Product Usage Instructions

Installation:

  • Ensure the power supply matches the product’s requirements.
  • Mount the instrument securely on a wall using the provided template and screws.
  • Connect the necessary probes and inputs to the corresponding terminals.

Configuration

  • Power on the instrument and navigate through the configuration menu using the display.
  • Select the appropriate measurement ranges for each input based on your requirements.

Calibration

  • Perform calibration for pH, conductivity, and chlorine readings using standard calibration solutions.
  • Follow the calibration instructions provided in the user manual for accurate measurements.

Maintenance

  • Regularly check and clean the probes to ensure accurate readings.
  • Keep the instrument’s casing clean and free from any obstructions.

Instruction

  • Series of digital, single-parameter units, designed for wall installation.
  • All models feature an output configurable as “dosing-shot” for directly driving an electronic-free dosing pump. This function is very useful when the pump is installed in humid environments or in the presence of fumes, that may damage the electronic board.
  • Moreover, the instrument is equipped with two output relays (settable as set-point or alarm), one current output galvanically isolated, and one serial port to communicate with a PC/PLC (optional software).
  • All outputs can be temporary disabled (for example for maintenance purpose) through the START/STOP button.
  • The display language is user-selectable among the 4 available options (Italian, English, French or Spanish).
  • Errors and alarms are shown directly on the display, and configuration and calibration data are stored in the nonvolatile memory for at least 10 years.

The S507 series includes several models with input for pH/redox electrode, two-electrode CLE cell (for measuring chlorine, bromine, or chlorine dioxide), CAC series cell, conductivity probe, turbidity cell, and standard input.
All models feature an input for Pt100 temperature probe, for temperature measurement and compensation of pH, conductivity, and chlorine readings.

Model Description Code
