PREPARATION FOR USE

Brush head installation steps:

  1. Align the brush heads so that the direction of the bristles is the same as the front of the toothbrush handle (Figure 2).
  2. Press the brush head down hard to the metal axle until it will not go down anymore.

CHARGING THE PRODUCT

  • Plug the charger into the power socket(Figure 3).
  • Please make sure that the machine body and the charging base are perpendicular to the horizontal plane during charging, otherwise the machine body will fall down and cause safety hazards.
  • Place the body on the charger base, and the charging indicator lamp will flicker until it is fully charged when the indicator is on.
  • The body is pre-charged, so you don’t need to fully charge it before you use it for the first time. This charger can only charge one toothbrush handle at a time normally.

USE THIS PRODUCT

USE STEPS:

  1. Insert the brush head carefully into the oscillating axle, and leave a certain gap between the brush head and the main body to reserve a working space for the normal work of the brush head.
  2. To prevent toothpaste splashing, take a small amount of toothpaste on the brush head before use (generally speaking, sonic-wave electric toothbrush saves more toothpaste than manual toothbrush).
  3. First soak the brush head and put it into the mouth, then start the toothbrush.
  4. Move the toothbrush slowly with the bristles at 45 to the gum line.
  5. Hold the toothbrush handle gently and move slowly in a circular motion. Do not use press it hard.
  6. Please rinse your mouth with water after brushing.

BRUSHING MODE

CLEANING MODE

Effectively remove periodontal plaque (default mode). The duration of cleaning mode is 2 minutes, including four 30s intervals.

WHITENING MODE

2 minutes to deep whitening teeth, effectively improving tooth surface color.

POLISHING MODE

It can brighten and polish the front teeth, and users can press and hold the power button to stop polishing in advance according to their own needs.

MILDER MODE (BEGINNER MODE)

It is suggested that this mode can be used for the beginner which can effectively clean teeth and gently massage gum to improve gum health.

SENSITIVE MODE

It is a super gentle mode for sensitive teeth and gums which lasts 2 minutes.

TOOTHBRUSH HANDLE

Remove the brush head and wash the metal axle with warm water. Make sure to remove all remaining toothpaste.

CAUTION: do not press sharp objects on the rubber sealing ring on the metal axle, otherwise it may cause damage

Wipe the entire surface of the toothbrush handle with a wet cloth.

CAUTION: do not use rubbing alcohol of isopropyl, vinegar or bleach to clean the handle, otherwise it may cause discoloration of the handle.

CLEANING, SERVICE AND STORAGE

  • CLEAN THE BRUSH HEAD: wash the brush head and bristles after each use, and dry them with natural air. Do not pull the bristles, as this will deform them and cause them to fall off.
  • CLEAN THE BODY: clean the handle surface with clean water, and scour it with soft cloth, and dry it with natural air. Do not press sharp objects on the rubber sealing ring on the metal axle, otherwise it may cause damage.
  • CLEAN THE CHARGER: clean the stains on the charger with a soft cloth. Be sure to unplug the power plug from the socket before cleaning the charger. Wipe the surface of the charger with a wet cloth and use it after it is completely dry.
  • REPLACE BRUSH HEAD: professional dentists recommend replacing the brush head every 2-3 months for the best results.
  • CLEAN THE BOTTOM OF THE BRUSH HANDLE: before charging, be sure to clean the bottom of the brush handle, wipe the bottom surface with a wet cloth, and then charge after the cleaning.

STORAGE

If you do not use this product for a long time, please fully charge the toothbrush handle, unplug the charger from the power socket, clean the two parts and store them in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.

RECOVERY

When discarding this product, please do not put it together with the general domestic waste. Instead, hand them to the recycling center designated by the government. This will be beneficial to the environment.

Sorry, they don‘t fit this toothbrush. We have own design. And we have 6 brush heads per set.

How do I change the brush part of the toothbrush? I can’t seem to unscrew it on my own.****

Please pull it off directly, please note that there will be about 2~3mm between our brush head and the body.

No, I have many Sonicare heads left over but they do not interchange I hope this answer helps.

Mine came working fine but I’m trying to charge for the first time and it won’t. Do I need to get it replaced?****

Probably depends on how much tooth paste was left on the brush from the previous owner. Ours worked fine also, but actually using it was impossible due to the fact that IT WAS ALREADY USED.

Yes it does a really great job of being able to get in between the cheek and gum and clean your teeth. This toothbrush is the best electric toothbrush I ever had And I have had a few Oral B, Sonar Care and a couple more.

How do you charge this electric toothbrush?****

It comes with a charging stand; you just plug it in and put the tooth brush on the charger.

What is the purpose of having five intensity modes? How do you know when you should use one or the other?****

The toothbrush has instructions on the top of the mode, so you can choose different modes when your teeth are in different states, thus giving you better protection for your teeth.

Can this be used by kids?****

I would say yes depending on their size. The size and proportions would fit a bigger kid or adult better. I think the handle would be too long for anyone smaller.

Is there a trick to replacing the head?****

No, the brush heads do not come with covers.

How long can one Toothbrush head last?****

The heads are well made and will last however long your toothbrushes typically last. So treat it like your regular toothbrush. Like a normal toothbrushes, you should replace the head every 2-3 months according to dentists.
