Cash Register User Manual

SUBTOT (Enter)| Calculate total amount in sales interface Input validation in quotation interface or system programming interface
PLU PgDn| Enter the commodity code, then press this key for a single product sales; turn down
DEPT| For the department sales

II. Report

Notice: Daily and Monthly are both periodic reports that count the data from the last print to the current print. The two names are set just to allow users to distinguish between them. You can also use them as weekly or quarterly reports.

1. X-Report

Financial Report: Sales amount
Dept Report: DEPT sales data
PLU Report: PLU sales data
Clerk Report: Clerk sales data
Electronic Journal: Record the data of each sale
PLU Stock Report: Inventory data
PLU Stock Alarm Report: Data on items below alarm stock

2. Y-Report

Notice: When you print a Y report, it clears the printed data.
Financial Report: Sales amount
Dept Report: DEPT sales data
PLU Report: PLU sales data
Clerk Report: Clerk sales data
Electronic Journal: Record the data of each sale
PLU Stock Report: Inventory data
PLU Stock Alarm Report: Data on items below alarm stock

III. Setting

1. Base program

Date/time: Modify the date and time of the cash register
Machine No: Modify the machine number
Manager password: Set administrator password
PLU stock alarm: Enable merchandise inventory alarm function
Voice setting: Machine sound setting
Outside printer: Parameter setting of external printer, support 58 mm and 80mm printers. print1 print shows the price of the product, print2 print shows the price of the product.
RS232 speed: RS232 interface speed selection, the default is 9600
Global tax: All products use this tax rate. If the tax rate of the product is different, please go to DEPT to bind different tax rates for different product categories.

2. Clerk program

Notice: A maximum of 20 employees can be set up

3. Bill Program

Notice: You can set a total of 20 lines of receipt header and receipt tail. Pictures can only be set with computer software

4. Keyboard Program

Notice: Please don’t change it if you don’t have to, using the default keyboard settings will benefit you in using the manual.

5. Operator Program(Decimal/ Wipe Zero)

① Quantity Decimal

② Amount Decimal (Price Decimal)

③ Wipe Zero Mode

Menu Setting SUBTOT Operator Program SUBTOT WipeZero Mode Choose the mode you want to set SUBTOT for confirm

④ WipeZero Position

6. Payment Program

Menu Setting SUBTOT Operator Program SUBTOT Enter the number of payment program (1-8) SUBTOT Enter the name and rate of the payment SUBTOT for next payment setting/CASH for save and exit

7. Tax Program

Notice: ① After setting the tax you need to go to dept and bind the corresponding product category. Step：

Menu DEPT SUBTOT DEPT Program SUBTOT Enter the Number you set for the product catalog SUBTOT Enter the Tax number in the TaxItem SUBTOT for confirm

② One—click transactions are not taxable (for those who don’t need to pay taxes): First press “SHIFT” and then “MENU ZERO” before starting the transaction. This transaction will then be tax free.

Menu Setting SUBTOT Tax program SUBTOT Enter the number of payment program (1-8) SUBTOT Enter the name and rate of the tax and whether the tax is contained in the price(You can also set whether the tax is included in the price, or whether it is charged in addition to the set price.)

8. VIP Program

9. System Delete (DEPT/PLU/REPORT/Factory Reset)

Menu Setting SUBTOT System Delete SUBTOT Select the ones you want to delete or reset

Setting Reset: Restore all settings to default
DEPT Delete: Delete all categories
PLU: Delete all products
Report Delete: Delete all report data
Factory Setting: Delete all setting, DEPT, PLU and Report

10. System Print

Setting Print: Print the clerk, payment , tax and etc information you have set up
DEPT Print: Print the DEPT information you set up
PLU Print: Print the PLU information you set up

Ⅳ. DEPT (Product entry and category creation)

1. DEPT Program (Category Setting)

Menu DEPT SUBTOT DEPT Program SUBTOT Enter Number of the DEPT (1-100) SUBTOT Enter DEPT Name and TaxItem Number SUBTOT for confirm and entry next DEPT information/ Cash for exit

Notice: If you don’t have many items, you can enter DEPT as an product, then you have to enter Price. if you use it as a category, then don’t enter Price. TaxItem number is a pre-set number in the tax program inside the settings, and then binds the category here.

2. PLU Program (Product Entry)

Menu DEPT SUBTOT PLU Program SUBTOT Enter or scan product codes Enter the product name, category number, price, VIP price, inventory and alarm inventory SUBTOT for confirm and entry next PLU information/ Cash for exit

3. PLU Modify (Product Modify)

Menu DEPT SUBTOT PLU Program SUBTOT Enter the code of the product you want to modify SUBTOT Modify the product information SUBTOT for confirm/ Cash for exit

4. PLU Stock Modify (Product Stock Modify)

Notice: All you need to do is enter how much inventory has been added and the machine will automatically add it to the top of the original inventory for you. Instead of entering how much stock you have now.
