- Insert the Mounting Bar 5 inside the Cart Frame 11 and properly tighten the bolts to secure the Handle Assembly 2 to the Cart Frame 11.
Adjust the Floor Removal Cart to Install the Block Clamps and Breaker Hammer (Fig. 4)
- Adjust the Floor Removal Cart to the lowest position by squeezing the Height Adjustment Lever 6 then pushing the handle downward. Release the Height Adjustment Lever 6 once the locking pin is in the last hole.

Note: the springs on the breaker hammer will align with openings in the Bottom Clamping Block 13. -
Install the corresponding Top and Bottom Clamping blocks through the Clamping Block Rods 14 and onto the breaker hammer. For the Bottom Clamping Block 13, ensure the side with the image indicated in Fig. 7 is facing towards the top (towards the handle). Note: make sure that the blocks are resting flat and even with no spaces between the curvatures of the breaker hammer and the blocks. (Fig. 7)
-
Install the Cover Plate 15 through the Clamping Block Rods 14 and onto the clamping blocks. (Fig. 7)
-
Install a Flat Metal Washer 17, followed by a Spring Washer 18 on to each Clamping Block Rod 14. (Fig. 7)

Cleaning
Certain cleaning agents and solvents damage plastic parts. Some of these are:
gasoline, carbon tetrachloride, chlorinated cleaning solvents, ammonia and
