Data Sync
Synchronize data between your E2 device and the Caremate Dashboard.
Press “WWW.’ This will transfer both data measurements and settings. You’ll
know it’s successful when you see a green tick.
If synchronisation fails, the screen will show a Red Cross, Please try again
until successful.
Settings
Head to ‘Settings’ for the following options.
Languages
English is the default language.
Press to select between German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Brightness
Press ‘Brightness’ then you can adjust by tapping the ‘+’and ‘-‘ buttons.
Temperature
Press ‘Temperature’ to choose between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
Device Information
Press ‘Device Info’ for IMEI No. and other SIM-related details.
Factory Reset
Press ‘Factory Reset’ then follow the onscreen instructions.
Audar Dashboard
Scan the QR code or type the URL into your browser to access the Audar Health
Caremate Dashboard.
Click ‘Register’ to Sign Up for an Audar Health account.
After successful registration, click Login Now to return to the login page.
For faster access in the future, we suggest adding the Audar Health Caremate
Dashboard to your bookmarks.
Once you’ve successfully logged in, head to the top right corner of your
dashboard and click on ‘Add Devices’ to incorporate your new Audar E2 Watch
into your account.
Adding a Device
For finding the IMEI No. see page 6 -Device Information then insert the last 4
digits of the IMEI.
Select ‘l am the wearer’ for setting up your own device with your account.
Select ‘’l am not the wearer’ for when the account holder is different to the
device wearer.
Adding a Caremate
Invite a caremate using the account login email for them to view the device
wearer account.
Transfer Captain
A Captain will be able to gain control of the account settings.
Acaremate may be appointed as Captain — the Captain will then immediately gain
control of the account settings.
The original user will be able to view the account but unable to make any changes.
Contact Book
For each contact placed in to your contact book you may select up to 3 that
receive SOS alert and 3 that receive deviation reports.
You can use the slide options for each contact to receive SOS alert and/or
deviations reports.
From here you may top up your SOS alert tokens.
This section will show all contact you have selected to receive a SOS alert
from you contact book.
At any one time only one contact will be selected as your primary emergency
contact, this person will receive the SOS alert first.
Deviation Alert
From here you may top up your deviation alert credits.
Under the edit section you will find the deviation alert credit.
All contacts you have enabled to receive deviation alerts will be listed here.
You may also use the sliders to customise which of the vital measurements you
wish to receive SMS alerts for.
Taking a Measurement
For the most accurate measurements, please follow these steps:
(A): Place the E2 on your wrist, making sure it’s about 4cm away from your
hand (approximately two finger widths).
(B): Keep your elbow resting on a flat surface, and your wrist close to your
chest.
Stay in this position until the measurement is finished.
