Warning

No Permission
This mark means no permission, or it will lead to washing machine damage.

Ensure the earth connection in your electrical supply is proper before connecting the power cord. The socket should be standard and independent of 3 pin BS plug of 220V AC,50Hz A connected with a separate line fuse or circuit breaker of the value pf6A/16A*

Attention List

Never open the wash lid or put your hand in the washer tub when the washing or spinning process is going on.

Do not dismantle or repair the washer by yourself.

Do not put any hot or heavy objects on the washer!

Do not wash clothes with volatile materials such as alkaline or petrol.

Do not permit children to go near the machine

Do not expose the machine to direct sunlight, rain or heat.

1. Please clean the magic filter after every 5 wash cycles.
2. Ensure that the plug is disconnected to wall socket before taking out the filter.
3. Drain off all water in the tub.
4. Pull the filter out and wash it as shown in the picture.
5. Assemble the filter again after cleaning it.

Please ensure that you empty all pockets of objects such as coins, pens, toothpicks, match sticks etc. They might get stuck inside the machine and could cause the damage to your clothes.

Please ensure the tap is open and the water inlet is

• connected properly when washing.
• Detergent powder with little soap is recommended.
• Please check the recommended wash powder quantity list for reference.

Installation and Adjustment

• Do not place the washing machine on a slanting, uneven or unstable surface.
• Place the washing machine on a solid levelled surface to avoid excessive vibration during operation

• If the power cord is damaged.it must be replaced by the authorized service person in order to avoid hazard.
• Discard the cushion balance ring assembly cover.
• Remove the transit bracket.
• 
• Keep the machine at least 10cm away from the wall on all sides.
• Place the drain hose flat on the floor before operating the machine.
• The washing machine should be directly connected to the socket.
• Switch off the machine when not in operation

Dismantling the package

• Dismantle the package and take out the rat mesh package with upper foam.
• Open the wash lid and take out all the accessories.
• Remove as aged tams including cores plastic cube.

Adjusting The Washing Machine

• The front legs of the machine are adjustable.
• Then lock the nut if the legs has nut.
• Lift the front side slightly and rotate the legs to let the machine stable and horizontal.
• Then seck the whi the leg machine is horizontal as shown in the picture.

Drain Pipe Usage

• Connect the drain pipe to the machine side pipe mouth.

• Push the pipe to the machine side until it touches the mark, then fix the pipe with a clamp

• Ensure the pipe is connected firmly to prevent leakage.

• Ensure the pipe is flat on the ground when the machine is working

• The height should be less than 6cm as shown in the picture.

WATER TEMPERATURE

• COLD :
  • The recommended cold water temperature is 10-23.8 ‘C.
• HOT:
  • The recommended hot water temperature is 50-60 ‘C.
• WARM:
  • The mixture of hot and cold water. Warm water temperature is dependent upon the water temperature and the pressure of both the hot and cold water supply lines.
• IMPORTANT:
  • An owner should turn off the water supply whenever there will be an extended period of non-use. WATER
• PRESSURE
  • Do not operate the washer when the water pressure is lower than 0.05MPa or higher than 0.5MPa to avoid damage of the inlet system.

Installation of the water inlet

• Proper water inlet

  • Use the adaptor only on circular cross section of the taps

• The tap mouth should be smooth.

• The front lenght should be more than 10mm.

• Do not use any other shape mouth such as an elliptical or hexagonal mouth.

Connect the adaptor to the tap

About faucet

• Connection of faucet: Put rubber ring seal into the nut at one elbow of inlet hose and fasten it to the faucet as shown in the illustration.

• Put the nut in the other elbow of the inlet hose into the rubber gasket, set in the inlet hose and fasten them up as shown in the illustration.
• Note: Do not twist the inlet hose. If water leakage, check the nut whether it is filled with sealed rubber ring.

Connect the inlet water pipe to the machine

1. Do not detach the waterproof ring. Please check whether the ring is damaged before the wash.
2. Cover the pipe nut on the water valve.
3. Fit the nut tightly.

Connect the inlet water pipe to the adaptor

1. Press Down the slider, and insert the pipe to the adaptor.
2. Let the locking lever hook the pipe connector, and release the slider until you hear a sound.

Check the water inlet pipe and the tap

1. Pull the pipe gently to cheek whether it is tight.
2. Open the tap to cheek leakage.
3. Ensure the pipe is connected to the tap and the machine properly before each wash.

