Inserting SIM Card and Battery

Cleaning and maintenance
- The mobile phone, battery, and charger are not water resistant. Please do not use them in the bedroom or other excessively moist areas and likewise avoid allowing them to get wet in the rain.
- Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the mobile phone, battery, and charger.
- Please do not use alcohol, thinner, benzene, or other solvents to wipe the mobile phone.
- A dirty outlet will cause poor electrical contact, loss of power, and even inability to recharge. Please clean regularly.
Installing the SIM card and battery
- A SIM card carries useful information, including your mobile phone number, PIN (Personal Identification Number), PUK (PIN Unlocking Key), IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity), network information, contact data, and short message data.
- Note: After powering off your mobile phone, wait for a few seconds before removing or inserting a SIM card.
- Exercise caution when operating a SIM card, as friction or bending will damage the SIM card. Properly keep the mobile phone and its fittings such as the SIM cards beyond children’s reach.
Installation
- Hold the End key for a while to power off the mobile phone
- Push the back cover above the battery and remove it.
- Pull the left battery buckle outward and then lift the battery away.
- Insert the SIM card into the SIM card slot lightly with the corner cutting of the card aligning to the notch of the slot and the gold plate of the card facing download, till the SIM card cannot be further pushed in.
- With the metallic contacts of the battery facing the metallic contacts in the battery slot, press the battery down until it locks into place.
Using code
- The mobile phone and the SIM cards support sorts of passwords, in order to prevent the phone and the SIM cards from being misused.
- When you are prompted to input any of the codes mentioned below, just input the correct code and then press the ok key. If you input a wrong code, press the Right soft key to clear it and then input the correct code.
PIN
- The PIN (Personal identification number, 4 to 8 digits) code prevents your SIM card from being used by unauthorized people. In general, the PIN is supplied with a SIM card by the network operator.
- If the PIN check is enabled, you need to input the PIN each time when you power on your mobile phone. The SIM card will be locked if you input the wrong PIN code three times.
Unlocking methods are as follows:
- Input the correct PUK according to the screen tips to unlock the SIM card.
- Then input the new PIN and press the ok key.
- Input the new PIN again and then press the ok key.
- If the input PUK is correct, the SIM card will be unlocked and the PIN will be reset.
Note regarding the use of micro-SIM adapters on TREVI products
- The slots for SIM cards are designed to accommodate only the consideration SIM format.
- The use of SIM (micro or nano) with its adapter is ‘not recommended as it can cause damage to the device and the micro/nano SIM itself.
Warning:
- Trevi is not liable for damages caused by the use of adapters for micro/nano-SIM.
- TREVI reserves the right to refuse free assistance in warranty on defective products that have ‘been caused by the use of the SIM adapters for micro/nano-SIM.
- Do not insert a memory card into the SIM card slot.
Inserting the micro SD card
- To store photos, videos, and music should insert a micro SD external memory.
- Carefully remove the back cover.
- Insert the microSD card keeping the surface with the electrical contacts facing down (display side).
- Replace the back cover.
Notes:
- Some card brands may not be compatible with the phone. The use of an incompatible memory may damage the card memory itself.
- The appliance only supports memory formatted in FAT. If you enter formatted cards differently the phone will ask you to reformat the memory card.
Charging battery
CHARGING THROUGH POWER SUPPLY:
- With the device switched off, connect the USB type-C socket of the supplied cable to the USB type-C socket (2) of the phone;
- Connect the USB socket of the same cable to the supplied power adapter and plug the power adapter into a standard wall outlet;
- The device will light up to show “Recharging” for a few seconds and the LED (4) will light up red;
- When the battery is fully charged, pressing a button on the display will show “Battery Charged” and LED(4) will turn Green.
CHARGING THROUGH “CHARGING CRADLE” (SUPPLIED)
- Connect the USB type-C socket of the supplied cable to the USB type-C socket of the base (24).
- Connect the USB socket of the same cable to the supplied power supply and connect the latter to a standard mains socket.
- Place the switched-off phone inside the base with the secondary display facing the front, the display will show the battery icon with the charging phase for a few seconds and the LED (4) will light up red.
- When the battery is fully charged, pressing a button on the display will show “Battery Charged” and LED(4) will turn Green.
Notes:
- Use only the mains adapter supplied, different power supplies may damage the battery.
- You can use the device even when it is charging, but, for a longer-life battery, not recommended for use; Furthermore, using the apparatus, the timing of Charging may take longer.
- While charging the device can increase in temperature, this does not affect performance and machine life.

