Product Usage Instructions
Charging the Scooter
To charge the scooter, ensure it is turned off. Connect the charger to a power outlet and then to the scooter’s charging port. Allow the scooter to charge fully as per the specified charging time.
Folding and Unfolding
To fold the scooter, follow the instructions provided in the manual. When unfolding, make sure all parts lock securely into place before riding.
Riding the Scooter

INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT! Read carefully and keep for future reference
- This product is just for one adult only, not possible for two or more persons
- Use helmet or other safety device during riding
- Don’t ride it on unsafe place and don’t break traffic regulations
- Have a try on an empty place before riding on the road
- Do not make any dangerous actions when riding or riding with one hand. Keep your feet on the scooter.
- For your safety, please limit the speed within 25 Km/h. Please try to avoid using it at night, if needed, please limit the speed within 15 K/h or less and turn on headlight
- Do not use scooter when the temperature is lower than -5 °C
- Must be reduce the speed or get off the scooter to pass by rugged road
- Don’t ride it on the ground with oil or ice
- In order to protect battery or other electric parts, don’t put the scooter into water with height more than 4 cm, don’t spray by water
- In order to avoid unnecessary hurt, please don, t use it when the weather is bad, such as heavy raining, and heavy snowing etc.
- Adjust the height of the scooter according to your height.
- Do not ride in a bad weather condition. Keep it away from flammable substances and open sources of fire.
- Please get off the scooter to pass the bad road conditions.
- The user should check the limits of use in accordance with the local regulations.
PRODUCT VIEW
HEAD MOUNTING
- Remove the holder from the hook by pressing on the rear wing. Raise the steering mast
- Pull the steering rack forward until it clicks, adjust the height of the steering rack
- Connect the contacts according to the marking. Make sure that all contacts are inside the steering rack.
- Insert the steering head into the rack. Tighten the bolts using the tool. Turn on the power.
UNFOLDING STEPS
- Push down on the rear wing to release the steering mast hook
- Raise the steering mast as shown in the picture
- Bring the steering mast forward until it clicks
- Make sure that the latch has entered the groove and is securely fixed
STEERING RACK
On the front side of the steering rack there are three slots for adjusting the height of the steering wheel. Loosen the handlebar retainer and adjust the height of the rack, then secure the retainer
FOLDING STEPS
Warning! Power off the scooter before folding
- Lift the folding latch up
- Then pull it aside
- Push the handlebar forward, press folding lever in the direction of the arrow in the figure
- Continue folding scooter until folding hook reaches and hangs the bolt located on the rear brake.
CHARGING
- Open the rubber and insert the plug into the hole
- Insert another one plug of the charger into the electric outlet
- When the indicator is red, it shows the battery is charging
TRANSPORT
Close and fold the scooter before moving, lifting, or transporting it (as shows on the pic below).
SEAT INSTALLATION
- Attach the seat bracket to the battery panel with four bolts
- After the rack is fixed, open the latch for the seat
- Insert the seat into slot
- Turn the seat in the right direction and lock it
SEAT FOLDING
- Remove from the latch by pulling the seat back down as shown in the figure
- Press the lock pedal as shown in the picture
- After pressing the locking pedal, slowly lower the seat post
SEAT UNFOLDING
- Lift the seat post
- After the rack is raised, scroll the seat along the axis so that it fits into the grooves
- Shake the seat post to make sure it fits into the slots
- Adjust the seat height, and lock it