Detach the inlet water pipe

1. Close the water tap.
2. Hold the locking lever and press down the slider, then take down the pipe.

Control Panel and Features

• POWER
  • Press this button to turn on/off the washing machine. Then users must press “START/PAUSE’ within 10 minutes,or it will turn off automatically.
• START/PAUSE
  • Press this button to start/pause the washing machine. If pause, press again to continue.
• PROGRAM
  • Press this button to choose a program.
• WATER LEVEL / DELAY
  • Press this button to choose/change the water level. Or press this button for 3s to Delay finish working time
• WATER SUPPLY
  • Press this button to choose water temperature by hot /warm/cold.
• WASH/RINSE/SPIN
  • Press the WATER LEVEL and WATER SUPPLY button simultaneously to activate the CHILD LOCK function.
• CHILD LOCK
  • Press the WATER LEVEL and WATER SUPPLY button simultaneously to activate the CHILD LOCK function.

Operating Procedure

• Step one: Turn on the washing machine.

• Press the “POWER” button to turn on the washing machine.

• Step two : Choose a program.

• Press the “PROGRAM” button to choose the program.

Note: If users want to change the settled program, press the “POWER” or “START/PAUSE” button to stop the machine first, then press the “PROGRAM” button to choose again.

Step three : Choose the water level.
Press the “WATER LEVEL” button to choose the water level.

Note: The water level can be changed during work. If the users change to a higher one,the machine will stop to fill in water, and continue when the water reaches to the settled one.

Step four: Press the WATER SUPPLY button to choose the temperature.

Note: Hot water only: Hot water can result in better cleaning results. Hot water is not suitable for delicate fibers or wool. It is best for washing whites and colorfast articles, heavily soiled articles and diapers. Warm water only: Warm water can reduce the chance of fading. It is suitable for washing light and moderate soils clothes, dark color clothes, silks, woolens, nylon, and acrylic.Cold water only: Cold water is less effective in cleaning compared with hot or warm water, but it does minimize wrinkling and fading. Use it for washing extra sensitive clothes and for the rinse

Note : If you have a cold water connection ONLY and the hot inlet valve is capped off (refer to installation instructions) you must select Cold only.

Step five: Start the washing machine.

Close the lid and press the “START/PAUSE” button to start working.

Note:

1. Please make sure the highest point of clothes is below the balance ring.
2. DIY program : Users can design working programs by themselves.
3. Press the “WASH” button and then press “START/PAUSE” to choose wash only. Press again to choose wash time.
4. Press the “RINSE” button and then press “START/PAUSE” to choose rinse only. Press again to choose rinse times.
5. Press the “SPIN” button and then press “START/PAUSE” to choose spin only. Press again to choose spin time.
6. Users can choose one or two of these three buttons at the same time to design the working programs they want.
7. Under Child lock conditions, it will alarm once open the lid no matter in what procedure.

Recommended Detergent and Water Quantity

• Note: Detergent powder with little soap is recommended, please check the above water quantity and package instructions if you use another detergent.

Maintenance

Program Finish

• The machine will make a buzzer sound automatically once the program finishes.

Shell Maintenance

• Wipe the machine with soft and dry cloth after each wash.
• Do not use soda or bleach to clean the washing machine.

Magic Filter Clearance

• Ensure the Magic Filter is assembled before washing.
• Clean the Magic Filter after each wash as shown in the picture.

Inlet Mouse Clearance

Lint filter clearance each 5 wash cycles

1. Please pull out the lint filter according to the direction of the arrow.
2. Firstly open the lint filter and then close it after cleaning and rinsing thoroughly.
3. Reinstall the lint filter according to the direction of the arrow. Please clean the inlet filter if it is blocked.

CLEANING THE WATER INLET FILTER

• Periodically clean the waler inlet filter.
• Remove the power plug from the wall socket.
• Turn off the water taps.
• Separate the inlet hose and remove the mesh filter.
• Clean the filter with an old toothbrush and re-fit.

Troubleshooting

• Key points for trouble locating

The washing machine not running

• * Is the water tap open?

  • Is the power cord plugged into the socket properly?
  • Is the power supply turned on?
  • Is the Fuse sound?
  • Is the water level enough?

No water entering the machine

• * Is the water tap open?

  • Has the water supply ceased?
  • Is the water inlet hose of the connection pipe clogged?
  • Has the water tap frozen?
  • If the water supply is not supplied within 25 minutes, the buzzer will give out an audible alarm.
• Water is not draining out of the machine
  • Is the drain pipe laid on the floor or not?
  • Is the drain pipe frozen?
  • Is the drain pipe clogged?
  • If the drain is not released within 7 minutes, the buzzer will give out an audible alarm.
• The Rinse/Spin cycle is not functioning properly
  • Are the clothes put evenly inside the washing barrel?
  • Is the washing machine positioned stable and horizontally?
  • Is the top cover of the washing machine closed?
• The power supply cannot be turned off
  • If the error flag is still displayed, contact the commercial agent of the service center.
• Water is overflowing from the machine Drain the machine.
  • If the error flag is still being displayed, contact an authorised service center.
