Timer function

15 minutes automatic timing standby For the health of you and your family, we set the running system of the foot therapy machine to 15 minutes, avoid long- time overload work and prolong the service life of the machine. If you feel uncomfortable during use, click the “power” button to turn off the machine early without waiting for full operation.

Product composition

• Ventral surface: 5 independent control buttons – control the massage function of the product
• Surface and interior: Squeeze massage – air pressure wraps the instep for acupoint squeezing and the heating plate can quickly heat up to relax your feet
• Front end of the massage plate: Kneading massage – acupoint massage and kneading scraping of the soles of the feet
• The middle part of the massage plate: Top pressure massage – acupoint massage and top-pressure massage on the arch area of the foot
• The end of the massage plate: Acupuncture massage – imitation acupuncture massage on the heel area
• Overall massage plate: Vibration massage – vibrates the soles of the feet and legs to achieve relaxation and body shaping (FM02 Only)

Power

• In standby mode, the indicator light of is red and flashing.
• Press in standby mode, the system will default to foot mode M1, low intensity, heating on and time for 15 minutes. At the end of the massage, all massage actions stop and the system returns to standby mode. (Press in start-up mode to stop all massage actions and return to standby mode).

Mode

Press in massage mode to cycle through the M1/M2/M3 plantar modes.

M1 (colour: blue) is a low-intensity massage mode, suitable for daily relaxation; M2 (colour: magenta) is a medium-intensity massage mode, suitable for mild pain relief and relaxation after light exercise; M3 (colour: red) is a high-intensity massage mode, suitable for pain relief or deep relaxation after exercise.

Air compression

The product startup status defaults to low-level air pressure(Color: blue). Press to switch the air pressure intensity in order: medium (Color: magenta), high(Color: red), and turn off (The indicator light is off). If the squeezing of the airbags is too strong for you, click continuously until the light goes out to switch off the function and enjoy a pure foot massage!

Vibration

The default startup state of the product is vibration(Color: blue). Press this to switch the vibration function on and off. (Only available in FM02 mode)

Heat

The product startup status defaults to low-level heating (the indicator light is red and flashes quickly). Press this to switch to higher-level heating (the indicator light is red and remains on). Press this again to turn off the heating function (the indicator light goes out).

Speed

The product startup status defaults to low speed (Color: blue). Press to switch the kneading speed adjustment in order: medium speed (Color: magenta), high speed (Color: red). (Only available in FM01)

Matters needing attention

The power plug must be unplugged after use or before cleaning. This machine is not allowed to be used in damp environments and bathroom. Please keep it in a dry place without direct sunlight after use. Do not use kneading massage area during sleep to prevent long-term stimula- tion of a part from affecting health. Do not use the massager within half an hour after meals, otherwise adverse consequences will occur due to different human constitution. In case of discomfort caused by excessive stimulation during use, stop using immediately. After massage, please drink 500CC boiled water or hot tea to promote the excretion of metabolic substances in the body. Do not replace the unqualified cord by yourself. Do not cover the motor for use, so as to avoid failure or damage caused by excessive motor temperature. Please keep away from sharp objects. Do not continue to use the product when the cloth cover is damaged, so as to prevent toes from getting involved in the machine and causing personal injury. Do not operate the control switch with wet hands. Do not let the control switch touch water and other liquids. Do not use this product continuously for more than 30 minutes, and do not warm your feet for more than two hours.
