Features of DVD Disc
Different DVD Discs contains different feature combinations, the kind of
difference is mainly caused by design coding division and manufactur er of DVD
Disc, the icons above represent some features of DVD discs. Note: Certain
functions of this device need to be supported by DVD disc. If the disc doesn’t
support these functions or a special setting is required, the functions may
not be usable, please check these functions befor e playing the disc or follow
the tips displayed on the screen. if the disc is polluted or damaged, sound
skipping may occur. To optimize the sound affect, do the following:

INTERFACE OPERATION
Main Menu
This car multimedia provides DVD ( optional ) , Radio, mobile digital TV, DVR,
internet, bluetooth, movie, music, navigation, extra audio and video
functions. click main interface left bottom icon to enter the main menu
interface as below picture:

DAB+(Optional)
With use of a DAB+ Box (sold separately), DAB+ (Digital audio broadcasting)
tuner lets you enjoy the convenience of digital radio, while Auto DAB+ Tuning
makes sure there are less signal interruptions. DAB+ digital radio brings you
high-detail, digital-quality sound with lots of stations, program information
and more.
The DAB antenna (sold separately) needs to be positioned on the windscreen of your vehicle.

Radio
Click the Radio icon to enter the following radio menu
- Return to homepage, the radio function will keep running in backstage.
- Return and exit radio function.
- Manually search the previous radio station.
- Manually search the next radio station.
- Search and saved radio stations.
- Automatically search radio stations, it can be stopped when click it again.
- Click this “St” icon to turn on/off stereo effect.
- After turn on this “LOC” function, it will search local strong signal radio station.
- Band.
- AF/TA/PTY /RDS(turn on AF icon to search RDS radio stations)
NOTE: For some cars, the factory radio antenna need to be connected with +12V power, please make sure it is connected correctly, if NO 12V+ power to the radio antenna, you will get a poor radio reception
Bluetooth
Bluetooth for Hands-free and BT-Music. Built-in Microphone, support A2DP BT-
Music, Phone Book and Search.
Click Bluetooth icon on the system main menu or press Bluetooth button on the
panel can enter the Bluetooth mode, after paired successfully, all the icon in
the interface will be lit and also appear icon on the top of interface.
Bluetooth Devices List
- Search for Bluetooth devices that can be paired
- Disconnect paired Bluetooth devices
- Start to selected Bluetooth device pairing
- Delete paired Bluetooth devices
Bluetooth Phone Calls
Enter the number to make a call. You can also choose a contact from the phone
book to make a call.
- Entering the phone number, click this icon to make a call.
- Hang up the phone.
- Voice Switch icon for converting the other person’s voice from the car speakers to the phone, or from the phone to the car speakers.
Bluetooth Phone Book
Tap to synchronize the contacts from your Bluetooth device.
- Touch this icon to do a quick search by selecting initial of the contact you want to call.
- The icon to delete the phone.
- Touch this icon to sync your mobile phone contacts. (Some phone models require the approval of the device to sync your phone contacts, press “YES” on the phone then our device will download the contacts from your phone.)
Bluetooth Settings
- You can change the Device Name of this unit. Tap CAR-KIT to enter a different name.
- You can change the PIN Number ( Bluetooth pairing password). The default password is 0000. Enter another four-digit number and then tap Done to set a new password.
- You can turn AutoAnswer / AutoConnect on or off.
Bluetooth Music
Click the Bluetooth music app “BT-Music”, then you will be able to control the original music player on your phone. You can also control the music playing by steering wheel control.
Note: This Bluetooth device can not transfer files, only for audio stream transfer.
CD/DVD(Optional)
In main interface or other modes, put disc into CD/DVD player, it will be
inhaled in automatically, and will detect, read, play automatically. When
playing, click the touch screen, there will be control menu on the bottom,
like picture below:

Click Picture/Gallary App icon, you can view all pictures in this unit, also
can load pictures in flash/SD/USB, support picture format: JPS, BMP, PNG, GIF
etc.
Video Play
Click Video App icon, you can view all videos in this unit, also can load in
flash/SD/ USB Support video format: mp4, avi, wmv, rmvb, fiv, mkv, mov, ts,
3pg, mpg, etc. Playing interface like picture below:
- Play mode(random/order/play/ repeat, etc.)

- Click this icon to check the folder
Navigation
Support Offline navigation like Sygic, iGO, Tom Tom , Waze, Here, etc. Support
on line navigation Google Map, and other Apps you can download from play
store.
Help you find specific address information and plan your route. User interface
varies from different Apps.
Music Player
Multimedia function For audio files
Support audio playing formats: mp3, wma, ape, flac, aac, etc.
The USB/SD playing menu will be showed as below, touch and drag to the left to
check the file listing, touch and drag to the right to check the folder from
the device.

