Washing instructions
- Do not machine wash. Hand wash in cold water is recommended.
- Do not bleach or tumble dry.
- Do not iron or dry clean.

How to use
- Place the knee brace on the knee, aligning the patella with the open silicone pad.
- Attach the upper and lower velcros of the knee brace separately.
- Cross and straighten the two extra elastic bands, select one to wrap behind the knee first, then wrap it forward and secure it with the velcro as shown.
- The same way for the other side.
