Important information on charging!

Verify voltage and outlets are safe and normal. Please use correct power adapter when charging.
Make sure that charging cable is dry, charging port free from water stains and damage, etc. Connect charger to a power outlet when it is safe.
If this is your first time using the product, you should test it. Fully charge the battery when it is low or empty
