Pairing and Connecting

Open the case, take both earphones out, when the indicator light flashes alternating between red and blue, it’s in the pairing mode and ready to be paired. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, find iTour 22 Pro and pair. The indagator light will go off after pal ring succeeded, For pairing at the fir: stims or after Factory Reset:

For pairing at the first time or attar Factory Reset

Put both of the earbuds in the case, the power is on when both blue and red indicator lights are turned on.
Take the earphones out of the case while they’re in charging mode.
Take out both of the earbuds, when the indicator lights flash alternating between blue and red, you can find the earphones on the Bluetooth on your phone. For second time pairing with new device: Disconnect the Bluetooth with previous device, the indicator lights with flash alternating between blue and red slowly. When the indicator lights flash rapidly, usually will take up to one minute, you can pair your earphones with the new device by selecting the earphones on new device.

Touch Control:

ring Call: pick up/ hang up by double-tapping the touch area while the phone is ringing
While playing music: play/ pause the music by double-tapping the touch area.

Earphone Indicator Lights:

When the earphones are in the case:
Power on: red and blue light flash once quickly
Charging: red light flashes slowly
Fully charged: the light turns off
When the earphones are out of the case·
First Time Pairing: red and blue lights flashes quickly, alternating for 3 times Second time pairing: red and blue light flashes slowly, blue light flashes 3 times after connected
Low Battery: Red light on

Charging Case Indicator Lights:

When not charging
Battery>30%: blue light on(when case is opened} Battery< 30%: red light on(when case is opened) While chorging
Battery> 70%: flashing blue light
Battery< 70%: flashing red light
When fully charged: stagnate blue light on

Factory Reset:
Open the case and press the touch area of both earphones for more than 5 seconds. The purple light on the earphones will turn on, the earphones are factory reset.

Precautions

The bluetooth is still connected when earphones are in the case:
- check if the case still has battery, if the battery is dead, the Bluetooth will stay connected.
- the earphones are not positioned right: press down the earphones in the case, if the red light flashes, the earphones are properly placed.
- connecting point of earphones and cases is blocked: clean with toothbrush or a clean cloth and try again
he earphones wouldn’ t connect when out of the case:
- check if the earphones and case still have battery
- connection wrong: try open and take out the earphones again
- connection wrong: doesn’ t work, try use a metal tweezers or short metal wire to connect connecting points of both earphones, and try putting earphones in the case, and take out again.
Each earphone is able to connect, but unable to pair:
- Put both earphones back in the case for more than 5 seconds and try again b) If
- doesn’t work, try factory reset
No sound while connected a) check the volume of the phone
- check the distance of the earphones and phone
- check if the product is away from abstract devices like WIFI routers, as these may interfere with signal reception, causing sudden sound anomalies and disconnections
If the earphones flashes in red lights when out of the case, put them back in the case, take them out while they are in charge. compatible with 10S and Android devices.
