Precautions

Use & safety instructions 

1. This product and all accessories are not edible.
2. Please place the product in dry indoor environment.
3. Do not place this product in high places.
4. When using, keep the device horizontally, do not tilt or overturn.
5. Do not use hot water or boiling water to fill in the water tank.
6. Please make sure to shield and store the power cord to avoid leakage caused by pets’ bite.
7. Do not try to disassemble or repair the device without authorization.
8. Do not use any non-specialized accessories, the after-sale service is only responsible for the performance and safety of the accessories provided by the official store.

Attention

1. Make sure to cut off power before you start to clean.
2. Before you start to use the product, please clean the water tank, drinking tray and filter element and wipe them dry, please note: no hot water or boiled water should be used for clean.
3. If you find a little carbon dirt on the surface of the filter element, it’s normal and can be cleaned by water.
4. Suggest replacing the filter element and water pump filter sponge monthly, replacing the aqueduct.

Placement Reminder

In order to avoid the interference of sensor and prevent the accuracy of data reported from being affected, the following points should be considered when the device is placed:

1. The device should be placed on a stable and hard horizonta plane and there should be a distance of more than 3 cm kept from other objects (such as walls, etc.);
2. Please clamp the power cord of the device into the bottom groove, and the bottom cannot be stranded with foreign bodies.

Product Installation

1. Before installation, open the drinking tray and clean all parts. (Do not use hot water or boiling water when cleaning)
2. Use clean water to flush the new filter element for 2 mins. flush away the floating carbon dirt on the surface which was probably caused by collision during the transportation.
3. Refer to the picture above to install the filter element.

• If the water pump falls apart, refer to the picture above and connect it with the aqueduct.
  Tips: Suggest replacing the filter element and water pump filter sponge monthly, replacing the aqueduct. Thorough clean water tank, drinking tray, filter tray, filter element, water pump, and other accessories ut leust once: i week.

Product Instructions For Using

1. Connect the power cord to the power connector on the bottom of the device.
2. After filling in the water into the water tank, put it back into the main device and cover it with the drinking tray.
3. When the po1Ner adaptor plugs in, the device starts to work.
4. Pick up the drinking tray, the water pump stops working, then you can add water.

Button Function

Function Button

• Short press: Switch water discharge mode Eco: Drinking fountain water volume does not appear to change under the intermittent water discharge, gushing 30 seconds, stopping for 3 minutes.
• After the pet drinking water appeared water volume changed, with continuous uninterrupted water discharge, until the water dispenser water volume stopped appearing fluctuations 30 seconds after stopping the water discharge, returning to the gushing 30 seconds, stop 3 minutes state.
• Continuous mode: continuous uninterrupted water discharge.
• Long press for Ss: The Wi-Fi indicator flashes in white to enter the Wi-Fi network.
• Note: Please refrain from powering off, restarting, or disconnecting from the internet. or performing network setup on the machine within 5 minutes after switching modes. Failure to comply may fail to save the mode switch.

Indicator Light Description

Water Discharge mode Indicator Light

• Powered on to start using the product in Continuous mode and the white light is on. Fast press the function button, switch to Eco, white light in the breathing state.
• The light will be off if there is no any operation in one minute.
• While the indicator light is off press the function button again to avvake the indicator light.

Wi-Fi Configuration Indicator

• White flashing: enters to Wi-Fi configuration mode.
• The indicator light will be off if no Wi-Fi connection in 3 minutes.
• White is always bright: Wi-Fi connection is successful.

Water Level Indicator Light
When the water level is lower than the warning water level, the indicator flashes in \Nhite. Please add water in time. The light goes out automatically after the water is added.

Maintenance

Cleaning And Maintenance of Smart Pet Water Dispenser

1. Please do not put it in the place where the sun shines directly, otherwise will accelerate the surface turn yellow and aging of the device.
2. Please clean the whole device after cut off the power supply, and ensure that the bottom connector is dry.
3. Please clean the water tank in a large container such as a sink to prevent water from spilling.
4. Please do not use gasoline, kerosene, polishing powder, bleach and other chemical reagents to clean the equipment.
5. The water tank, drinking tray and filter tray, please clean with warm water within 40 degrees Celsius. (Do not soak in hot water)
6. For daily maintenance, use a soft cloth, with warm water to clean the surface of the device or power cord. (Please cut off the power first)
7. It is recommended to completely replace the drinking water every 3-4 days. Please empty the water tank, remove the hair and other sticky substances on the water tank and water pump and filter tray.
8. When the device not used for a long time, please clean it, dry it, put the accessories into the packaging box in the order of the original packaging, and store it in a dry place for safekeeping.

Replacement Filter Element

1. Device in Eco: Replace the filter element every 2 months. In Continuous mode:
   Replace the filter once a month.

2. Before replacing the filter element, please fully soak the new filter element (it is recommended to soak it twice for five minutes each time) and clean it softly.

3. For the health of your pet, please change the filter element frequently according to the usage of the filter.

Cleaning s Guidance

1. Separate the drinking tray and the water tank, pour out the remaining water, Thoroughly clean the filter tray and aqueduct.
2. Disassemble all accessories in turn. Thoroughly clean the water pump, drinking tray. Pay particular attention to flush away pet hair and dirt on the edge of the device.
3. Thoroughly clean the water tank, and dry the moisture.
4. After cleaning, put the dismantled and washed clean accessories back in order. Add appropriate amount of drinking water to the water tank and cover with the drinking tray.

Filter Element Replacement Steps

1. Pick up the drinking tray, dismantle the filter tray and filter element, dispose the used filter element, clean the filter tray.
2. Use clean water to flush the new filter element for 2 mins, flush away the floating carbon dirt on the surface which probably caused by collision during the transportation, then you can install the new filter element.
3. Assemble the new filter element and filter tray, together with the drinking tray, all in one.
4. Put the assembled modules back to the main unit and now you can start to use the product.

Water pump cleaning steps

1. Before cleaning, pick up the drinking tray and remove the water pump.
2. Remove the water pump grid cover in sequence, and take out the filter sponge.
3. Remove the impeller baffle (as shown in the figure, pry open the impeller baffle with the grid cover).
4. Take out the impeller rotor (it is recommended to use tweezers or other tools to remove it).
5. Clean the disassembled components one by one. For difficult-to-clean components such as the impeller rotor and rotor cavity, use cotton swabs or soft brushes for assistance. After cleaning, reassemble the components in order.

3. Take off the water pump separately and put it in the induction position to check whether it will work. If it does not work, it means that the water pump is damaged or the wireless charging transmitter has problem. Please contact the after-sales service.
