Operation Guide:

Power Button

  • Press for 3 seconds: power on/off
  • Click: Play/Pause,Answer/Hang on
  • Double-click: Light on/off

For to conserve battery life, we recommend turning off the LED Lights.

Mic Mute Button

  • Click: Microphone on/off
  • Double-click: Game Mode/Music Mode
  1. The headset plays a beep notification indicating the mic is turned on with a Blue LED indicator is ON.
  2. The headset plays a double beep notification indicating the mic has been turned off, with an LED indicator OFF.
  3. Music mode sound effect: suitable for listening to music, conference videos, watching movies, online classes, etc.
  4. Game mode sound effect: enhance the background sound effect of the game, increase the low frequency, suitable for use when playing games
  5. The default mode is the music mode when turning on the headset every time.

How to Use

PlayStation 4 / PlayStation 5:
Connect the USB Dongle or the 3.5 mm audio cable with your PS 4/PS 5. Then follow the steps below to check the audio settings to ensure your PS 4/PS 5 automatically switch to play audio and turn on microphone.

Bluetooth Mode Setup:

  1. Turn on the headset, the blue light flashes quickly, the headset enters the search state and makes sure the Wireless USB adapter is not plugged into the USB port at this time.
  2. Turn on the Bluetooth of the connected device, search for the name “ZIUMIER M09” and pair it. The blue light of the headset is solid blue when the pairing is successful.
  3. When the headset is connected to the mobile phone and is playing, short press the power button to realize the play/pause function.
  4. When the headset is connected to the mobile phone, when there is an incoming call, short press the power button to answer the call; during a call, short press the power switch key to hang up the call.

Switching Wireless Mode and Bluetooth Mode:

  1. Switch from 2.4G mode to Bluetooth mode:

  2. Unplug the wireless USB adapter from your device directly, blue light flashes slowly this time.

  3. Open the device’s Bluetooth mode, which can be paired and connected with a Bluetooth device.
    If the headset is not connected to the USB Dongle after turning it on, it can be paired and connected with a Bluetooth device.

  4. Switch the Bluetooth mode to 2.4G mode:
    When the headset is connected to the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, Long press the microphone mute button for 3 seconds to disconnect the Bluetooth connection with the mobile phone, the blue light flashes slowly, and the USB Dongle can be paired and entered into the wireless mode.

Wired Connection Mode:

The headset can be a wired headphone with a 3.5mm audio cable.

To use the headset in Wired headphone mode:
NOTE:

  1. Connect the Type-C port of the audio cable to the headset.
  2. Connect the other connector of the audio cable to the 3.5mm headphone jack on your devices.
    • The Mic mute button is not functional in this configuration.
    • In a wired connection, NO need to press the power button to power on.

Charging the Headset:

  1. It is recommended to fully charge your headset before first use.
  2. When the battery is lower than 10%, the Headphones will report a “beep” sound and the headphone needs to be charged.
  3. When charging the headset the headset status LED will turns red and turn off when fully charged
  4. We do not recommend using it while charging, it will affect the battery life and may cause the battery to heat up
  5. Please charge your headset with 5V 1A power adapter or via the USB port of your PC.

Troubleshooting:

  • Using Tip:
    When you receive the headset for the first time, we recommend fully charging it before using it.

  • Can’t turn on the headset:

    • The headset will automatically turn off after 10 minutes of inactivity.
    • Charge the battery.
    • When the headset is not used for a long time, the battery may be in a dormant state, it is recommended to use a mobile phone charger to charge the headset to activate the battery.
  • The headset is not connected to the mobile device:

    • On mobile devices, turn off the Bluetooth function and turn it back on. Then try pairing again.
    • Remove “ZIUMIER M09” from the mobile device’s Bluetooth list. Then try pairing again
    • Move your mobile device close to the headset, away from other distractions or obstacles.
    • Try pairing with another mobile device.
  • No sound:

    • Make sure the headset is turned on and the battery is charged.
    • Make sure your headphones and mobile device (or music app)are turned up
    • Try another music program.
    • Try pairing with another mobile device.
    • If two mobile devices are actively connected, first make sure the other devices are suspended.
  • Poor sound quality:

    • Keep your mobile device close to the headset and away from any distractions.
    • Try pairing with another mobile device.
  • Automatic shut-down

    • Turn on the headset, if the pairing is not successful after 10 minutes, the headset will automatically shut down.
    • when the headset is successfully paired with Bluetooth/2.4G, if there is no audio output for 10 minutes, the headset will automatically shut down.
