Product Usage Instructions

1. Introducir la pinza en al agujero. (Insert the collet into the hole.)
2. Seguir introduciendo hasta llegar al radio. (Continue inserting the collet until it reaches the radius.)
3. Poner la brida abajo. (Put the clamp down.)
4. Realizar el tiro con el puente o la barra de impacto. (Apply the force with the push puller or with the slide hammer.)

Additional Instructions

• Los extractores tienen dos piezas la pinza (05) y el husillo (07) – Las pinzas de la 4014 a la 4017 se montan sin adaptador.
• Puente extractor 4392 / 4392 Push puller Con las pinzas de la serie 4000 se monta el puente 1110.
• Para las pinzas de la 4000 a la 4013 hace falta el adaptador 4022 (5/818h a M-8).
• Para las pinzas de la 4014 a la 4017 hace falta el adaptador 4023 (5/818h a 1/2UN 20h).
• Las pinzas 4014 a la 4017 se pueden montar directamente en el puente 4392.

Instructions

IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO USE POWER TOOLS

1. Make sure the spindle is cleaned and greased before use.
2. Choose the right collet according to the part to be extracted. Choose always the largest model as possible.
3. Insert the collet into the hole without reaching the bottom. Tighten the spindle slightly.
4. Continue inserting the collet until it reaches the bearing radius. You will notice a click and the collet starts to loosen.
5. Re-open the collet as much as possible by turning the spindle.
6. Pull out the collet with the 2500 serie push puller or with the 4390 slide hammer.

Instructions

1. Insert the collet into the hole.
2. Continue insserting the collet until it reaches the radius.
3. Open the collet unitl reach the diameter of the part to be extracted..

Sometimes when the collet is tighten we are not in the radius of the bearing, or the collet is bended. In these cases when pulling (especially with the slide hammer) one of the jaws can be broken.

The internal collets sometimes could be broken. Most of all when the slide hammer is used. As well, It is very common to brake the collet when the slide hammer it is not at straight position.

• The slide hammer of 1kg (4390) is the most common for these type of collets
• In case of using this collets, it is necessary to use adapters.
• 4020 adapter (M-8×1.25 a ½”UN20h) (from 4000 to 4013 collets).
• From 4014 to 4017 are assembled without any adapter.
• It is possible to assemble the slide hammer of 2 kg (4394) in order to work with higher extraction force. This slide hammer is very advisable for 4016 and 4017 collets. The same adapters are used.
• If it is necessary, this bar can be mounted in the short position.. Barras de impacto / Slide hammer

4392 Push puller

1110 push puller goes with 4000 series collets..

• From 4000 to 4013 collets, 4022 (5/8”18h a M-8) adaptor is needed.
• From 4014 to 4017 collets, 4023 (5/8”18h a 1/2”UN 20h) adaptor is needed.
• From 4014 to 4017 collets, can be mounted in the 4392 push puller.
