Share photos
You can share photos/videos in four ways.
Installation Guide
Lay the device face download flat surface, and align the holes of base plate (A) with the holes on the back of the device.
Warm Tips:
If you decide to return this device. Please restore the device to factory
settings and delete the username added in the mobile software to protect your
privacy.
Note: When the USB drive is inserted into the iProda photo frame, it will be
recognized as an “SD card”. If both the Micro SD card and USB drive are
inserted, the frame can recognize both the Micro SD (TF) card and USB drive.
How to start using
Please insert the plug, and switch on the power.
STEP 1- Power it on
First Time Setup
- Set language used for a iProda photo frame.
- Select Wi-Fi.
- Set time zone / name for a photo frame.
- Click the “Add friend” icon on your iProda frame.
A dialog will appear and show both QR code and paring code (valid for 12 hours).
STEP 2 – Download APP
You can download “Uhale” app from Google Play or App Store. Or scan the QR code below
STEP 3 – Connecting
Open Uhale App, click the frame tag, Frames either scan the frame’s QR code or
enter the pairing code to add the frame.
Completed the above steps, you can start uploading your photos and playing

Q: Cannot send photos?
- A: Check that the photo uhale is connected to the uhale app with the generated code.

Q: Cannot send videos?

A: Video only supports up to 30 seconds. Videos from Micro SD card or USB to the photo uhale are not supported.
Q: Operation issues with uhale app? -
A: Open the purchasing listing link to download the uhale application manual or the uhale application manual inside the package.

Q: Sound distortion?
- A: Adjust to a lower volume level. Take the video through the uhale App.

Q: Cannot turn on the photo uhale?
- A: Check that the DC IN connector is securely connected and the AC adaptor is securely connected to a wall socket. Reset the photo frame using a needle or paper clip, press the reset hole to reboot the photo uhale.

Q: Imported photo quality is low resolution/pixelated?
- A: Photos that are imported will be automatically compressed. Please use the uhale app to keep the picture’s original resolution.

Q: Cannot import videos?
- A: Videos are only supported through the uhale app.

Q: React is not working?
- A: React is only supported for photos through the uhale app. Imported photos will not work.
