Product Usage Instructions
Charging the Headphones
- Before using the headphones for the first time, ensure they are fully charged using a 5V, 24W or lower USB-C charger.
- The charging time is approximately 2 hours.
Turning On and Pairing the Headphones
- Press and hold the POWER button for 2 seconds to turn on the headphones.
- The LED will flash blue and red alternately, indicating the headphones are in pairing mode.
- On your phone, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices to pair with the headphones.
- Select the headphones from the list of available devices to complete the pairing process.
Controlling Playback and Calls The headphones offer various controls for playback and calls:

Things to keep in mind with Wireless Headphones
- Wireless headphones should not be used in extreme temperatures.
- Before using the headphones for the first time, make sure to charge them using a 5V, 24W or lower USB-C charger.
- The Max. Input Watt for AUX is 50 mW.
Pairing Wireless Headphones with your phone
- Turn on the headphones by pressing the POWER button for 2 seconds. You’ll then hear a “Power-on” notification and the LED will flash blue and red alternately.
- On your phone, go to Settings, turn Bluetooth on, and then pair with “JHM-A3”. Check your phone user guide to find out how to access Bluetooth settings.
- Once paired, the headphones will automatically connect to your phone whenever you turn on the headphones.
Performing a factory reset
- When the headphones are on and not paired with your phone, press the power button quickly 5 times to complete the factory reset.
- It can be connected and used normally when powered on.