OPERATION INSTRUCTION

POWER ON
Turn the ignition key to turn on the power. To turn off, return the ignition key to its original state -
GEAR SETTING
To change gears, use the “power” button next to the throttle lever. 1st gear max 20 km/h (ECO), 2nd gear max 30 km/h (D), 3rd gear (S) -
SPEED CONTROLLER
Smoothly press the throttle lever to set the speed from zero at a complete stop, and already during movement when pushing off the ground with your foot. The control speed is (1-50 km/h). -
BRAKE CONTROLLER
Gently press the brake lever to reset the speed -
LED LAMP
Use the special button to turn on the headlights -
CRUISE CONTROL
The electric scooter is equipped with a cruise control system. Keep the speed of movement unchanged for some time, the electric scooter will switch to the mode automatically. -
STARTING
Stand on the ground with one foot, step on the pedal with one foot and slowly press the right gas pedal. after the car starts moving smoothly, stand firmly with both feet on the pedal. The control speed is (1-50 km/h).
RIDING OPERATION
- Turn on the power.
- Put one foot on the soundboard.
- Push off with the second foot and gently press the throttle lever to gain speed, put the second foot on the deck
- To reset the speed and stop completely, use the brake lever,
- Do not press the lever sharply, this may lead to overturning.
To start the cruise control, keep the speed unchanged for a few seconds, the mode will start automatically. After that, you can release the speed lever. To switch off, accelerate with the speed dial lever or gently press the brake lever.
BATTERY AND CHARGER
Each G2 Pro electric scooter is equipped with a special lithium battery and a special intelligent charger. Its accessories have special numbers, please do not use other chargers for charging, as well as other types of products. It is advisable to use our company’s charger for charging. If the battery or charger is damaged as a result, the company will not be responsible
BATTERY
Designed for 800 to 1000 recharges without loss of battery functionality.
CHARGER
The charger is equipped with an auto-off system when the battery is fully charged. The full charging time is 7-8 hours, except if the battery is damaged as a result of improper charging.
DASHBOARD INSTRUCTION
Press the power button 3 times to enter the setting menu. First page is P1,
Then press once to change to P2, P3, P4 to P8etc….
- P1: Miles or Kilometers On the P1 menu, press the power button 3 times, characters will flash, then press the power button to choose between mile or km; 0 =km, 1=mile. Wait for 8 second to exit the settings.
- P2: Voltage Setting. Please set your voltage to 48V
- P3: Wheel size setting. Remain setting of 100
- P4: Please remain setting to 30.
- P5: Cruise Control 0= Cruise Control OFF 1= Cruise Control ON
- P6: Kick Start 0= Kick Start OFF 1=Kick Start ON
- P7: Speed Limit. Remain Setting of 100
- P8: Sleep Mode 0= Sleep OFF Sleep Time Setting: 1-60 Unit: Minutes

MAINTENANCE
LUBRICATION
Folded places need to be put few lubricating oil per 6 months, inspect the scooter per 3 months, to ensure all screws fit well. If the screws are loosing, please screw home tightly.
BATTERY
When you get the KUGOO electric scooter the first time, please charge the battery fully before using The battery can be charged at any time, in order to ensure that the battery has power, during which the battery will not charge for any damage Please charge the battery once every three months if stop using
STORAGE
Don t put the scooter under the sunshining or other damp place for a long term, keep the scooter clean usually.
ERROR CODE
The following code occur on display:
- E01: motor malfunction
- E02: throttle malfunction
- E03: motor or throttle malfunction
- E04: the battery is disconnected
- E05: motor or battery malfunction
- E06: battery or speed lever malfunction
- E07: motor malfunction or contact disconnection
- E08: motor is disconnected
- E09: motor malfunction or contact disconnection
- E10: controller malfunction
- E11: motor or controller malfunction
- E13: motor or controller malfunction
- E20: connection break
- E30: controller malfunction or contact break
- E31: controller malfunction or contact break
- E40: brake malfunction
- E50: controller or brake malfunction
- E60: breaking the connection with the brake
- E70: controller or brake malfunction
SOLUTION WAYS FOR GENERAL QUESTIONS
Please try to solve it refer to following ways when meet with the problem:
Displayer is black
- Reason: exposure time under the sun is too long
- Solving ways: put the scooter in a dark place for a while and cover it
The digits showed on the displayer is not in accordance with the actual information
- Reason: parameter setting is wrong or lost
- Solving ways: reset it
Digits is indistinct
- Reason: bad contact for the battery or weak battery
- Solving ways: switch off the power and then restart it, if still same, pls contact with distributor
Please check following steps finished or not if the product cannot work
- a. Power is on or not
- b. Check the battery has electricity or not
- c. Left brake & rear brake on original position or not
- d. All insert points and connecting points connected correctly or not, if connected correctly and still cannot work, pls contact with the distributor.
