Safety Precautions
Attention: Follow the below instructions to avoid any danger associated with fire, electric shock or external damage during the time of operation:
- If the power cord is damaged, replace it after contacting the manufacturer, an agent assigned by the manufacturer or a technician.
- Ensure power voltage and frequency is compatible to the washing machine.
- Insert the power cord into an earthed socket and make sure it is plugged in properly.
- Don’t use any socket that fails to conduct sufficient electricity to the washing machine.
- Don’t operate the machine if there is any part missing or broken.
- Don’t touch the power plug with wet hands.
- Immediately replace the power plug/socket if it is damaged.
- Unplug the appliance before cleaning or repair.
- Don’t use old hose set. Use the new hose set that comes with the unit.
- Before opening the washer door make sure the water inside has been properly drained. Don’t open the door if there is any water inside.
- The washer door can get heated during the time of operation. Keep children and pets away from the appliance.
- Install the appliance following the manufacturer’s guidelines taking help from a technician.
- Remove the transit bolts before operation or else it could severely damage the appliance.
- It is strictly prohibited to use combustible or poisonous substances. Don’t use gasoline or alcohol as detergents. Only use detergents appropriate for washing.
- Be careful of the heat when the washing machine is draining residual water
- Always unplug the appliance with caution.
- If the washing machine is not being used for a long time, it is advised to unplug the unit and keep the door open.
- Packing materials can be harmful for children. Keep all kinds of packing materials (plastic bags, foams, etc.) away from the reach of children.
- Don’t let children sit on the unit.
- Children and pets can enter the machine’s drum. Check the interior every time before operation.
- People who are physically or mentally ill or inefficient are not allowed to use the appliance without proper guidance and supervision. Always supervise children so that they can’t play with the unit.
- Children aged 8 years and anyone physically or mentally ill can only operate the device if they understand risks and safety measures associated with the appliance. Don’t let children clean, maintain or supervise the unit.
- Don’t lean against the door.
- Until disconnected, keep children away from the unit.
Important Information
- Don’t use the appliance for anything apart from washing clothes.
- The washing machine is designed for indoor use only.
- Make sure the pockets of the clothes are empty before washing. For example, any wooden item, coins, bronze, nails, screw or rock can severely harm the appliance.
- Disconnect water supply and electricity immediately after operation.
- Operate all the programs without clothes when using the washing machine for the first time.
- Don’t repair the unit until the problems mentioned in manual are experienced.
- It is strictly prohibited to wash carpets made of steel wire.
- Don’t refill water manually during the time of wash.
- Wait two minutes before opening the door after a program has ended.
- Discharge the residual water before transporting the unit. Don’t use the door as a handle during the time of transportation
The unit can be operated using cold water if it has a single inlet valve. For dual inlet valves, it can be operated using both hot and cold water.
Installation
Note: Install the unit with the help of an expert technician. If you believe you can install it all by yourself, please read the installation guidelines first.

