POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Director of Operations, this position will primarily be responsible for the daily processes involved in calling to schedule plumbing service appointments and water treatment sales appointments from newly received leads. The employee in this position must have above average computer skills in using web-based software. Through excellent communication skills, the person in this position will conduct customer phone calls with tact and professionalism while also following company policies. This position will also prepare daily paperwork, as needed, for plumbers and salesman prior to them leaving for the days appointments.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Makes phone calls to customers who have inquired about plumbing services, water treatment, and/or bottle delivery.
- Manages customer leads by calling to schedule appointments for plumbers or salesmen and tracks the lead through the lead management system.
- Answers phone calls from customers, vendors, and others that come into the office and routes calls to the appropriate person.
- Schedules service calls and prepares invoices for plumbing jobs or maintenance on water systems already installed in customer’s homes.
- Inputs extensive data across multiple computer programs and web-based applications.
- Assumes other duties as assigned during times of declared emergency or other unique, unusual, or unexpected circumstances.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education and Experience: Must be a high school graduate and have demonstrated experience with the skills necessary to complete the functions of this position. Maintain a valid Washington State driver’s license in good standing.
