Gateway Installation Guide
A step-by-step guide to install the Gateway with CENTEGIX’sCrisisAlert™
Parts List
Please ensure the following are all included in your box. If not, reach out to your Onboarding Specialist so they can assist you with the missing equipment.
Gateway Setup Instructions

Install Antenna
○ Connect the provided antenna to the coaxial port on the front of the gateway. -
Install Power Supply
○ Connect the provided power supply to the mini usb port on the back of the gateway.
○ Ensure that the power supply is 5v DC and between 2 amp and 3.5 amps -
Install Ethernet Cable
○ Connect the provided ethernet cable to the ethernet port on the back of the gateway. -
Power on and Install Device
○ Connect the ethernet cable to your existing switch.
○ Plug the gateway device into a power outlet and power on the gateway.
○ The screen should turn on and within 2-5 minutes the IP information will be displayed indicating that the gateway is connected and ready. If not, please reach out to your Onboarding Specialist for assistance. -
Position Gateway
○ For proper installation, the gateway must be between 5”-8.25” in length and the antenna must be at least 4” away from other RF emitting devices.
FCC Statement

designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a

- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
Caution: Any changes or modifications to this device not explicitly
approved by manufacturer could void your authority to operate this equipment.
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to
the following two conditions: (1)
This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must
accept any interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.
RF Exposure Information
This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an
uncontrolled environment.
This equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance 20cm
between the radiator and your body.
