NINETYGO lock  is preset to 0-0-0-0.
To reset your combination, follow the below steps:

  1. Set the lock to the “on” status, (initial password is 0-0-0-0).
  2. Open the luggage. Locate the reset button (A). The reset button (A) is inside the luggage and near the lock.
  3. Move the reset button (A) from position to position .
  4. While the luggage is open, set your personal 3-digit code. After that, return the reset button (A) back to the original position .
  5. New code set-up is done!

Note: Please keep in mind that the password is the only key to open your suitcase.

Important Tips:

Reset button (A) must be returned to the original position after selecting your personal 3-digit code. The 3-digit code is only set after reset button (A) is in its original position. If the button is not returned to the original position after setting the code and the luggage is closed, the code is not set properly and the only way to open the briefcase will be to break the lock.

  2. Open the zippers.
  3. The reset button (A) is inside the luggage and near the lock.
