Set the computer to obtain the IP address automatically, and connect the LAN port of the device to the device management interface.

4G Internet Mode Setting

  1. The factory default mode is 4G Internet access mode.

  2. Insert the MACRO SIM according to the device mark before power on.

  3. Power on the 4G router, and connect to the WiFi SSID(Default SSID is: WiFi SKY-XXXX, XXXX is the last 4 digits of the MAC, default WiFi password is: 12345678), or users can connect the LAN port to the PC via a network cable.

  4. Open the browser, enter 192.168,0.1 (the mobile terminal can automatically pop up), set the login password ( Default password: admin), and enter the page to check if the 4G router has read the SIM card.

  5. If read normally, you need to modify the wireless SSID and password. Enter the menu bar on the left, Network Management -Modify the wireless settings, click on the settings after modifying.

Note:

  1. If the SIM card is not read: (1) First check if the SIM card is inserted in the direction of the mark (2) Check if the SIM card has a PIN lock. If there is a lock, please unlock the SIM card with the mobile phone first.
  2. Individual operators may prompt Unkown, but the network access information and signals are normal. This do not affect the Internet access.
  3. If your card needs to manually set the APN account, please refer to the manual Router Set 4G mode.

Mode Internet Settings

The steps to enter the set interface as follows:

  1. Under default configuration, power on the device and wait 90 seconds untill the device to start.
  2. Connect the device’ s LAN port with the computer by a network cable.
  3. Input 192.168.0.1 in the web browser to enter the set interface.
  4. When you login at the first time,you need to set a password (Default password: admin). The device language is compatible with Chinese and English to choose, and you can set up the language by the top right corner icon .

When getting into the setting page, there are four working modes in the Wizard: AP Mode, Bridge Mode, Router Mode, Repeater Mode.

Click AP mode and set up IP Address and Subnet Mask. The IP address and Subnet mask should be within the same network segment as upper network and can’ t be conflict with IP address from upper network router. After settings, you can visit the device from the IP address you have set just now by connecting internet with LAN port of the device.

  1. Notes: In AP mode, the IP address from the other devices connected the AP will be allocated by the upper network router.
  2. The device itself needs to set an internal network IP address (do not set it with the superior routing gateway The same IP address), you need to change the acquisition method of the PC network card connected to this AP to static IP, the static IP address must be the same network segment as the AP but not equal.

AP mode: You can set up 2.4G wireless SSID, password, channel and country in advance. After setting up,the device’ s LAN port connected internet, other mobile devices can connect the SSID to surf the internet.

Bridge Mode: The device can set the intranet IP, select the wireless SSID signal that you need to bridge, and enter the password.

  1. Note: In Bridge mode, the access to the external network, the network segment of the IP address obtained by other mobile devices accessing the AP is assigned by the superior.

  2. According to the default setting, you can also set the device-specific intranet IP address. If you need to manage the device, you must manually set the IP address of the computer’s locally connected network card.

  3. LAN network IP setting(This IP address can as the management IP).

  4. Click scan, search and select the wireless SSID that you want to bridge, and enter the wireless password.

  5. Set the SSID name and password of the 2.4G of the AP

Repeater Mode. The device can set the internal network segment (the gateway IP should not be the same as the upper device gateway IP). Next, select the name of the wireless SSID signal that you need to relay.

Pls set the SSID and password for the device and click “Next” to finish settings.

Router Mode: There are four ways to surf the internet: PPPOE, 4G. Static and DHCP.

4G Mode: In this mode, you can select automatic APN or manually set the APN account (the APN account is provided by the operator).