Unpackaging
Unpack the washing machine and check if it has incurred any damage during the
time of transportation. If any item in the box is missing or damage,
immediately contact your local seller. If the unit doesn’t come with a dual
inlet valve, it means that the unit doesn’t have a hose for hot water
.
Place Selection
- Firm, flat and dry surface
- Away from direct sunlight with proper ventilation
- Room temperature within O to 40°C
- Moisture below 95% (when in 25°C room temperature)
- Away from coal or gas and not on a carpet floor.
Removing Transit Bolts
Remove the transit bolts before operating the unit.
Store the transit bolts carefully for future use.
Placement:
Don’t install the unit where the temperature is below 0°C.
- Ensure the stands of the machine are properly placed.
- Grab the diagonal ends of the machine and shake it to make sure the unit is properly placed.
- Rotate the unit left or right to ensure the unit is properly placed.
Caution
- The supporting stands should be set properly so that the unit rests on the surface.
- If the machine isn’t properly placed, it will vibrate and create noise during the time of operation.
- The air-vent is placed under the machine. Place the machine on a firm, flat and dry surface. Don’t place the unit on a soft carpet or wooden surface.
Universal Connector:
- Separate the universal connector and water supply hose by pressing the universal connector and lock lever.
- If the outer diameter of the tap is bigger than the joint ring, loosen the 4 screws and take out the joint ring.
- Loosen the 4 screws and slide the top part of the universal connector on the tap.
- Tighten the 4 screws and make sure the universal connector and tap are firmly connected.
- Remove the “CAUTION” label from the universal connector, if any.
- Check if the inlet hose is properly connected or not.
Note:
- If there is a gap after connecting the hose, repeat the whole process again.
- Don’t bend the hose.
- Check the hose connection carefully every time before operation.
Drain Hose Connection:
- Keep the drain hose 65 to 100 cm above the floor.
- Make sure the hoses are properly connected.
Note: Don’t immerge the drain hose into the water to let it function properly.
Electric Connection:
- When you use the heating function, a maximum of 16A current will pass through the unit. So, make sure the power supply system of your house is capable enough to carry the load.
- Connect the unit to a socket that is properly installed.
- Ensure the power plate voltage is similar to the unit’s rated voltage.
- Make sure the power plug matches with the socket.
- Don’t touch the plug with wet hands.
- If the power cord is damaged or broken, collect a new power cord from the manufacturer.
Caution:
- The unit should be properly earthed to avoid short circuit or reduce the risks associated with it.
- Use a separate socket for the washing machine to avoid short circuit or damage of fuse.
Washing Machine Operation
Note: Ensure the washing machine is properly installed before operating
it. Before the first use, run the entire process once without clothes to drain
any remaining water inside the unit.
Process Description:
- Connect electricity and water.
- Put detergent (about 10 mg) inside the detergent drawer.
- Press the ON/OFF button.
- Turn the knob to select “Cotton” program.
- Press START/PAUSE button.
Cloth Selection:
To avoid the damage of washing machine and clothes, follow the below
guidelines properly.
- Don’t load more than the rated capacity.
- Select clothes based on the color and care label on them. For most clothes, the care label is on the collar or inside.
- Make sure the pockets of the clothes are empty before washing. For example, any wooden item, coins, bronze, nails, screw or rock can severely harm the appliance.
- Close zippers and hooks of clothes before washing.
- It is important to select clothes based on the color. Don’t put light color clothes with dark color clothes.
- Use liquid detergent or stain remover for heavy stains.
N.B.
Make sure no clothes are stuck between the door and the seal.
Using the detergent drawer:
- Open the sliding detergent drawer.
- Add detergent up to the main wash compartment.
- Add fabric softener into the compartment.
- Close the detergent drawer.
Caution:
- Don’t open the detergent drawer during the time of wash.
- Use appropriate amount of detergent for different wash temperature.
- Use water to dilute fabric softener or detergent.
- Don’t put detergent in the liquid container.
Detergent and other addition:
Always use minimum detergent for a front-load machine.
- Detergent depends on:
Type of clothes (cotton, synthetic, wool)
N.B. Use specific detergent for woollen clothes.
- Color
- Temperature
- Amount and type of stain
Remark: Sometimes there is white stain on black clothes due to detergents having no phosphate. Use liquid detergent if that is the case. Check if your washing machine is appropriate when using color or bleach.
Dosage:
The dosage of detergent depends on –
- Amount and type of stain
- Amount of clothes
Remark: Excessive use of detergent can cause foam in excess and reduce the productivity of the unit.
Detergent Drawer
The detergent drawer has 3 chambers.
- Prewash chamber – For prewash detergent
- Main-wash chamber – For main-wash detergent
- Softener chamber – For fabric softener
Only put detergent up to the “Max” line.
- How to put a separator between powder and liquid detergent into the main wash chamber
For powder detergent, place the separator on top. Pull the separator up so that it can be folded. Fix the separator using the hook. There will be a gap between the main-wash chamber and separator. For liquid detergent, fix the separator on the guide rail.
N.B.
- Put detergent and other additions in a dry place away from the reach of children.
- For pre-wash, liquid detergent can be used and powder/liquid detergent should be used in the main-wash.
- Liquid detergent can’t be used for the “Start Delay” function.
- Check whether bleach or color is appropriate for the unit or not.
- Avoid using turpentine or benzene.
This unit is equipped with Automatic Safety Functions that quickly detects the condition of clothes and acts automatically.

Activities
- Put clothes in the drum and use appropriate amount of detergent.
- Press the ON/OFF button.
- Turn the “Program Selector” knob and select the desired program.
- Select temperature and speed using the “Temp” and “Spin” buttons and press Start.
- Press “Options” for additional functions.
- After a program is selected, you can see time, speed, temperature and other functions on the display.
Functions:
Press “Options” in standby condition to access additional functions. After a
Program is selected, it can’t be changed.

