Product Usage Instructions

Preparation

  1. Check the battery level:Long press the power on button for 2 seconds to see if the battery is normal. Charge it if the battery icon shows red indicating low battery.
  2. To ensure accuracy of measurement:
  3. Power on: Long press the ON/OFF button.
  4. Check the probe: Remove the protection cover to inspect for any stains on the probe. Clean with alcohol prep pads if necessary.

Caution

  1. Measure in an area free of trauma and less body hair.
  2. Calibration: Click the calibration button without touching anything. Clean the probe with alcohol prep pads if calibration fails.
  3. Mode selection: Click the ON/OFF button to switch between fast mode (1 measurement cycle) and accurate mode (3 measurement cycles).
  4. Measurement: Place the probe vertically against the skin ensuring full contact. View results after cycles based on selected mode.
  5. Return to start interface: Click calibration key twice to return to start interface. Brightness adjustment can be done by long pressing calibration button.
  6. Hydration and oil value levels are categorized into high, medium, and low.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if the device shows low battery? To resolve low battery issue, charge the detector promptly.

How do I clean the measuring probe? Wipe the probe with alcohol prep pads to remove any contamination.

What should I do if I encounter continuous automatic measurement? Ensure the probe is in full contact with the skin and properly pressed into the main unit to stop continuous automatic measurement.

How can I fix slow screen refresh rate issues? If you experience slow screen refresh rate, it may be due to low battery. Charge the detector to resolve this problem.

Preparation

  1. Check the battery level:Long press the power on button for 2 seconds to see if the battery is normal (the battery icon in the upper right corner of the screen shows red when the battery is low),please charge it if it’s shown low.

  2. Check the probe: remove the protection cover to see if there is obvious stains on the probe, if so, clean it with alcohol prep pads.

  1. Please measure in an area free of trauma and less body hair;

How to Use

  1. Calibration: Click the calibration button without the probe touching anything. If success,it will dispaly ‘Calibration Completed’; if not, please clean the probe with alcohol prep pads

  1. Mode selection: Click the ON/OFF button in the start interface can switch between fast mode and accurate mode.
    Fast mode:The measurement cycle is 1 time.
    Accurate mode: The measurement cycle is 3 times.

  2. Measurement: Place the probe vertically against the skin, ensuring fully contact. Once the detector detects the biological signal , it will vibrate and automatically start the measurement process. After 2 seconds, it will vibrate again to indicate the end of the measurement cycle. In fast mode, the result can be viewed after a single cycle,while accurate mode requires three cycles. Hydration and oil value levels are categorized into three levels: high, medium, and low.

  1. Return to the start interface: Click the calibration key twice consecutively in any interface to return to the start interface.
  2. Brightness Adjustment: Long press the calibration button on the start interface to adjust the screen brightness.

Normal skin reference value hydration value 10%-30%, reference oil value 15-30%, please adjust the skin care method according to the test results in time.
