The power strip includes various components:
- A – Overload protection button

Set Up with Alexa
- Download the latest version of the Alexa app from the app store and log in.
- Plug in the power strip.
- In the Alexa app, tap More from the bottom menu, then tap Add a Device.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup. Scan the QR code on the back of the device when prompted.
Change Settings with Alexa
Use the Alexa app to customize plug names, create groups/rooms, or set up
automation routines.
Using the Power Strip
- Connect up to three devices to the AC outlets.
- Utilize the USB-A and USB-C ports for charging mobile devices. These ports are always active.
- To control via Alexa, access the Devices section in the app and select Plugs to manage each outlet.
Reset to Factory Defaults
To reset the power strip to factory settings, press and hold the power button
(G) for approximately 10 seconds until the RESET LED (H) blinks red and green
alternately.
Troubleshooting
- If the device does not turn on, reset it by pressing the button.

Set Up with Alexa

Note: Use the voice control on your Amazon Alexa. (For example, “Alexa, turn on the first plug.”)
Reset to Factory Defaults
Press and hold the power button (G) for about 10 seconds until the RESET LED
(H) alternates blinking red and green.

Device does not turn on
- Make sure the power strip is connected to a working power outlet.
- Make sure the outlet that your device is plugged into is turned on.
- Make sure the overload protection button is not popped up. If it is, press the button to reset it.
Alexa app cannot find or connect to the device
- Make sure that your phone/tablet and the Alexa app are using the latest software version.
- Make sure your phone/tablet is within 98 ft. (30 m) of the power strip.
- Make sure you scan the barcode in this User Manual or on the back of the power strip. Do not scan the barcode on packaging for setup.
- Unplug the power strip and plug it back in.
- Make sure that your phone/tablet and power strip are connected to the same 2.4GHz network. The power strip is not compatible with 5GHz networks.
- If you have a dual Wi-Fi router and both network signals have the same name, rename one and try reconnecting to the 2.4GHz network.
- Do a factory reset. See “Reset to Factory Defaults.”
WARNING
Do not plug the power strip into an extension cord, surge protector, or power
strip.
Safety Instructions
This surge protector should not be mounted on a desk or similar surfaces.
- For optimum performance, use the surge protector according to this User Manual.
- Plug the surge protector into a 125VAC outlet.
- Do not plug more than a total of 1,250 W into this surge protector.
- Unplug the surge protector after use.
- Do not use the surge protector with electronics that do not conform to its specifications.
- If the surge protector stops working because of over-current, overtemperature, or short-circuit protection, unplug the surge protector and electronics (push the overload protection button back if it popped up) to reset it. Make sure that the connected devices are compatible with the surge protector before you continue to use it.
- Do not place the surge protector close to fire or heat sources, such as a stove or candle.
- Do not let the surge protector fall into liquid, such as a swimming pool or bathtub.
- Do not wash the surge protector with corrosive cleaners.
- If the surge protector does not work properly, contact the store or distributor in your area.
