Product Usage Instructions
Charging the Device
To charge the device, make sure the charger is connected to a power source. When the status light is solid green, it indicates that the charging is complete.
Using Appointment Feature
To use the appointment feature, swipe your IC card on the designated area. This feature provides safety protection during usage.

- This equipment must be grounded through a permanent wiring system or an equipment- grounding conductor.

Installing the Charger
NOTE:
- Ensure you have the correct permits for this electrical installation.
- Consult all applicable codes for breaker and wire sizing requirements.
- Determine the desired charging amperage and circuit rating requires.
- To find the ideal mounting height of the charger, Place the wall dock with the bottom edge aligned with the horizontal line and the center holes aligned with the vertical line. Mark the four lower mounting holes (A) and remove the wall dock.
- Drill four 6MM holes and insert four 6MM diameter wall anchors into the lower mounting holes. Attach the wall dock to the mounting location by screwing four M4 × 60 screws (B) into the lower mounting holes. Tighten the screws using the screwdriver type PH2 (not included in the package).
- Attach the charger to the wall dock, into the three mounting holes (C). Screw the three M5 x 8 screw (D) into the hole at the charger and tighten the screw to secure the charger using the screwdriver type T25.
- Connect the wall box input cable (L1, L2, L3, N. PE) to the seat corresponding to the circuit breaker. And make sure the screws are tight.
Installing the Holster
- To find the ideal mounting height of the holster, Place the wall dock with the bottom edge aligned with the horizontal line and the center holes aligned with the vertical line. Mark the three lower mounting holes (E) and remove the wall dock.
- Drill three 6MM holes and insert three 6MM diameter wall anchors into the lower mounting holes. Attach the wall dock to the mounting location by screwing three M4 × 60 screws (F) into the lower mounting holes. Tighten the screws using the screwdriver type PH2 (not included in the package).
- Attach the charger to the wall dock, into the two mounting holes (G). Screw the two M3 x 8 screws (H) into the hole at the holster and tighten the screw to secure the charger using the screwdriver type T10.

Normal charging manual
- After confirming the installation, turn on the switch, green light is on, control box is powered on normally. The screen interface is as shown in (Fig. 1).
- If no function setting is required, please insert the charger to connect.
- The connection is normal, charging starts, and green light turns into a meteor light.
- After charging is completed, green light is shown.
- Note : Power off automatically after afull charged.
Current Selection
In standby mode, Long press to enter the setting interface (Fig. 2)
Click to select [Current selection], long press to enter current selection,
click O to select the adaptation current (Fig. 3), and long press to confirm
to complete the setting.
Note : First determine the maximum current and power accepted by the car,
then select the appropriate current.
Appointment
In standby mode, Long press to enter settings (Fig 2).
Click to select [Appointment], long press to enter appointment selection
(Fig.4),
Click to select the appointment charging start time, long press to confirm
(Fig.5), and complete the setting. (When binding the IC card, the yellow
indicator light flashes, and it enters the countdown state after swiping the
card).
To enter timing mode, please plug in the charger (Fig. 5), the yellow
indicator light is always on, and it will automatically enter the normal
charging mode after the time is up.
To cancel a scheduled appointment, unplug the charging plug. Press and hold
for 3 seconds to cancel the scheduled charging.
Note : Do not insert charger until setting is done.
LED lights and LCD screen status
In standby mode, Long press to enter settings(Fig.2).
Click to select [LED lights and LCD screen status], long press ® to enter the
screen. (Fig.6).
click to select the light off or lingh on, and long press to confirm.
Note : In the off mode, when charging again, it will automatically light
up or touch the button to light up.
Historical charging data
In standby mode, Long press to enter settings (Fig 2).
Click to select [Historical charging data], long press to enter the screen
(Fig.7).
If you want to clear historical data, press and hold for 5 seconds
Card Settings
In standby mode, Long press to enter settings (Fig.2).
. Click to select [Card settings], long press to enter settings (Fig.8).
3 Long press to start card binding (Fig. 9), put the first card on the swipe
area, hear a ”
drop” sound, it means the first card is bound. The display automatically jumps
to (Fig. 10), then puts the second card on the swipe area, hears a “drop”
sound, which means the second card has been bound (Fig. 11).
Note : When the card is bound, swipe the card first and then charge it
Stop charging
If you want to stop charging, click the stop button on the right side of the
wall box
Note : During the normal charging process, do not forcefully pull out the
charging plug.

Safety Protection
- Leakage protection : After the leakage protection is activated, it needs to be powered off and restarted to recover.
- Overcurrent protection : When the current exceeds the warning value, the control box will cut off the power output, and automatically restart after 10S. After 4 cycles, it will not automatically recover, and it needs to be powered off and restarted to recover.
- Overvoltage protection : When the voltage exceeds 275V, the protection is activated, and it will automatically recover after the voltage is restored and stabilized.
- Under-voltage protection : when the voltage is lower than 160V, the protection is started, and it will automatically recover after the voltage is restored and stabilized.
- Temperature protection : start protection when the temperature in the control box exceeds 85 °C, and automatically recover when the temperature drops to 75°C.
