EXERCISES

  1. Juggle the ball with the insteps of both feet: Swing your foot forward and upward, hit the ball with the instep, fix the ankle joint when hitting the ball, and hit the lower part of the ball You can hit the ball alternately with both feet, or you can support one foot and hitthe ball continuously with the other foot Use even force when hitting the ball, so that the ball is always controlled around your body.
  2. Juggling the ball with the inside and outside of both feet: Lift the leg and bend the knee, swing upward with the inside or outside of the foot, hit the lower part of the ball, or hit the ball alternately with the inside or outside of the both feet
  3. Juggle ball with thigh: Lift your legs and bend your knees, and use the middle and front part of your thigh to hit the lower part of the ball upwards. You can alternate the legs with the ball, or you can use one foot as a support and use the other thigh to hit the ball continuously.
  4. Juggle the ball with your head: Stand with your feet open, your knees slightly bent, and use your forehead to continuously hit the lower part of the ball. When heading the ball, keep your eyes on the ball and open your arms naturally
    to maintain body balance.
