TM2432R Toddler Floor Locker
CAUTION – CHOKING HAZARD
Adult assembly required due to presence of small parts and sharp edges.
Basic assembly instructions are the same for models shown. 2-Person assembly
recommended.
Toddler Floor Locker

IMPORTANT!
Be sure to keep all parts supported during assembly to avoid damage. Do not
overtighten bolts or it will damage the pre-drilled holes. Snug fit is
adequate.
Assembly must be securely attached to building structure with anchoring
devices of appropriate type, size and quantity in accordance with applicable
codes and accepted installation practices.
ATTENTION
Please unpack and assemble in an area away from children’s activities. Remove
all tools and excess materials from work area after assembly of unit is
complete. Dispose of pallet and packaging materials in an environmentally
friendly manner. If any parts are missing or damaged, please call Stevens for
immediate parts replacement
(1-800-350-3270). When ordering parts,
give the Model Number and Color of the unit.
NOTE: Refer to exploded drawing for orientation of holes to parts.
STEP 1: Lay Shelf (5) on floor with the side having the most holes facing
down.
STEP 2: Insert dowels on Short Dividers (6) into holes on Shelf (5),
making sure all raw edges are facing the same direction, toward back of unit.
Press firmly into place.
STEP 3: Align holes on one Top-Bot (2) with dowels on Short Divider (6).
Make sure grooves on Top-Bot (2) are facing same direction as raw edges on
Short Divider (6) and Shelf (5). Press firmly into place.
STEP 4: Secure Top-Bottom (2) to Short Dividers (6) with two Confirmat
Bolts (11).
STEP 5: Secure Shelf (5) to two center Short Dividers (6) with two Flat
Head Bolts (10) each. This will be referred to as the Divider Assembly.
STEP 6: Lay one End (1) flat on floor, with side having the most holes
facing up.
STEP 7: Insert dowels on one end of Divider Assembly into holes on End
(1). Press firmly into place.
STEP 8: Insert dowels on other Top-Bot (2) into holes on End (1). Make
sure groove is facing interior of unit and is aligned with grooves on other
Top-Bot (2).
STEP 9: Beginning with holes closest to End (1), insert dowels on each
Long Divider (7) first into holes on Top-Bot (2), then into holes on bottom of
Shelf (5). Top-Bot (2) can be moved slightly to provide enough room. Make sure
all raw edges are facing same direction.
STEP 10: Slide Backs (3 & 4) into grooves on Top-Bot (2). Press Backs
together and against End (1).
STEP 11: Position other End (1) on top of assembly so dowels on Top-Bot
(2) and Shelf (5) align with holes on End (1). Press firmly in place.
STEP 12: Secure End (1) to Top-Bottom (2) and Shelf (5), using six
Confirmat Bolts (11).
STEP 13: Carefully turn unit over so other End (1) is facing up.
STEP 14: Repeat STEP 12 to secure End (1) to Top-Bottom (2) and Shelf
(5).
STEP 15: Carefully position assembly with front edges on floor and back
facing up.

HARDWARE / TOOLS INCLUDED
(Phillips screwdriver required but not included.)
STEP 16 : Secure Backs to Dividers (6 & 7) with four Back Screws (12). Two
Back Screws will be inserted through seam between Backs (3 & 4). Phillips
screwdriver not included.
IMPORTANT! Make sure Back Screws are centered on raw edge of Dividers and
inserted straight into Dividers. This is necessary to prevent Back Screws from
protruding through and damaging Divider surface.
STEP 17: Secure lower Top-Bottom (2) to two center Long Dividers (7) with
two Confirmat Bolts (11).
STEP 18: Carefully position unit with back flat on floor.
STEP 19:
Attach each Coat Hook(8) to underside of Shelf (5) using two Coat Hook
Screws(9) and pre-drilled holes.
STEP 20: Carefully stand unit upright.
STEP 21: Ensure all joints, bolts and screws are tight.
This completes the assembly.
