LIMITED WARRANTY
INTERNATIONAL LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS
Thank you very much for purchasing a ZEROO watch. The international limited warranty for ZEROO watches applies under the following conditions.
This warranty is applicable for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, specifically for malfunctions, defects in manufacturing, or issues arising from normal use of the movement, provided the watch was sold by our company or an authorized ZEROO TIME retailer. During the warranty period, if your watch qualifies under the terms of this warranty, we will cover technical service fees for inspection, adjustment, and repairs, excluding shipping, handling, taxes (customs duties), and insurance fees.
This warranty does not cover improper handling, unauthorized repairs or replacements, incorrect usage, abusive handling, accidental damage, water ingress, discoloration, or scratches on watch parts (movement, hands, dial, case, crystal, strap, clasp), damage due to battery lifespan in quartz watches, or any failures or malfunctions directly or indirectly caused by these. It also does not cover failures or damages resulting from unforeseen events such as natural disasters or international conflicts. If unauthorized disassembly, repairs, or services not approved by us are conducted, the warranty becomes void. Furthermore, the warranty is invalid if malfunctions or defects in the movement arise due to user negligence, intentional actions, or other factors.
This warranty is only applicable if the watch is returned directly to an authorized ZEROO TIME retailer. When returning for repair, please specify the nature of the issue. ZEROO TIME Co. will conduct repairs or adjustments at our discretion upon receipt of the watch, provided that the original warranty document is attached. If the watch is deemed irreparable, we will exchange it for a comparable product. The warranty will be terminated upon the provision of a replacement item.
The warranty document is valid only if it is completed with the purchase date
and retailer details at the time of purchase from an authorized ZEROO TIME
retailer. Please store the original warranty document carefully, as it cannot
be reissued for any reason. If the original warranty document is not provided,
the service will be considered ineligible.
These warranty conditions do not affect the legal rights of the consumer.
Note
- The conditions stated in the international warranty document, excluding the Japanese version, have been directly translated from the original Japanese version.
- In case of discrepancies or conflicts, the Japanese version takes precedence.

About Handling ZEROO
The mechanical movement in ZEROO has a delicate structure. Please be aware of the following points before using this product.
Winding Method
For a manually wound movement, winding the watch at a fixed time each day will ensure that the mechanism remains stable and in good condition. Wind the watch slowly, watching the spring as it winds up. Gently grasp the crown from both sides with your thumb and forefinger (or middle finger), and wind the watch with equal force applied from both directions. Continuing to wind the watch with the crown in a state where the force is unevenly applied to one side will put a strain on the mechanism and cause it to malfunction. Excessive winding may cause serious damage to the mechanism, such as gear breakage. Please be careful when winding the watch. If you feel a rough touch on the crown or hear an unusual noise when winding up the watch, please stop winding.
T-series
- Manual-winding tourbillon models have a stopper that works when the spring is wound up, and the crown resists winding. Please be careful not to wind the watch forcibly from that point.
M1 / M1D
- Please judge the winding up of a hand-wound M series watch by the condition of the spring. The spring is wound up when it is tightly packed in the center without any gaps.
Handling Precautions
Due to their complex and delicate construction, mechanical watches are sensitive to environmental influences, such as shocks, magnetism, water, and temperature. Each component is extremely thin and small. When wearing the watch, please be careful not to shocks. Please remove the watch during sporting activities.
In particular, avoid swinging your arms strongly when playing golf or other sports. Watches are made of metal and can be magnetized. If small parts become magnetized, they can cause the time to be off. Keep the watch away from magnets and devices that emit magnetism (TVs, speakers, cell phones, computers, microwave ovens, etc.). Metal expands and contracts under the influence of temperature. In a hot environment, the spring tends to stretch and delay time, while in a cold environment it tends to advance. Please store your watch at room temperature.
ZEROO skeleton models are designed with priority given to beauty and interest. Please be more considerate about shock exposure and use in close to water than for a watch with a standard metal case.
Winding a hand-winding model
Caution when winding a hand-winding model
ZEROO Hand-winding Tourbillon Series
Please note that over-winding a hand-winding model may cause serious damage to
the mechanism, such as breaking the internal gears.
When a hand-winding movement is fully wound, the crown will feel resistance
when it stops winding. If you feel resistance in your fingers, stop winding
immediately. When winding the watch, visually check the winding up of the
mainspring and try to anticipate the moment when the watch will stop winding.
Since the T series watches are equipped with two mainsprings, they may take longer to wind than ordinary hand-winding watches, but please wind them slowly and carefully without rushing.
ZEROO M1/M1D
- The M1/M1D hand-winding movement does not have a stop-wind. When the M1 is wound further from the stop, the spring will slide inside the barrel. If this happens, stop winding.
- The M1/M1D movement is made of thin, light and very delicate components in order to make it ultra-thin. Please be careful to avoid shocks.
