Setting up the Device
- Download the app or visit hwll.co/FlexAlertProvision.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the device.
Powering On and Off
To power on the device, press the Power/Replay button. To power off, press and
hold the same button until the device shuts down.
Adjusting Volume
To decrease the volume, press the Volume Down button. To increase the volume,
press the Volume Up button.
Important Reminders
- Always use the provided 5 VDC AC/DC Adapter to power the device.
- Avoid exposing the device to high temperatures or low air pressure to prevent potential hazards.

WI-FI NETWORK INFORMATION
Supported Configurations:
- 2.4GHz networks
- Networks that don’t require a password
- WPA2 Personal networks
- WPA2 Enterprise networks that require a username and password (PEAP-MSCHAPV2)
Unsupported Configurations:
- 5GHz Networks
- Networks that require a certificate and key to connect
MULTI-FUNCTION POWER BUTTON
- Turn On – Press the multi-function button once
- Turn Off – Press and hold the multi-function until the lights turn off (approximately 5 seconds)
- Bluetooth Pairing Mode – Press and hold the multi-function until you see rotating blue light (approximately 15 seconds)
- Replay Alert – While the device is on, press the multifunction button once.
(Note: Flex Alert does not replay alerts that have been delivered before the device was most recently turned on.)
