Does this need to plug in certain way so the usb c cord comes out from below? or can it be turned around?
It has to be plugged in in a certain way for the cord to come out the bottom. No rotating where the USB c cord come out of.
Just got the s9 plus. Will this fast charge it? Or even work with it?
Depends if the S9 charging port is USB C. If it is, then yes it will work with it. You can also plug another cable into the main body of the charger.
