Power on and connect

Link the Power
Plug the power adapter into the power port on the back of the printer. -
Power On
Press the power button to turn on the printer. When the power indicator is on, the printer automatically enters the state of waiting for Wi-Fi connection, and the power indicator is in white. -

Assembling
Ribbon Assembling
- Open the ribbon cartridge.
- Insert the new ribbon and clamp it tightly.
- Close the ribbon cartridge.
Supply the photo paper

Open the paper box cover along the top gap.

Place photo paper smooth side up in the box.
Put no more than 20 pieces of paper in the paper box. Do not touch areas within the cut line of the paper. Pull the holder to place the paper more convenient. To ensure print quality, it’s recommended to put only 1 piece of photo paper at one time. -
Close the box cover.
Paper box assembling
- Open the box holder.
- Rotate the box holder down 180° to the bottom.
- Insert the box into the printer.
Ribbon replacement
- Open the ribbon cartridge.
- Push the trigger upward, old ribbon will pop up automatically, take out the old ribbon.
- Insert a new ribbon, clamp it tightly and close the cartridge.
Operating
Operating position
During the printing, the paper will move back and forth, please ensure that
there is more than 10cm space behind the printer.
Tip: Paper goes in and out multiple times.
Storing
When the printer is idle, paper box can be placed on the top of the printer to
save space and facilitate storage.
Keys operating instruction
Tip: When settings are restored successfully, all indicators will
simultaneously light up and flash for 2 seconds.
When the network is successfully reset, the Wi-Fi indicator lights up and
flashes for 2 seconds. During the printing, press or hold the power button,
printing will not be interrupted. During firmware upgrading, press or hold the
power button, upgrading will not interrupted. When there is a fault, press the
power button to shut down, and restart the printer to try to repair the fault
automatically. The network can only be reset if the printer is on standby, or
fails.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- The best printing temperature of the printer is 10°C~35°C, and the relative humidity is 40%RH-60%RH. If the conditions are not suitable, the print quality may be affected.
- Do not use unofficial ribbons and paper to ensure the quality of the print.
- Do not touch the smooth surface of the photo paper to avoid leaving fingerprints and affecting the print quality.
- When printing, make sure the smooth side of the paper is up, and flat inside the paper box, and insert the paper box on the front of the printer.
- The paper exit can not be blocked, blocking the path of the photo paper will affect the printing effect.
- During the printing, the paper needs to be reciprocated in the printer four times, and after the printing is finished, the paper will be automatically pushed out. Please wait patiently, do not forcibly pull out the paper, so as not to damage the printer.
- The printer uses thermal sublimation printing technology, the print head will be heated during the printing process, and the temperature will continue for some time after the printing is completed. Do not touch the print head to avoid burns.
- It is normal for different printers to have slightly different colours printed on different pieces of paper.
- When not used for a long time, it is recommended to remove the paper box, and close the door of the box, close the box holder and box cover to prevent dust from entering and affecting the printing quality of the first photo.
- When unused photo paper is stored in the machine, it is necessary to avoid storage in high-temperature and humid environments.
- Do not use the original adapter on other devices to avoid damage.
- Do not unplug the power adapter during the upgrade.
- Do use the original adapters, otherwise it will cause printing failure.
- Please avoid printing continuously for a long time.
