Product Usage Instructions

  1. Installation Time: About 2 hours, 1-2 people may be needed. Installation time may differ according to your mechanical skill level.
  2. Installation Instruction:
  3. Step 1: Fully remove the front fenders by turning the clips on the underside of the fender down until they feel loose. Pull the fender away from the vehicle directly towards you, releasing the clips.
  4. Step 2: Use a Phillips head screwdriver and panel clip removal tool to remove the clips along the lip of the fender and the section closest to the engine bay.
  5. Step 3: Remove the fender by pulling down on it near the lip of the fender, and then out.
  6. Step 4: Assemble the passenger side Rear Inner Fender Liners with the specified bolts and nuts as shown in the picture.
  7. Step 5: Identify the installation holes circled in red on the vehicle for preparation.
  8. Step 6: Install mounting brackets and screws as per instructions using Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws and Flat Washers.
  9. Step 7: Lift and align the front inner fender liners with mounting holes, then install screws accordingly.
  10. Step 8: Follow similar installation steps for the driver side using specific mounting brackets and screws as instructed.
  11. Step 9: Complete installation and enjoy your off-road experience with the product.

Installation instruction

  • Step 1: You will need to fully remove the front fenders by turning the clips on the underside of the fender down until they feel loose. Once loose, pull the fender away from the Bronco directly towards you, releasing the clips.
    Note: Both front and rear fenders are mounted in this manner.

  • Step 2: Use a Phillips head screwdriver and panel clip removal tool to remove the clips along the lip of the fender and the section closest to the engine bay.
    Note: Check along the inner fender where it meets wheel well thoroughly. They are easy to miss.

  • Step 3: Remove the fender by pulling down on it near the lip of the fender, and then out.

Passenger Side Installation:
Step 4: Assembly the passenger side Rear Inner Fender Liners (A2, B2, C2, D2, E2) with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M6*10), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M6). As the picture shown.

  • Step 5: According to the schematic diagram of the original vehicle shown in the figure below, identify the three installation holes circled in red to prepare for the installation of our product.

  • Step 6: Next, install the mounting bracket (1) & (2). Use a rectangular mounting bracket for the hole in the middle position, and use oval-shaped mounting brackets for the holes on the sides. Use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M620), Flat Washer (M616*1.5) for all the installations. Do not tighten all the screws.

  • Step 7: In this step, install our front inner fender liners. You will need assistance from another person to lift the liner and align it with the mounting holes of the central bracket. Then, proceed to install the mounting holes on the sides. Use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M625), Flat Washer (M616*1.5) to install all three holes. The hole above the mounting holes is intended for tightening the bracket after the installation screws are in place.

  • Step 8: Tighten all the screws. Use the same installation step 1-5 & step 7 to install on the driver side. When you installing the driver side in the step 6, you need use the mounting bracket (3) to instead it in the picture. Use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M816), Flat Washer (M816*1.5), Flange Lock Hex Nuts (M8).

  • Step 9:
