Tips: There is no battery in the dvd player. please keep charging it via AC adapter or Car charger when you use it.

Warning

Dangerous high voltage present inside this unit. To avoid electric shock, DO NOT open the unit.
Please refer to qualified personnel for help if any needs.

Laser

  • This player is classified as a CLASS 1 laser product to prevent direct exposure to the laser beam, do not try to open the DVD player.
  • Do not attempt to dismantle the player. You maybe exposed to invisible laser radiation if the if the product is open or the interlock is tampered. Avoid direct exposure to laser beam.

Instruction Manual

  1. To ensure the proper operation, all the safety and operating instructions should be read carefully before connection and operation.
  2. Retain instructions – Keep this manual in a safe place for further reference.
  3. All warnings on the product and in the instruct manual should be adhered to.
  4. All operation and use instructions should be followed.

Safety Precautions

  1. The DVD player is intended for household use only, and not for commercial or industrial use.

  2. This DVD player shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing water. Objects filled with liquids like vases should not be placed on the appliance. Dry location uses only.

  3. Do not expose the appliance, discs to extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, rain or sand.
    Never use this device in high temperature or in high humidity. The best operating temperature is between 5℃- 40℃.

  4. Open flames like lighted candles should not be placed on the appliance.

  5. Do not place the unit on unstable surface to prevent from falling. Do not place the unit on top of any other appliance.

  6. Do not place the appliance on or near a hot gas flame, electric element, and heaters or in areas subjected to direct sunlight.

  7. Place the appliance at a place where it has good air ventilation. Any ventilation holes should not be impeded by covering with items, such as newspaper, tablecloths, curtains etc.

  8. Don’t put the device near magnetic field. The normal function of the product may be disturbed by strong Electro-magnetic Interference. If so, simply reset the product to resume normal operation by switching it off from the main outlet and then switching it back on after several minutes.

  9. Do not operate the player if it is not working normally or has been damaged in any way. Turn the unit off, unplug it from the power source and consult service personnel. Do not attempt to disassemble this unit yourself.

  10. Do not listen to headphones at high volumes. The excessive sound pressure from headphones can cause hearing loss. Please observe the local regulations regarding the disposal of packaging materials, exhausted batteries and old equipment.

Power Supply

  1. Do not operate the product with wet hands. It may cause electric shock.
  2. Always turn the power off and remove the adapter from the outlet when the appliance is not be used for a long period of time and before cleaning.
  3. Power supply cords should be routed so that they are not likely to be walked on or pinched by items placed upon or against them.
  4. Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a table or bench top or touch any hot surface. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or after the appliance has been dropped or damaged in any manner. If damage is suspected, do not attempt to repair or disassemble the appliance by yourself. Contact qualified service personnel if you need help.

Operation and Position

  1. Please take off the small paper card from the DVD slot before placing disc into slot.

  2. Do not connect accessories which are not approved by the manufacturer.

  3. Do not abruptly increase the volume to high levels, it may damage the player speakers.

  4. Press the player’s buttons gently. Pressing player’s buttons or the screen too hard can damage the player.

  5. Slots and openings in the cabinet are provided for ventilation and to ensure reliable operation of the product and to protect it from overheating. These openings must not be blocked or covered.

  6. Do not drop the unit or expose this product to harsh impacts. This is a complicated electronic device that cannot withstand shock from drops.

  7. Protect the player against extreme weather, moisture and high temperature. Do not use the player in an extremely dry environment , as this can lead to static discharge , which can damage the player.

  8. Keep the appliance away from rain and any moisture.

  9. Keep the player clean and never store it next to a heat source or in dirty, humid or wet places.
    Do not expose the player and the remote control to direct sunlight.

  10. Ensure that your headphones are inserted into the player before it is switched on. Inserting them afterwards can potentially damage the headphones and the player.

Caution: If you don’t follow operation and functions as stated in this manual may result in hazardous radiation exposure or other unsafe operation.

Service and Maintenance

  1. Servicing – Do not attempt to disassemble this product yourself as opening or removing covers may expose you to dangerous voltage or other hazards, Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
  2. Requiring service after damage – Unplug this product from the wall outlet and please refer to qualified personnel for help if any needs:
    a. When the AC adapter or car charger is damaged.
    b. If liquid has been spilled, or objects have fallen into the product.
    c. If the product has been exposed to moisture or water.
    d. If the product doesn’t been operated operate normally by following the operating instructions. Only adjust settings that are covered by the operating instructions as an improper adjustment may result in damage and will often require extensive work by a qualified technician to restore the product to its normal operation.
    e. If the product has been dropped or damaged in any way, and when the product exhibits a distinct change in performance, service is needed.

