DO NOT USE the Epilaser on the following areas of your body:
On or around the eyes, eyebrows, or eyelashes. This may cause permanent eye damage. Anywhere on or around the forehead, temples, nostrils, ears, nip- ples, genitals, or around the anus. These areas may have more sensitive skin, a darker complexion, and/or greater hair density. Use of the Epilaser in these areas has not been tested and could cause serious skin damage. -
On parts of your skin that are darker than your usual skin tone, such as tattoos, brown or black spots (e.g., large freckles, birthmarks, or moles), tanned skin, or red or swollen skin. Dark skin can absorb too much laser light, which can burn the skin.
-
On damaged skin, including open wounds, cold sores, sunburn, or areas where you’ve had a peeling or other skin resurfacing procedure within the last 6-8 weeks (check with your doctor). These conditions can make the skin more sensitive to the laser, resulting in burns.
-
On any area where you’d like your hairs one day to grow back.
DO NOT USE the Epilaser if your skin tone is identified as “not compatible” (See “Check your skin tone and hair color” on page 35).
If in doubt, please see “Check your skin tone” on page 35. Darker skin tones can absorb too much light, which can damage the skin.

WELCOME
Introduction
- The Epilaser is a permanent hair reduction laser that gives you long-lasting results in the comfort of your own home, unlike temporary solutions like waxing. The Epilaser works in the same way as professional permanent laser hair reduction. The laser beam heats the dark pigment inside the hair and deactivates the hair follicle, giving you permanent hair reduction after several sessions. It is only effective on natural dark hairs (if in doubt, refer to page 35).
- The built-in camera and sensors enable the Epilaser to automatically find and treat all hairs in the area to be treated in a matter of seconds. Simply hold the
- Epilaser over the area to be treated and move on to the next area once the treatment is completed.
Where to use the laser?
The Epilaser can be used on the following areas of the body: Women’s facial
hairs (cheeks and below, such as chin and jawline), arms, armpits, hands,

