Insert the end of the stainless steel support rod with the screw inside into the bearing connection inside the large tray.

Flip the large tray and the support rod together, with the bottom of the large tray facing up and the support rod underneath.
Then place the base on the bottom of the large tray, make sure the base holes are aligned with the bearing holes. -
Insert the screw through the base hole and tighten the screw with a wrench to connect the base, large tray and stainless steel support rod together.

Place the base smoothly on the countertop, then insert the small tray bearing connecting rod into the stainless steel support rod.

If you need to hang some kitchen gadgets, you can hang the hooks on the small tray.