Use
Power On/Off and airplane mode
- To turn the phone on, press and hold the ON/OFF(16) key for 5 seconds
- To turn off the phone, press and hold the ON/OFF(16) key for 3 seconds
- To activate ‘Flight mode’, and then use only services that do not require a connection to the telephone and data network:
- On the main screen, press the key below “MENU”;
- Use the navigation keys(18) to select the “SETTINGS” icon;
- Select the “CALL SETTINGS” item;
- Select the item “OTHERS”;
- Select the “FLIGHT MODE” item and confirm with the center dial key(18).
Dialing Calls
In the standby interface, press the number keys to input the area code and the telephone number, and then press the Dial key to dial a call. To end the call, press the End key.
Dialing an international call
- Press the * key twice can input “+”. Then input the country code, the area code, and the telephone number. Finally, press the Dial key.
Dialing a call to a number in the phonebook
- Enter the phonebook and use the up or down direction keys to find the telephone number you want to call.
- Press the Dial key. The mobile phone automatically dials the chosen telephone number.
Redialing the last number
- In the standby interface, press the dial key to show the dialed calls.
- Press the up or down direction keys to select a number you want to dial and then press the Dial key.
Answering incoming calls
- Press the Dial key or the OK key to answer an incoming call.
- Press the End key to end the current conversation.
- To reject an incoming call, press the End key or the Right soft key.
- Note: If the caller can be identified, the mobile phone will present the calling number.
- If the calling number exists in the phonebook, the mobile phone will present both the name and the phone number of the caller.
- If the caller cannot be identified, the mobile phone will present the calling number only. You can answer an incoming call when using a function list or browsing the phonebook.
Using options during a conversation
- Select Options during a conversation to pause, end the ongoing call, originate a new call, browse the phonebook, view information, set the mute, or perform other operations.

Contacts
- The phone number can be stored for 500 phonebook entries.
Message
- Message Services is a network feature that allows you to send, receive, and edit information. For more details, please contact your network operator companies.
Call logs
- In the call history screen, you can view detailed records of missed calls, received calls, and dialed calls. Press Options to view, call, send a message, delete, and save it to the phone book, you can also make a call setup.
Multimedia Image
- You can view the pictures or images through this function.
Camera
- The phone is provided with a camera, which supports the photographing functions. Roll the phone to align the camera to the picture and then press an OK key to capture photos.
- Pictures will be saved in the file system of the phone or the memory card. In the capture interface, you can press the up or down direction key to zoom in and zoom out; and the left or right direction key to set the functions.
DV
- This function enables you to record dynamic pictures. In the capture interface, press the up or down direction key to zoom in and zoom out; and the left or right direction key to set the functions.
Audio
- Use this function to play audio files. By pressing the direction key can you control the playing process of the audio player: play/stop (OK key); switch to the last song/next song (press left or right direction key).
Video
- Use this function to play video files. By pressing the direction key you can control the playing process of the video player: play/pause(OK key), fast forward (press and hold the right direction key), and rewind (press and hold the left direction key).
FM Radio
- You can use the application as a traditional FM radio with automatic tuning and saved channels. In the FM radio interface, you can press the OK key to play or stop; and press the left or right key to auto-search.
Recorder
- After accessing the sound recorder, press OK key to start the recording. You can press left soft key “Options” to perform the following operations:
- Recording started: select this function to record a new file.
- Record file list: select this function to view all recording files.
- Storage: through this function, you can set storage position.
- File format: Through this function, you can set the format for record files.
Tools Calendar
- Once you enter this menu, there is a monthly-view calendar for you to keep track of important appointments, etc. Days with events entered will be marked.
Calculator
- The calculator can add, subtract, multiply, and divide. To use the calculator.
Alarm
- Three alarm clocks are set but deactivated by default. You can activate one, multiple, or all of them as needed. For each alarm clock, the ringing date and the ringing time can be set.
Bluetooth
- Bluetooth: Open or close the function of Bluetooth.
- Bluetooth visibility: Open or close the function of visibility.
- Paired device: Following this, you can search for new Bluetooth devices or see the list of already paired devices.
- Transferring files: list of received/sent files.
- Device name: View the name of the Bluetooth in this phone.
- Bluetooth file storage: you can set the storage position.
My files
- You can use the file manager to conveniently manage various directories and files on the phone and the Memory card.
King of voice
- Use this function to activate the human voice when dialing or reading the number in incoming calls.
Settings Phone settings
- Time and date: set the date format, the time format, and detail time of the location.
- Note: If you remove the battery from the mobile phone or if the battery energy was exhausted a long time ago, you may need to reset the date and time when re-inserting the battery or powering the mobile phone after recharging.
- Languages settings: Select the display language for the mobile phone.
- Shortcut settings: Customize the shortcut functions of the Up, Down, Left, and Right direction keys. In the standby interface, you can press a direction key to directly enter the function menu corresponding to that direction key.
- Auto power on/off: Use this function to set the phone to switch On and Off automatically.
- Power menage: To check the battery remains.
- Restore factory settings: Use this function to restore factory settings. The preset password is 1234.
Call settings
- Flip to answer: to set up call answering by opening the phone.
- Call divert.
- Call waiting.