Warning

- Press and hold the activation button for 2 seconds to turn the Epilaser on or off.
GETTING STARTED
Preparation
Follow these instructions to prepare your treatment.
- Do not perform a peeling or any other skin resurfacing procedure six weeks or less before your first treatment.
- Stay out of the sun to avoid sun exposure before and after treatment. When you go out, apply sunscreen with a high protection factor (SPF30).
- Avoid self-tanning creams that darken your skin.
- Avoid other hair removal methods. Hair removal with tweezers, waxing, and electrolysis can disrupt the hair follicle and should be avoided for at least four weeks before the treatment.
Check your skin tone and natural hair color
- Check your skin tone
To determine whether this laser is safe to use, compare the skin color of the area(s) you wish to treat with the skin colors shown below. The Epilaser is intended for use only on skin tones from Type I (white) to IV (light brown).
Warning
DO NOT USE the device if the skin tone of the area to be treated corresponds
to Type V (medium brown) or Type VI (dark brown/black). Dark skin can absorb
too much laser light, which can damage the skin.
- Check your natural hair color
Epilaser works best on naturally dark hairs (black, dark brown, medium brown, or light brown). The Epilaser will work, but will not be effective on white, grey, blond, or red hairs.
Prepare your skin
-
STEP 1. Trimming and shaving We recommend trimming and shaving the hairs the day before the laser treat- ment. Trimming or shaving hairs above the skin to avoid superficial skin dam- age from burnt hairs, but leave the hair shafts intact below the surface.
The hairs must be visible at the time of treatment (from the shortest to the longest 2 mm hairs). Do not treat hairs longer than 2 mm. Any hair that is too long or too thick will burn. -
STEP 2. Clean the treatment area Remove all cosmetics, lotions, and creams that could block the laser light. It may be preferable to use the laser after a shower or bath to ensure that the skin is clean.
-
STEP 3. Make sure that the treatment area is completely dry before starting.
Skin test on a small area- Prepare your skin.
- Turn on the Epilaser
- Follow the instructions in the “Treating your hairs” section on pages 37 to 40 to treat a single area.
- Move the laser to the next treatment area and test it with a second treatment area.
- Please test up to 3 zones.
- Wait 24 hours and check the tested areas. If there are no serious discomfort or side effects regarding your skin, the test is successful and you can start treating your hairs.
If you are unsure of the test result, do not use the Epilaser and contact the vendor’s customer support service before continuing to use it.
-
Treating your hairs
- Note: The laser beam impacts the follicle (“hair root”) beneath the skin’s surface. On impact, the beam heats the follicle, weakening it and preventing future growth. To be effective, each hair follicle must be treated during its active growth period. As hair grows in cycles, several treatments are required. The hair will fall out on its own after a while, or you can remove it once the treatments have been completed.
- Tip: For optimum results, we recommend using your Epilaser at maximum level (level 3), with 2 flashes per treatment and 2 sessions per week for 12 weeks. If the maximum level proves too sensitive for the area treated, reduce to level 2 or even 1, while maintaining 2 flashes/treatment and 2 treatments per week.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POWER REDUCTION MAY EXTEND THE DURATION OF THE TREATMENT.
Warning
Caution – Use of controls or adjustments or performance of procedures
other than those specified herein may result in hazardous radiation exposure.
-
STEP 1. Turn on your Epilaser
Remove the protective cover from the Epilaser and turn it on. Repeatedly press the Power button to select your desired treatment level. For optimum results, we recommend using your Epilaser at High level (level 3) at first.
Once the laser is turned on, your device is ready for use.
NOTE: If you do not use the device for 2 minutes, the Epilaser will turn off automatically. -
STEP 2. Target and treat hairs
Keep the flush treatment window on the area of your skin that you wish to treat.
If the skin tone sensor detects that the skin type is not suitable for treatment, the laser will not perform the treatment. Simply hold the device in place on the skin’s surface, and it automatically applies the laser treatment. The integrated camera and sensors find and target hair follicles. The laser treats hairs found in the target area.
When the laser is processing, the LED indicator blinks green.
When all the hairs in the target area have been treated, a sound signal indicates that you can remove the device from your skin and move on to the next treatment area.
If the Epilaser is moved too soon, the indicator light blinks red and you will hear a sound signal, indicating that the treatment has not been completed.
If this happens, simply reposition the device, hold it against the skin and don’t move it until it notifies you that it has completed the treatment . Please note the following points when treating unwanted hairs:
The Epilaser emits several pulses from the treatment window when the area is treated. Once the treatment is complete, the Epilaser must be removed from the skin and repositioned. The Epilaser will only apply one series of pulses if it is not removed from the skin.
Treatment tips- Proper use of the Epilaser requires some practice. At first, it may take some time to hold the device correctly so that it doesn’t lose contact with the skin.
- It may be helpful to use both hands or to rest your arm on a flat surface for greater stability (It is not necessary to press hard against the skin). Once you have more experience with the Epilaser, treatments will be easier – and you can even have fun!
- To help you position the Epilaser correctly on your skin, you can use a mirror.
- Sitting in front of the mirror will enable you to target the desired treatment area before aoo vina the laser to vour skin.
-
STEP 3. Reposition the device and repeat on the next area
After processing an area, move and reposition the processing window on another area. Follow step 2 “Targeting and treating hairs” (see page 38) for each area you wish to treat. -
STEP 4. Turning the device off
When the treatment is completed, turn the device off and clean the Epilaser thoroughly after each use (see “Cleaning the Epilaser” on page 41). Replace the protective cover over the treatment window. Clean the treatment area and, to reduce any discomfort, you can put ice to it.
When used following the instructions, the Epilaser is an over-the-counter device for personal use that provides permanent hair reduction. Results may vary from person to person, depending on factors such as the area of the body treated and compliance with the treatment instructions.
Important:
For best results, treat continuously for 12 weeks, 2 treatments a week. We recommend a double flash/treatment, i.e. 4 flashes per week.
Depending on your body hair and the laser intensity used, the treatment may be extended beyond 12 weeks.
AFTER THE TREATMENT
Cleaning the Epilaser
You must keep your Epilaser clean and dry, especially the treatment window
area. If cleaning is necessary, turn the laser off. Clean the outside of the
device with alcohol wipes. It is also advisable to regularly remove dust from
its gaps.
- In particular, clean the areas that have touched your skin, especially around the treatment window.
- Take care not to damage the inside or around the treatment window.
Note: DO NOT moister the unit when cleaning, as this may cause electric shock or electric shock hazard.
Tips
- After treatment, you may have a feeling that varies depending on the person and the treatment area. You may feel nothing, or have a warm, tingling feel- ing. Some users may see a slight redness, which generally disappears within 24 hours.
- We recommend avoiding exposure to artificial light sources, such as tanning booths, sunbeds, sunlamps, or tanning beds.
- For 24 hours after treatment, avoid any activity or product that could irritate your skin. This includes using jacuzzis or saunas, wearing tight-fitting clothes, using bleaching creams, perfumed products, or exfoliating products. The above-mentioned products may cause irritation, such as itching and redness, in the treated areas.
- Stay out of the sun to avoid sun exposure before and after treatment. When you go outside, apply sunscreen with a high protection factor (SPF30).
Treatment period by sessions
- After your first treatment session, there will be no visible change regarding the hair. Laser hair removal does not cause immediate hair loss. Treated hairs will eventually fall out on their own. Continue with your normal depilatory rou- tine (waxing, shaving, etc.), if you want to.
- With further treatments, a gradual reduction in the number of hairs can be seen. Regrown hairs are also lighter and finer.
After the session:
- Hair follicles that have been deactivated by the Epilaser will not grow back.
- Perform occasional touch-ups or additional treatments as needed.
NOTE: Laser hair treatment does not immediately remove treated hairs. As a permanent result, hair follicles will be deactivated on impact and will not grow new hairs.
