IMPORTANT
DO NOT OPEN THE VELCRO COLLAR BEFORE THROWING, AS THIS MAY ALLOW THE LINE TO TANGLE WHEN THROWN.
Instruction For Use
Remove the white grab bag from the stainless-steel holder.
Without opening the Velcro collar and with one hand, remove the blue PVC loop
from the top of the grab bag and pull out approximately 1 meter of the orange
line.
In one hand hold on to the blue loop handle securely and with the other hand
use the black webbing handle to throw in the direction of the person in
distress.