Prewash
For heavily stained clothes, select pre-wash function. You can put detergent/washing powder in the prewash box but you must put washing powder in the main wash box. -
Extra Rinse Function
This function can only be selected in standby condition. This function is executed between the final wash and the soft wash. -
Intensive Wash Function
Use this function to wash for a prolonged time. -
Quick Wash
Quick Wash function can be selected on in standby condition. An indicator light will keep on blinking until the function is completed. -
Inlet Water Warning
If the tap is closed or the water pressure is low, the display will show Inlet Water Warning. -
Door Lock
The door will be locked after a program starts and will remain so until the program has finished. Don’t try to open the door during the time of operation. It takes about 1 minute to unlock after operation. -
Delay End Function
This function allows the user to operate the unit at the time of his/her convenience. This function can only be selected during standby condition. Delay Time will be more than the wash program time because it is the time when the program will end. -
Mute Function
This function mutes every sound except the alarms. Pressing the Quick Wash and Spin buttons for 2 seconds will activate the function. It can be deactivated the same way. -
Child Lock Function
In order to ensure the safety of children, this function can be used. Pressing the Temp and Spin button for 2 seconds will activate the function. It can be deactivated the same way. During the time all other functions will be unavailable. Turning off the machine using the ON/OFF button will deactivate the function. The function will automatically deactivate after a program is completed. -
How to cancel a program or re-select an option
- Press the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds to turn off the machine.
- Press ON/OFF button again to start the machine and select new programs and options.
- Now press Start/Pause to start the program without putting anymore detergent.

Process to end a program
After a program is completed, the display will show “End”. The machine will turn off after 2 minutes if no other functions are selected.- Press the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds to turn off the machine.
- Turn off the tap
- Open the door and take out the clothes
- Keep the door open for a while to remove the moisture inside
- Additional Functions
- Power Off Memory: If there is a power failure during the time of operation, the existing setting will be stored and the machine will restart once power is restored.
- Unbalance Protection: Before the machine prepares to spin, it will take some time to bring balance to the clothes inside the drum. If the amount of clothes inside the drum is too less, the machine will not spin. In that case, put more clothes inside.
- Reload: If you want to add more clothes during the time of operation, press the Start/Pause button for 3 seconds to let the machine enter reload mode.
Cleaning the Surface of the Washing Machine
- If there is water on the surface of the washing machine, immediately wipe it off with a dry cloth.
- If necessary, soft detergent can be used to clean the surface of the appliance.
Cleaning the Drainage Pump
- Take off the filter screw and remove the drainage pump filter.
- Open the filter cap as instructed in the image.
- Fix the filter again
Maintenance
Cleaning the Filter of the Inlet Lead
If there is no sufficient water or no water at all, the inlet filter should be
cleaned.
- Lower the water pressure.
- Close the lead.
- Select any function except “Spin”.
- Press the START/PAUSE button and run the function for about 40 seconds.
- Remove the inlet hose pipe from the filter.
- Use water to clean the filter.
- Connect the hose pipe again.
Cleaning the Detergent Drawer
- Press the “Press” label inside the detergent drawer and take out the detergent drawer.
- Clean all the compartments using water.
- Attach the lead of the drawer and close it.
Problems and Solutions
The washing machine is equipped with various safety functions that quickly determines the problems and solves them automatically.
- If the machine doesn’t start and indicator doesn’t work
- Check if the main plug is properly connected or not. Press the ON/OFF button to start the machine.
- Check if the wall socket is functioning or not.
- If the machine starts but indicator doesn’t work
- Check if the Start/Pause button is pressed or not.
- Check if the water line is functioning or not.
- If machine is turned off during operation
- “Rinse Hold” indicator will be lit up. Press the Start/Pause button or choose the Drain program.
- Press Start/Pause button if the display is lit up.
- If the display is lit after the machine door is opened, close the door and press the Start/Pause button.
- The machine will clean itself if there is excessive foam inside.

Electrical Safety
In order to avoid fire, electric shock and other accidents, please follow the below guidelines:
- Only the voltage displayed on the power label can be used.
- If you don’t have a clear idea of your house’s voltage status, please contact the local power distribution office.
- When you are using the temperature function, the machine’s rated current can reach up to 16 amperes.
- Therefore, make sure the electrical supply units (electricity, voltage and wire) can bear the normal load of the appliance.
- Preserve the wires properly.
- Make sure the wires don’t harm any human beings.
- Especially, pay attention to the plug points.
- Don’t put an extra load to the wall sockets.
- It can cause fire or electrical shock.
- Don’t touch the plug using wet hands.
- Ensure the socket is properly connected in order to avoid any accidents.
Environmental Preservation
The machine is composed of reusable particles. If you want to destroy the
machine, follow local instructions. Cut off the electrical wire so that no
power is supplied to the machine. Remove the appliance door so that children
and pets don’t find themselves inside it. Don’t use detergents more than what
is prescribed. If necessary, use products to clean the machine body.
Save water and electricity by using the appropriate programs.
Disposal
This appliance is recyclable according to the sticker. Uncontrolled
disposal can harm both the environment and human beings so it is necessary to
properly dispose of the appliance. Please contact the seller to return the
appliance who can ensure the appliance is recycled properly.
