Naturasil Scabies Treatment Packs Instructions
NOTE: To rid yourself of Scabies can be a difficult process and may at times require multiple treatments based on environmental conditions and the severity of the case. It is important that you follow these directions carefully in order to achieve the desired outcome.
About Our Scabies Treatment Kits
Naturasil Scabies Treatment Packs and products contain natural ingredients to relieve Human Scabies infestations with consistent use over the course of a few weeks and alleviate the pain, itching and symptoms of Human Scabies right away. Our proven systematic approach guarantees full eradication of Scabies mites, larva and eggs that can typically be seen in about 2 weeks – however, according to the American Academy of Dermatologists, skin healing may take 4 weeks or more. Severe cases may require multiple treatments.
Treating Children Under 2: Naturasil products are generally safe but strong. The American Association of Dermatologists recommends scabies treatments for children over 2 years old. Due to some people, especially children, having sensitive skin: we advise against using this treatment on children under 2 as a precaution.

Step-by-Step Scabies Treatment Instructions
It is important for a successful Scabies treatment to follow all Scabies Treatment Pack directions completely and to purchase the pack that fits your needs. If you have questions or concerns, contact our Scabies Support Team.
Note: Before first use of the products, test a small area for sensitivity to essential oils or sulfur. Discontinue use if a reaction occurs and consult a physician.
Naturasil Scabies Bath Soak Concentrate eases scabies symptoms like itching and redness by unclogging pores and soaking deep into the skin to provide soothing and calming relief. Naturasil Scabies Soap is designed to clean and disinfect the areas of your skin affected by scabies mites.
Bathe 2 Times Daily Using Naturasil Scabies Bath Soak as directed below.
- Add 20 drops of Scabies Bath Soak Concentrate to warm to hot bath water, based on your tolerance. The hotter the water the better – but take care to check your bath water prior to entering the bath to insure you do not burn or scald yourself or others.
- Soak for 20 minutes allowing your pores to open.
While in the Bath, Apply the Scabies Soap Liberally to All Infected Areas.
- The active ingredients in Scabies soap have strong antibacterial properties and are historically known to eradicate scabies and work best in conjunction with the Scabies Bath Soak.
- Rinse the Soap off with the Bath Soak infused bath water and exit the bath.
Important: Air Dry. Do Not Use a Towel! Air drying will preserve the comforting layer created by the Scabies Bath Soak, which soaks deep into the skin enhancing the treatment’s total effectiveness.
- Tip – As needed, apply Scabies Bath Soak Concentrate directly on the scabies rash using a cotton ball or clean cloth taking care not to apply this concentrate to sensitive areas such as genitals or above the neck. (Note: Scabies Mites are not typically found above the neckline)
Naturasil Scabies Cream helps progressively soothe the intolerable scabies itch and contains active ingredients known to eradicate the scabies mite.
- Apply Cream After Bathing and Liquid Treatment Has Absorbed into The Skin.
○ Once you have air dried from your Scabies Soak Concentrate infused bath, generously apply Naturasil Scabies Relief Cream to the scabies infected areas.
○ Use Scabies Relief Cream on infected areas a minimum of 1 additional time between bathes or as needed for additional Itch relief.
Mite-B-Gone Mite Killer Spray & ElimiMite Laundry Additive should be used to clean your surroundings. Even after clearing the rash from your skin, scabies mites are often found lingering in your carpet, mattresses, furniture, or clothing.
- Use these products daily throughout the treatment period to treat exposed carpet, mattresses, furniture and other surfaces until the Scabies outbreak has subsided. It is likely that scabies mites have fallen onto these surfaces. Scabies can live up to 48-72 hours off of a human being and could infect others or potentially reinfect the original host human! Proper use of the Mite Killer Spray greatly reduces the potential of this happening. This is an important part of the Treatment System because it is common for scabies reinfestation to occur and we want to ensure that you have a proven cleaner capable of killing scabies on surfaces to insure the fastest possible outcome.
- Bed sheets clothes and towels should be isolated from other textiles and washed in hot water daily until the Scabies infestation is eradicated to avoid reinfestation.