- Call time minute: You can set the call time reminder mode as Single or periodic; select Off to cancel this function.
- Auto redial: After opening this function, the phone will dial the number again automatically whenever the out call fails or is rejected.
- Vibration when connected
- Reply to SMS after rejection.
- Flight mode: when this function is engaged, it will suspend many of the device’s signal-transmitting functions
- thereby disabling the device’s capacity to place or receive calls or text messages
- while still permitting the use of other functions that do not require signal transmission (e.g. built-in camera, MP3 player.)
- Flight mode is selected when powered on.

Speed Dial
- From this menu, you can select eight numbers from your phone book + plus three for the M1, M2, and M3 keys. After this, you can make calls to these numbers simply by pressing number keys correspondingly on the idle screen.
Profiles
- The mobile phone provides multiple user profiles so that you can customize some settings to adapt to specific events and environments.
- Customize the user profiles according to your preference and then activate the user profiles.
- The user profiles fall into four scenarios: Normal, Silent, Meeting, and Outdoor.
- When you insert an earpiece into the mobile phone, the mobile phone automatically enters the Headset mode.
Security
- This function provides you with related settings for safety use.
- PIN: To activate the PIN lock, you need to input the correct PIN code. If you set the PIN lock to On, you need to input the PIN each time you power on the mobile phone.
- In case you input the wrong PIN three consecutive times, you need to input the PIN Unblocking Key (PUK). To obtain the PUK, contact the network operator.
- Modify PIN: To change PIN code of SIM card.
- Phone locked: The function enables you to lock/unlock the phone. Entering the password to switch On or Off the phone. A password is required when the phone is locked. The password is 4 to 8 digits.

Special features
SOS:
- This function allows you to ask for help in certain circumstances by calling an emergency number or the number of a family member.
- Once enabled, it will send a message (SMS) to all 5 of the phone numbers on the list and begin to call the first number on the list; where it fails to respond or refuses the call the device will call the second number of the list and so on until you have an answer.
- SOS Status: Select On/Off then the SOS function will be able or disabled.
- SOS number list: you can set up to 5 numbers for SOS calls. The telephone will automatically call these 5 numbers when the SOS function is activated.
- Send an SOS SMS: to set this function on or off.
- SOS message edit: you can edit the message by default for SOS to be sent to someone.
- Warning Tone status: Select On/Off then the SOS alarm sound will be able or disabled. Caution:
- If the answering machine is activated during an emergency call to the called number, the device will detect this as an answer and will therefore not call subsequent numbers.
- If there is no answer the device will call all numbers on the list 3 times before stopping the function.
- Help SMS messages will only be received by devices compatible with receiving SMS messages.
Information on disposal of battery
- Whatever type of battery is used, it should never be placed in household waste, fire, or water. Each type of battery should be collected, recycled, or disposed of at appropriate dedicated collection points.