AV-IN
Choose “AV-IN” icon, to display external audio and video on the device screen,
also with audio output function, as below picture(Different units support
different AV-IN function, more details please contact with our customer

FileBrowser
File Browser allows you to copy files to device flash, as picture as below:
DSP
- DSP digital sound processor
16- Band Real EQ Selections, 4 sound effect adjustments, enjoy music life with DSP. Select one of the stored equalizer curves, or customize the equalizer curve as desired. Select a listening position that you want to make as the center of the sound effects.
OBD (Optional)
The unit supports OBD2(0n-Board Diagnostics) car diagnostics. With the OBD
function available on this unit, you can retrieve real-time data and trouble
codes from your vehicle computer. All data of your vehicle are displayed to
you. The OBD Bluetooth car diagnostic scanner tool is sold separately.
DVR(Optional)
You can control a car DVR camera(sold separately) on this unit and use it to
record all the events of a journey.
TPMS(Optional)
Tire Pressure Monitoring System(TPMS) increases driving safety and provides a
better understanding of your vehicle’s tire conditions. Once you have
correctly installed the TPMS(sold separately), the sensors will automatically
monitor the tire pressure and the temperature, and transmit real-time
statistics to the receiver.
Apple CarPlay & Android Auto (Optional)
Support Apple CarPlay & Android Auto (Optional) system, the in-car assistant
acts as a second display for your Smartphone, which allows driver to more
conveniently access apps and services like GPS, music, phone call, etc. from
their Smartphone in the car while focusing on safe driving, driver can use
head unit screen mirroring or control the connected iphone or Android
Smartphone.
Just use your USB charging cable to connect your Smartphone with the bottom
USB Port on head unit’s back and click “ZUNK” icon to use this function.
USB/SD
Plug a USB storage device or insert an SD memory card and then tap Music on
the apps menu to play music, tap Video to play video files, or tap Gallery to
view images and photos.
Drag from top to down, will appear a system notification bar on the page Click upper right icon can remove the program running in the background
System Settings
Languages settings
Available for system language selection, text input and auto-error correction
options, select your favorite keyboard and input method, and set the Text-to-
speech output, pointer speed. Long press your familiar language and slide to
the top to set the system language.
Wi-fi settings
Click the setting icon, enter the WiFi setup, drag the icon “OFF” to open the
wireless network function, then the unit displays the wireless network that
can be used, then click on the hotspot WiFi to connect, if the wireless
network had been connected successfully before, this information will be
stored and will be automatically connected next time. After connected, WiFi
icon will appear at the top of the screen.
Portable hotspot
When the unit had connected to 3G network, click “Network & Internet” in the
setup, then open the “Hotspot & tethering”, you can create Wi-Fi hotspot
password in “Set up Wi-Fi hotspot” that belongs to setting menu. After that,
other wireless devices can also connect to the network via this machines wifi
hotspot.
Extra settings
In extra settings, you can set if allowed the unit to play music automatically
when USB or SD inserted, turn on/off the reversing volume or the reversing
X-mirror, etc.
Shutdown delay when ACC OFF is the option for you to set the auto sleep time
Backup & reset
Available for data backup or reset, and factory settings restore, if you have
any problem on the system, you can restore the data to solve it.
Warning:
Once you run a factory reset, the device will erase all your personal data and
applications, please backup all your personal data before doing Backup &
reset.
Date & time settings
You may use the network to automatically update the date and time.
You can also manually set the date and time, select the time zone, and choose
the display format of the time and date.
Factory settings
Go to the “Settings” and find the “factory settings”, then input password
“3368” to enter into the factory settings menu, you can change the boot Car
Logo, select radio region, set the panel light, or other parameters.
Alert: Please Do NOT modify any data without our guidance! Otherwise the device may not work properly.
Car Logo settings
Please input the password “3368” to go to the “factory settings”, click “Car
Logo” to select a logo type. You can also choose your favorite images from an
USB or a Micro SD card by clicking “User” — “Custom”, Car Logo settings allows
you to select a screen logo or animation logo. After restart you will see the
new logo.
System update
Firmware update method
If the device can enter the system normally:
- After you got the correct Firmware update files from us, then copy the sub-files into an USB disk.
- Insert the USB disk to the USB port, power on the device, then the device will update automatically ..
- When the upgrade to the screen appears green, unplug the USB disk and the device update is complete. if the screen appears green and you haven’t unplugged the USB disk, the screen will remain green.
Warning: During updating system, please do NOT disconnect the power or perform other operation.
Steering wheel control
There are 3 SWC wire from the ISO cable harness: KEYl, KEY2, SWC-GND, make
sure your car is resistance based analog signal steering wheel control button,
find the corresponding wire from your car to connect them.
Firstly, please click the RESET button on the UI (1) to clear the learn key
function, then press steering wheel button on your car, it will enter into the
UI(2), then learn it, E.G: Please press the [ Power switch ] button on the
screen, then press the button on the original vehicle button, then click the
OK button of the screen, after learned the function of all buttons
successfully, it will show the corresponding [ Power switch] button on the
UI(l), then press steering wheel button on your car to learn the next button.
Repeat the same steps for other buttons, after that, click “SAVE” button on the UI(l).
If the settings are incorrect, click the RESET button on the UI(l), and start to re-learn.

