  • Reminder: Some parts need to be installed on both sides of the product.
  • This product needs to be installed by an adult, please allow at least 40 minutes for installation. The production piece contains small parts and potentially dangerous sharp edges or tips. Please keep children away from moving parts.
  • Before installation, please confirm all the spare parts included and do not discard them randomly until the installation is completed.
  • Required installation tools: screwdriver (self-provided), pliers (self-provided), and hammer (self-provided).

Installation steps

  1. Installing front bumper
  2. First, take out the front bumper and support bracket and fix them with 6 4X12 large flat head screws.
  3. Firstly, flip the vehicle over and take out the front bumper. Place the front bumper on the vehicle body as shown in Figure 2. (As shown in the figure) Use a screwdriver to lock the four large flat-head 4X12 self-tapping screws separately.
  4. Install the front wheel
  5. Install an M12 gasket on the front axle.
  6. Install a wheel (regardless of front and rear wheels).
  7. Install an M12 gasket.
  8. Use a socket wrench to screw in a self-locking nut.
  9. Clip the nut cover onto the wheel cover.
  *  **Note:** Use the same method to install the front wheel on the other side.
  1. Install the rear wheel
  2. Install the drive motor on the rear axle. (If this step is omitted after factory installation)
  3. Install a wheel (regardless of front and rear wheels).
  4. Install an M12 gasket.
  5. Use a socket wrench to screw in a self-locking nut.
  6. Clip the nut cover onto the wheel cover.
  *  **Note:** Use the same method to install the rear wheel on the other side.
  1. Install the steering wheel
  2. First, connect the music plugin to the steering wheel. Then press and hold the quick insert buttons on both sides. Align the steering wheel with the body insert and press firmly until installation is complete.
  3. Install the front windshield and reflector
  4. Align the front windshield (as shown in Figure 1) with the car body slot and press firmly. Until installation is complete.
  5. Align the reflector (as shown in Figure 2) with the car body slot and press it firmly. Until installation is complete.
  6. Connect the power supply unit
  7. Connect the power supply before installing the seat (as shown in the figure).
  8. Attention: The installation position of the power supply should not be connected upside down.
  9. Install the seat
  10. First, unscrew the screws on the body of the car, take out the seat backrest and install it on the car body (as shown in Figure 1), and then screw in the screws.
  11. Align the seat with the slot on the backrest of the seat (as shown in Figure 2) and tighten it with force, then screw in the screws.
  12. Install the rear compartment guardboard
  13. Place the cover plate of the rear bucket into the car body, and then lock it with six 4X12 large flat head screws.
  14. Install the rear guardrail
  15. Firstly, take out the left and right guardrails and the searchlight crossbar, and connect them to the crossbar according to (as shown in Figure 1). Then align the installed left and right guardrails (as shown in Figure 2) with the slots on the vehicle body and press them down firmly until the installation is completed.

Instructions for using 2.4G remote control

  • Step 1: Install two No. 7 batteries into the remote control.
  • Step 2: Turn off the main power switch on the vehicle.
  • Step 3: Simultaneously press and hold the two buttons next to the “S” key, and hold the “▲” forward and ” backward without letting go, pay attention to pressing and holding simultaneously. When the indicator light flashes, turn on the car’s power, and the red indicator light stops flashing, indicating successful code matching.
  • Key Description: The “S” speed control button changes the speed by one press, with one light indicating low speed, two lights indicating medium speed, and three lights indicating high speed; “▲” Forward “ ”Backward,“ ”Left,“ ”Right ‘P’ is the brake button. Press once to keep the car in braking mode, all red indicator lights will flash, and then press again to remove the braking mode.

Charging precautions

Charging must be completed by an adult!

  • Warning!

    • Use the original rechargeable battery that comes with this vehicle. Do not replace or modify the battery equipment of this product to avoid fire and explosion.
    • Do not use the charging device of this product on other products to avoid overheating, fire, and explosion.
    • Do not modify the circuit. Changing the circuit system can cause fires and explosions, which will permanently damage this product.
    • Do not directly connect the power terminal to avoid fire or explosion.
    • Do not let the charging device come into contact with any water or\ other liquids.
    • When charging, flammable gases will be generated. Do not charge near overheated or flammable items. Please charge in a well-ventilated area.
    • Please use the correct tools to remove the battery. Do not use metal wires to remove the battery to avoid causing a fire.
    • Please charge in a dry place.

Troubleshooting

Fault type: The car does not move.

  • Cause analysis: The battery level is too low. Please charge it promptly after each use. If the product is not used for a long time, please charge it regularly every month. Each charging time should be controlled between 8-12 hours and should not exceed 20 hours.
  • Cause analysis: The hot fuse tripped. This product battery contains a self-resetting fuse. When the product is overloaded or subjected to incorrect operation, the self-resetting fuse will be cut off for 5 to 20 seconds, after which it can be used normally again. The self-resetting fuse is located under the seat (as shown in the figure)
  • To prevent the fuse from being cut, please refer to the following guidelines and suggestions:
    • Do not overload, maximum carrying capacity: 45. Do not use this product to pull things.
    • Do not drive on slopes.
    • Be careful not to let the tyres get stuck in obstacles, as this can cause the tyres to run at high speed and the drive motor to overheat.
    • Do not use this product in hot weather as it may cause overheating of the accessories. Do not change the circuit on your own, as this can cause a short circuit in the wires.
  • Cause analysis: The tire screws are loose. When the screw is loose, the tyre will not be able to run in forward gear. Before each use, please carefully check whether the tyre screws are tightened.
  • Cause analysis: The battery connection is loose. Before each use, please carefully check if there is any looseness in the battery connection.
  • Cause analysis: Battery necrosis. Is the battery positioned correctly? Is there any aging of the battery? Please replace the battery with a new one promptly.
  • Cause analysis: Circuit system necrosis. If the product is soaked in water or sand, it can cause circuit system necrosis. Please be careful to stay away from liquid objects.
  • Cause analysis: Motor necrosis. Professional personnel are required for maintenance.
  • Fault type: The battery cannot be charged.
  • Cause analysis: The battery connection is loose.
  • Please carefully check if the battery connection is loose before use.
  • Cause analysis: The charger is not plugged in. Please carefully check whether the socket is properly plugged in and powered on before use.
  • Cause analysis: The charger is not functioning properly. Does the charger generate heat during charging? If not, it indicates that the charger is damaged. Please replace it with a new charger promptly.
  • Fault type: Short range.
  • Cause analysis: The battery level is too low. The battery is not charged enough. Please charge it promptly after each use or regularly every month. Each charging time should be controlled between 8-12 hours and should not exceed 20 hours.
  • Cause analysis: Battery aging. The degree and speed of battery aging vary depending on the frequency of use. When battery aging is found, please replace it with a new one on time.
  • Fault type: There is a noise during charging. This is a normal phenomenon.

Maintenance

  • After normal use of this product, adults should regularly inspect the main components of the vehicle, such as batteries, chargers, wires, casings, switches, etc.
  • The fastening components should be checked for looseness. When potential hazards are found, they should be stopped promptly until repaired.

Battery Disposal

  • Cleaning vehicles can be done with a dry cloth, or non-waxy furniture can be polished instead of soft cloth to wipe plastic parts to achieve a surface finish effect.
