This device is mainly connected to the mobile phone through Bluetooth, which provides a variety of practical functions and services to facilitate your operation of the mobile phone, and has developed many functions aimed at human sports and health. Our company reserves the right to modify the contents of this manual without prior notice. This product does not support swimming, hot shower or sauna, and can’t prevent water vapor. If the watch is damaged by water because it is not used as instructed, the company will not make free warranty.

Key description

button
Function 1: short press wake-up/off, long press on/off.

Dial switching: press the screen for a long time on the dial interface, and dial selection will appear. Slide left and right to select the dial you want, and click the selected dial.

Charging instructions
Adopt magnetic charging method, and support computer USB or mobile phone 5V standard charger, as shown in the following figure:

Tips:
Please use a charger that meets international safety standards. When charging with other chargers, there may be problems such as slow charging and fever. Please use it with caution. The magnetic charging head contains magnets, so it is forbidden to contact high temperature for a long time, and demagnetization may occur.

Paired connection
First, use the mobile phone to download the APP“Dafit “to the mobile phone and install it, in two ways; 1. IOS/Android mobile phone users: browse through their mobile phones. Scan the QR code on the right, or scan it with WeChat, open the interface, and then use the mobile browser to open the download;

If the watch is turned on for the first time, or the watch is turned on after leaving the factory, the QR code will be displayed before entering the main interface, and the QR code will be scanned by the mobile browser, or scanned by  WeChat. After opening the interface, the mobile browser will be used to open the download;

Tips:
The mobile phone system requires Android5.1 or above and IOS9.0 or above. All permissions during installation need to be selected and agreed, otherwise it may affect the use of functions.

Second, connect to Bluetooth. First, open the “dafit” app and turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone. The Dafit” APP will have an activation notification prompt, and click “OK”. Click “Scan Device” on the “My” page of the APP, and search for the watch.
Click the Bluetooth address or Bluetooth name, and then select OK in the watch interface. The connection is successful.

major function
Touch gesture: the main interface slides left to enter the common menu interface, right to enter the split-screen list interface, up to enter the information interface, down to enter the menu setting bar, press the on-off key to return to the standby interface or turn off the screen, and after entering each function, slide right to return to the previous interface;

Dial switching: support dial switching. Press and hold the main interface to enter the dial switching state, select the dial you want, and click to return to the main interface display. Support users to push pointer dial, digital dial and custom dial on the APP side.

Menu style: you can choose honeycomb style, list style and intelligent theme according to your own preferences;

Activity record : you can check the number of walking steps, calorie consumption and walking distance on that day. At 24 o’clock every day, the data of the day will be saved and the data of the whole day will be reset to zero;

Heart rate monitoring: wear the wrist to keep the correct measurement posture, enter the heart rate monitoring interface, the watch will automatically start measuring, and the data will be displayed in about 25 seconds; (The automatic heart rate monitoring setting can be turned on on the APP side, and the automatic heart rate monitoring will be carried out every day during the set time period);

Blood pressure monitoring: wear the wrist to keep the correct measurement posture, enter the blood pressure monitoring interface, the watch will automatically start measuring, and the value will be measured in about 25 seconds;

Blood oxygen monitoring: wear the wrist to maintain the correct measurement posture, enter the blood oxygen monitoring interface, the watch will automatically start measuring, and the value will be measured in about 25 seconds;

Pressure test: wear your wrist to keep the correct measurement posture, enter the pressure test interface, and the watch will automatically start measuring, and the value will be measured in about 25 seconds;

Sleep: the length and quality of your sleep will be recorded from 21: 00 every night to 9: 00 the next morning to help you better adjust your schedule and improve your sleep quality;

Custom card : you can add or delete the functions you need in the custom card;

Breathing training: Click Start Breathing Training to perform inhalation/exhalation training to relax and relieve stress;

Voice Assistant: After connecting Bluetooth 3.0 and Bluetooth 5.1, the watch can chat by clicking voice;

APP download: you can download Dafit APP ； by scanning the code with a thirdparty tool; The function of binding the watch can be realized by scanning the code with APP “Sweep”;

Information: You can query instant messages such as QQ/ WeChat. This function needs to be connected to the “Dafit APP” application on the mobile phone.

Weather: After connecting Bluetooth, the watch can display the future weather;

Bluetooth phone: As shown in the figure, after the dial-up interface is connected to the mobile phone, just like the mobile phone, you can quickly find contacts according to the address book and recent call list, or you can dial directly.
(Audio Bluetooth connection is required);

Settings: list interface functions such as shutdown, restart, language and so on;

Charge icon: When the watch battery is less than 10%, a low battery prompt interface will pop up; When the watch is plugged into the charger, it has a charging interface and a fully charged interface;

Bluetooth music : as shown in the figure, it is the music control interface: after connecting the mobile phone, the watch can control the player of the mobile phone, and the mobile phone is playing music interface. After clicking in, the watch can control the mobile phone music to play/pause, play the previous song, play the next song, adjust the sound and other operations;

Sedentary reminder: after sitting for a long time, remind you to get up and move.

Alarm clock : an alarm clock can be set to remind you;

Brightness level : You can adjust the brightness of the watch screen according to your own needs;

Stopwatch: Turn on this function to time;

Bright screen time : customers can adjust the watch screen time according to their own needs;

Do not disturb mode: Opening the do not disturb mode will close the message notification and call reminder;

Frequently asked questions:

1. I wonder if the Bluetooth connection is successful?
   Answer: When the watch pulls down the status bar and the Bluetooth icon is colored, it means that the Bluetooth connection is successful; When the color of the Bluetooth icon is gray, it means that Bluetooth is not connected.

2. What should I do if I can’t connect to Bluetooth for many times?
   A: Due to the lack of uniformity of Bluetooth protocols of various mobile phone brands, sometimes the Bluetooth connection between the mobile phone and the watch is unstable. You can turn off the Bluetooth of the mobile phone and reconnect it, or try to connect the watch again after restoring the factory settings.

3. What should I do if I can’t receive the message notification?
   A: Watches only synchronize the notification functions of mobile phones, such as incoming calls, QQ, WeChat message reminders, etc. Go to “Settings” and “Application Management”, find “Rights Management” and open it all. Then enter “notification management”, find “Dafit APP” and open all permissions. Open Dafit APP, devices and cancel. “Push information”, open the background operation authority, and enter the APP that selects synchronous information notification, such as QQ and WeChat.

Tips: If the computer version of WeChat is online at the same time, the mobile phone will not receive the letter notice. Some mobile phones also need to add “Dafit APP” to the power-saving white list to avoid being turned off by
the mobile phone when the battery is low. Warranty statement
