Product Usage Instructions
- Battery Cover Removal:
- Hold both sides of the battery cover’s protrusions firmly.
- Gently pull downward to remove the battery cover.
- Charging the Product:
- Ensure the battery cover is removed.
- Plug in the provided C-type charging cable into the charging port of the product.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a V, A charger.
- Avoid using high-speed chargers to prevent overvoltage and overheating.
- Once connected, charging will start automatically.

POWER & MEASUREMENT
- Press the power button to turn the device on.
- Aim the reticle at the target and press the power button again to measure the distance.
- Press the power button and enable display.
- Align the crosshair with the target, and press the power button.
- Slope-adjusted distance is displayed.
- Straight line distance is displayed.
Automatic power off when the button is not pressed for 10 seconds
MODE BUTTON OPERATION
Set unit of measurement (Default: Meter)
- Each time the M button is pressed, the distance display unit changes to meter (M) – yard (Yd).
Magic Slope ON/OFF Settings (Default: ON)
- Pressing the M button for about 2 seconds changes the slope function to ON/OFF order.
MAGIC SLOPE
- Considering the altitude (high & low) of the target point, This function shows the best recommendation.
- The M-Slope is developed directly in the golf zone by applying the concept of ballistics.
- CaddyTalk’s Magic Slope provides higher accuracy of recommended distances compared to existing rangefinders.
- See the differences in ballistics between CaddyTalk and other generic products.
HD LASER SYSTEM
- Applying the transverse laser system, CaddyTalk’s Minion fires-horizontal lasers to quickly detect pins.
- This allows for quick and accurate target detection even with shaking hands.
PIN FINDER
- Hold the measurement button while you scan the viewfinder left and right.
- Only the distance to the nearest target of the scanned target is displayed.
JOLT
- When the correct distance is displayed after pressing the measurement button, the completion of the measurement will be notified through a vibration alert.
HARD CASE
- The belt clip allows you to attach and detach the product quickly.
BATTERY LEVEL / CHARGING
- The remaining battery level, displayed in the upper right corner of the viewfinder, indicates the device’s power status.
- Note that if the battery level drops below 20%, the JOLT function will not be activated.
- Hold both sides of the battery cover’s protrusions and gently pull downward.
- Plug in the charging cable to start charging (5V, 2A charger recommended, C-type cable included)
- Overvoltage and overheating can cause damage to the product when using high-speed chargers (over 5V, 2A).

Please read the manual carefully before using the device.
- Avoid touching the lens with your hands to protect it from foreign substances.
- Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the product on your own.
- Wipe the lens and viewfinder with a soft, clean cloth to remove foreign substances.
- Store the product in a well-ventilated space at room temperature.
- Keep the device away from heavy rain or water, as it features only basic water resistance.
- Avoid exposing the lens and viewfinder to direct sunlight to prevent equipment failure.
- Do not stare directly at the laser beam.
- Use with care according to your purpose.
- Objects in front of the laser (e.g. glass, insects, screens, etc.) may affect the accuracy of distance measurement.
- Keep away from children.
- Depending on the environment, a ‘beep’ sound may occur when the device is in operation.
- Environmental factors (e.g. snow, rain, fog, etc.) may affect the device.
- Charge the battery regularly to prevent it from completely draining. Note that frequent full charges may reduce battery life.
- Due to the device’s design, part replacements are not possible.
- Stains or scratches on clothes and belts may occur in some cases when using the hard case.
