Product Usage Instructions
Battery Cover Removal:
- Remove the rear seat to access the Torx driver.
- Use the Torx driver to remove the battery cover located on the right side of the bike.
- Remove the single Torx bolt and two plastic pins carefully to avoid losing the rubber grommets.
TPU Bushings Installation:
- Install the 2 TPU bushings to the subframe bar near the factory din connector on the left side of the bike.
- Align the bushings to match the width of the mount.
Mount Installation:
- Open the clamp and place it over the TPU bushings.
- Close the clamp and insert the two M3 screws.
- Position the mount as desired and tighten the screws until snug (do not overtighten).
Harness Routing:
Route the harness up over the rear shock inside the main frame towards the
battery on the right side of the bike.
Cable Connection:
- Install the positive cable first to the power lug in front of the battery.
- Then, install the negative cable to the negative terminal on the battery directly.
Final Steps:
- Attach a zip tie to the ESA controller to secure the harness in place, avoiding pinching other wires or hoses.
- Reinstall the battery cover and seat.

Installation Instructions
- Remove the rear seat to access the Torx driver to remove the battery cover. Then remove the battery cover located on the right side of the bike. There is a single Torx bolt and two plastic pins that are held in by 2 rubber grommets. Be careful when removing the cover to not lose the grommets.
- Next install the 2 tpu bushings to the subframe bar near the factory din connector on the left side of the bike.
- Align the bushings to match the width of the mount.
- Now open the clamp and place over the tpu bushings. Close the clamp and insert the two M3 screws.
- Position the mount to your liking and tighten the screws until snug. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN!!
- Route the harness up over the rear shock inside the main frame towards the battery on the right side of the bike.
- Install the positive cable first to the power lug in front of the battery. Then install the negative cable to the negative terminal on the battery directly.
- Attach a zip tie to the ESA controller to keep the harness from moving. Be careful not to pinch any other wires or hoses.
- Reinstall the battery cover and seat.
