TM2336R Natural Birch Plywood Diaper Wall Storage

Adult assembly required due to presence of small parts and sharp edges.
Illustrations and part numbers are for TM2336R.
Basic assembly instructions are the same for models shown. 2-Person assembly
recommended.

ATTENTION
Please unpack and assemble in an area away from children’s activities. Remove
all tools and excess materials from work area after assembly of unit is
complete. Dispose of pallet and packaging materials in an environmentally
friendly manner. If any parts are missing or damaged, please call Stevens for
immediate parts replacement
(1-800-350-3270). When ordering parts,
give the Model Number and Color of the unit.
NOTE: Refer to exploded drawing for orientation of holes to parts.
IMPORTANT!
Be sure to keep all parts supported during assembly to avoid damage. Do not
over-tighten bolts or it will damage the pre-drilled holes. Snug fit is
adequate.
STEP 1:
Locate Top (6), Bottom (2) and Shelf (3). Note that Shelf has one set of three
holes on one side and two sets of three holes on the other side. Bottom has
two sets of three holes on one side. These are for Dividers (7)
STEP 2:
Lay Bottom (2) on floor, with side having routed groove and the most holes
facing up. Insert Divider (7) dowels into holes on Bottom (2), making sure raw
edges of Dividers are facing same direction as groove on Bottom.
STEP 3:
With side having the most holes facing down, align holes on Shelf (3) with
dowels on standing Dividers (7). Make sure all raw edges are facing same
direction. Press firmly into place.
STEP 4:
Secure Shelf (3) and Bottom (2) to Divider (7) with four Confirmat Bolts (10)
using Hex Wrench.
STEP 5:
Insert remaining Dividers (7) into holes on Shelf (3).
STEP 6:
Align holes on Top (6) with dowels on Dividers (7). Make sure routed groove on
Top and all raw edges are facing same direction. Press firmly into place.
STEP 7:
Secure Shelf (3) to Divider (7) with Flat Head Confirmat Bolt (11). Secure Top
(6) to Divider (7) with Confirmat Bolt (10). This completes the SHELF DIVIDER
ASSEMBLY.
STEP 8:
Lay one End (1) on floor with side having the most holes facing up.
STEP 9:
Insert Shelf/Divider Assembly into holes on End (1).
Make sure the double groove is toward the back (flat) edge of End (1).
STEP 10:
Slide Backs (8) into grooves on Top and Shelf, and on Bottom and Shelf. Seat
firmly against the End.
Model TM4336R does not have grooves on Ends (1).
Attach Back by inserting two Back Screws (12) through holes into shelf.
STEP 11:
Insert dowels on Stringers (5) into remaining holes on End. Make sure holes on
Stringers (5) align with thru-holes on End.
STEP 12:
Position other End on top of assembly, so dowels on Shelf/Divider Assy and
Stringers (5) align with holes on End. Press firmly into place.
STEP 13:
Secure End (1) to Shelf/Divider Assy and Stringers (5) with eight Confirmat
Bolts (10).
STEP 14:
Carefully turn unit over so other End is facing up.
Repeat Step 13 to secure other End to Shelf/ Divider Assy and Stringers.
STEP 15:
Carefully lay unit onto back and insert Shelf Clips (9) into remaining holes
on Bottom and Shelf. Slide Subdividers (4) into Shelf Clips, ensuring rounded
edges are facing front of unit.
STEP 16:
Carefully stand unit upright. Ensure all joints and bolts are tight.
This completes the assembly.
