Reset to Factory Defaults
If you have trouble with your smart light bulb, try a factory reset:
- Delete the light bulb from the Alexa app. OR
- Use a light switch to quickly turn on and off 5 times. When you turn the light on the 6th time, the bulb flashes quickly 5 times, then flashes twice softly. This indicates the bulb has been factory reset.
