Safety Instructions

Before using this electrical appliance, carefully read these instructions and keep the user manual\ for future reference:

• Before connecting the appliance to a wall socket, ensure that the local electrical current matches the one specified on the appliance’s nameplate. This appliance should only be connected to a grounded socket.

• This appliance is for indoor use only. Any other use (professional) is excluded.

• Children shall not play with the appliance.
  Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

• This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed with other household wastes throughout the EU.
  To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources.

Installation

Assembling the base (fig. A-E).

Ensure that the appliance is positioned in accordance with the safety instructions before turning it on.

The appliance must be used solely as a portable, auxiliary device.

Before using this appliance, ensure that it is placed on a flat, stable surface.

Place the appliance at least 100 cm away from the wall, furniture and curtains.

Operation

| Turn the timer as desired. You can select up to 120 minutes of operation. When the selected time has elapsed, the appliance will stop automatically. You can, however, turn off the appliance manually at any time by turning the timer anticlockwise to the OFF position.

| Turn the speed and oscillation control knob to your desired setting:

• Speed 0 : no ventilation
• Speed : low ventilation oscillating function
• Speed : medium ventilation oscillating function
• Speed : high ventilation oscillating function

Maintenance & Cleaning

Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.

Clean the appliance with a soft, dust-proof cloth. You can use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and lint trapped in the ventilation grilles.

Never use harsh cleaning products. Prevent the appliance from coming into contact with acidic substances.

Store away from dust and freezing temperatures.

Products are guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

For the commercial guarantee

Please go to the reception desk at your place of purchase with your proof of purchase (e.g. sales receipt), the product and the accessories it came with, and its original packaging, for all countries other than France. It is important to have the date of purchase, the model and the serial number or IMEI number to hand (this information is usually indicated on the product, packaging, or on your proof of purchase). You’ll need to bring back the product with the accessories needed for its correct functioning (power supply, adapter, etc.). If your claim is covered by the guarantee, the after-sales service may, within the limits of local law, either:

• Repair or replace faulty parts.
• Exchange the returned product with a product that has, at the least, the same features and that offers equivalent performances.
• Refund the product at the price stated on the proof of purchase.

Repaired or replaced products may include new and/or re conditioned hardware and components.

Commercial guarantee exclusions:

• Damages or problems caused by improper use, accident, tampering/modification or an unsuitable current or voltage connection.
• Use or storage conditions which are detrimental to the good conservation of the appliance (oxidation, corrosion), use of energy, use or installation non-compliant with the manufacturer’s instructions, or negligence or use of peripherals, software or consumables which are unsuitable.
• Professional or collective, industrial or commercial use of the product.
• Products that have been modified, or which have damaged, altered, erased or oxidized guarantee seals or serial numbers.
• Replaceable batteries and accessories are guaranteed for 6 months.
• Battery failure, caused by overcharging or by failure to follow the safety instructions set out in the manual.
• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, bumps or vandalism.
• Damage caused by any servicing operations carried out by non- authorized persons.
• Faults caused by normal wear and tear or the normal ageing of the product: seals, filters, accessories, vacuum cleaner brush and hose, lamps, overhead projector lamps, washing machine paddles, etc.
• Software updates as a consequence of changes to network settings.
• Damage caused by elements external to the appliance (foreign bodies, insects, etc.).
• The contents of the devices – freezer, washing machine, etc. (food, clothing, etc.)
• Product failure caused by the use of third-party software to modify, change, adapt or alter the product as is.
• Product failure resulting from its use without the accessories supplied with the product or approved by the Manufacturer.
• Parts for normal wear and tear or damage from use: tyre, inner tube, brake, etc.

The customer is responsible for regularly backing up the data contained on their hard disk or in the internal memory of their device, and this before any claim is submitted.

ATTENTION :
This symbol affixed to the product means that it is a device whose treatment as waste is subject to the regulations relating to waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). This device cannot therefore in any way case be treated as household waste, and must be collected specifically for this type of waste. Systems recovery and collection are made available to you by local authorities (recycling centers) and distributors. By directing your device at the end of its life to its recycling channel, you will contribute to protecting the environment and prevent any harmful consequences for your health.

Warranty conditions:
This product is guaranteed against any failure resulting from a manufacturing or material defect. This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect use or normal wear and tear of the product.
The warranty period is specified on the purchase invoice.

WARNING:
This symbol attached to the product means that it is an appliance whose disposal is subject to the directive on waste from electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). This appliance may not in any way be treated as household waste and must be subject to a specific type of\ removal for this type of waste. Warranty conditions