If the problem is still not solved, it is advisable to contact the professional or visiting the customer service centre for further assistance. The most common problems are listed below, along with likely causes and solutions.

Power plug is not suitable
- Please inform specific car models and years.
- Please provide original CD player wire diagram.

No power
- The car key is not inserted or ACC is not turned on, Insert the car key and turn on the ACC.
- Incorrect wiring connection. Check the wiring.
- The fuse has been damaged. Replace the fuse.
- The CAN-BUS box has been damaged. Replace the CAN-BUS box.

No sound
- The volume is too low. Adjust the volume.
- Incorrect wiring connection. Check the wiring.
- The radio is not set correctly. Reset or Upgrade.

Stuck or running slowly
- Slide the touch screen from top to bottom twice to find and click the tool icon “Clean” to clear caches of the program running in the background.
- Disconnect the power plug and reinsert it.
- Upgrade, we will provide upgrade software.

Unable to play DVD (Optional)
- Please remove the 2 screws on the top of the chassis.
- There are unremoved discs in the machine.
- The disc is inserted upside down. Insert the disc with the label upward.
- The disc is dirty. Clean the disc.
- The disc is cracked or otherwise damaged. Insert a normal, round disc.
- The files on the discs are in an irregular file format. Check the file format.
- The disc format cannot be played back. Replace the disc.
- The disc is not supported by the machine. Check the disc type and change to the supported disc format.

Poor radio reception
- The antenna connection is incorrect. Check the antenna connection.
- The antenna has been damaged or not compatible. Replace the new antenna.
- Signal interference, please check the interference source.
- Signals are too weak. An additional antenna signal amplifier booster may be required.
- The local seek tuning has been turned off. Turn the local seek tuning on.
- Place the antenna on the roof instead of inside the car.
- In some remote areas, the radio signal is weak, normal phenomenon.

Unable to connect Bluetooth
- Please turn on the phone Bluetooth search machine Bluetooth name, and then connect.
- Clear all Bluetooth records from your phone and machine and reconnect.
- Maybe not compatible with the mobile phone system, replace the phone connection.
- Modify the Bluetooth name or paring code of machine and phone.

Unable to play music
- Music file format is not supported, replace other formats.
- Put music files in the same folder.
- Check if the SD card or USB disk can be read normally, copy the file to the machine.

Unable to play video

Video file format is not supported, replace other formats.

Select the correct option in the settings as below:
Settings – Video- Driving Video – On
Video images can be viewed while your vehicle is in motion. -
Check if the SD card or U disk can be read normally.

No GPS signal
- Check GPS antenna connection, or replace the new antenna.
- Do not put the GPS antenna together with other antennas, which will cause signal interference.
- In some driving conditions, signals from GPS satellites may not reach your vehicle. In this case, it is impossible for the system to use GPS positioning.
- If a car phone or cellular phone is used near the GPS antenna, GPS reception may be lost temporarily.
Navigation cannot be used

Open the map but show other programs. Please select the correct navigation path as below:
Settings-General-Navi Application Settings-Choose one correctly map program -
The map is stuck, running slowly. Slide the touch screen from top to bottom twice to find and click the tool icon “Clean” to clear caches of the program running in the background.

Map program cannot enter. Contact us to download a new map or resend a new map card.
Wi-Fi or Hotspot useless
- Check Wi-Fi antenna connection, or replace the new antenna.
- Clear all Wi-Fi records Reconnect.
- Change Wi-Fi name and password.
- Change Wi-Fi hotspot connection.
- Reset machine network settings as below:
Settings-System-Reset Options- Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
Black screen and unable to do operation
- Sleep mode is on. Press the POWER button or touch the screen to release the mode.
- The rear view camera image is displayed with no camera connection and the wrong camera polarity setting. Install the rear view camera and then change the camera polarity settings.
