Connection process

Step 1. First ensure the battery level when receiving the product Adequate, alternating blue and red lights flashing is sufficient Insufficient battery, please charge in a timely manner

Indicator light status

1. Press and hold the power button for two seconds, and the blue light will flash

5. The fully charged blue light remains on continuously

Troubleshooting

1. Screen lag

A. The data transmission distance is too far, and the product is not compatible with the phone during use Need to maintain optimal distance
B. In the case of insufficient battery, it can also cause lagging, Please charge in a timely manner before use

2.WIFI signal cannot be transmitted/intermittent

A. The lower the battery, the weaker the WIFI signal. Please fully charge before use
B. Beyond the WIFI signal transmission distance, the product and phone must maintain Best distance
C. There are too many other interfering signals in the surrounding area, which can affect the transmission quality, Please try to use it in a relatively pure environment
D. Ensure that the product has successfully connected to the phone signal

3.No image display

A. Confirm if the phone has successfully connected to the product hotspot
B. After confirming the connection, if there is still no display, please close the app Reconnect and open the app
