Q: How do I reset the earbuds?
A: To reset the earbuds, follow these steps:
- Put the earbuds back into the charging case.
- Close the lid of the charging case.
- Press and hold both earbuds’ touch buttons for 10 seconds until you see the LED lights flashing red and blue alternately. This indicates that the earbuds have been reset.
Q: What should I do if my earbuds are not pairing correctly?
A: If your earbuds are having trouble pairing, try the following steps:
- Make sure the earbuds are fully charged.
- Delete the Bluetooth pairing history on your device and try pairing again.
- If issues persist, reset the earbuds as mentioned in the previous FAQ answer and try pairing again.

Power
Power On / off
- The earbuds will automatically turn on after opening the top lid of the charging case.
- Put the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid, they will automatically shut down.
- If you remove the earplugs but the earplugs are not powered on, please confirm if there is a protective film that needs to be removed before recharging the earbuds. Put the headphones back into the charging case and close the cover.
- If you put the earbuds back into the charging case compartment, close the lid, and the earbuds do not turn off, please charge the charging case.
Pairing And Reset Earbuds
First Pairing
- Step 1: Please turn on the bluetooth function on your cellphone/laptop.
- Step 2: Open the charging case, take out the earbuds, the blue lights flash on earbud.
- Step 3: Select“SPO6”on your phone/laptop and connect the device, the red and blue lights off when you connect successfully.
(The earbuds will automatically turn off if not connected the device within 5 minutes.)
Reset Earbuds
If only one earbud connects to phone / earbuds can not pair together.
Please try the reset steps:
- Step 1: Take out the earbuds from charging case.
- Step 2: Turn off the Bluetooth of the phone, and quickly restore the factory settings by 5 clicks when the red/blue lights alternate on the earphones, But the TWS pairing information is unclear. The red and blue lights stay on for 1 second at the same time, and the device shuts down after turning red for 1 second successfully, please put earbuds back to charging case and take out again to connect the device again.