Cleaning and Care

  1. Always turn the power off and unplug it from the outlet before cleaning.
  2. Never spray or pour liquids directly on the screen or plastic casing, and clean with a dry towel only.
  3. Do not clean the unit with strong chemical agents or abrasive cleaners.
  4. Do not allow residue or liquids to enter any part of the appliance as this may cause risk of electrocution.
  5. Be sure to remove the disc from the player before packing for moving .

  1. It is equipped with 5 pairs plastic buckles of 10.2mm(0.4’’) , 11.2mm(0.44’’) ,12.2mm(0.48’’) , 12.9mm(0.51’’), 14mm(0.55’’). Choose the correct pair according to the size of vehicle pole.
  2. It is universal for most car headrests (Not available for car seat without headrest poles or car pillar is curved).

    Before use, please place 2 AAA small batteries and aim towards sensor area (near the blue working light or MODE button underneath the player’s panel at an angle of up to 30 degrees in 9.8ft)

  2. AC Adapter ( To charge the player)
    Insert small plug into DC IN jack on right side of the player, the other end insert into AC 100-240V 50/60Hz wall outlet.

  3. Car Charger (To charge the player)
    Insert small plug into DC IN jack on right side of the player, the other end insert into the cigarette lighter socket.

  4. 3.5mm-RCA Cable ( The player connects TV, share same movie on a larger TV screen)
    Insert small plug into AV OUT jack on right side of the player, the other end connect audio/video input on the Televisions ( Red to Red, White to White and Yellow to Yellow).

  5. 2Pcs Headrest Straps ( Install to car headrest)
    Use provided the headrest strap and the headrest mount slot on the bottom cabinet of the player to install to car headrest (For the mounting guides, please see Page 26).

  6. 1Pcs Mounting Brackets ( Install to car backseat)
    It’s made of 5 pairs plastic buckles, 2pcs U shape metal and 1pcs detachable bracket. Choose one correct pair of plastic buckles and mount the player into your car backseat (For the mounting guides, please see Page 26-27).

Buttons on the Panel of the Player

| Press once to stop current play. If you’d resume playing from where you left off, then play to continue. Or if you’d stop playing the disc, then press again.
| During the playback, long press to decrease the volume, short press to rewind. During the SETUP or Menu page, press to turn left.
| During the playback, long press to increase the volume, short press to fast- forward.During the SETUP or Menu page, press to turn right.
| Press to select a media source, DVD/HDMI/USB.
| Press to skip backward between chapters or a title. During the SETUP or Menu page, press to turn up.
| Press to skip fastward between chapters or a title. During the SETUP or Menu page, press to turn down.
| During the playback, press to play or pause the current. During the SETUP or Menu page, press to confirm.
Working Indicator Light| It will be blue when it’s working underneath the player’s panel.
Remote Control Receiver| The remote control receiver is near the blue working light or MODE button underneath the player’s panel at an angle of up to 30 degrees in 9.8ft.

HDMI IN| Sync up to 1080P video from smartphone to the player via Standard HDMI cable (not included).
USB| Slot to insert USB device.
ON/OFF| Turn on/off the player.

AV OUT| Transmit audio/video to other device which has AV IN jack via signal cable connecting, such as TV.

Three Mounting Slots| It’s for two headrest straps to mount the player into your car backseat.
Trays for Mounting Bracket| It’s for the mounting bracket to mount the player into your car backseat.

Remote Control

Using the Remote Control

  1. Before using one remote control, please make sure you have installed two AAA batteries inside in correct way.
  2. When use the remote control to control the player, kindly direct the sensor area (near the blue working light or MODE button underneath the player’s panel).
  3. The remote control works best at a distance less than 9.8ft and at an angle of up to 30 degrees to the front of the unit.
  4. Please make sure no obstacles stand in the way between remote control and infrared sensor and do not place the remote control in direct sunlight. If the remote control fails to work even when it is operated near the player, kindly first to replace new battery to try again.

Notes on Batteries

  1. If the remote control is not used for a long period of time, please remove the battery from the compartment.
  2. Do not heat batteries or dispose them in fires.
  3. Do not dismantle, deform or modify batteries.
  4. Please keep the battery in a safe place to prevent being swallowed by kids.

This unit can play CD-R and CD-RW discs that contain JPEG picture files. This unit doesn’t support the discs which are not listed above ( e.g., PC CD-ROM, CD-Extra, CD-G, CD-I )

Disc Care and Maintenance
Optical discs (DVD, VCD, CD) contain high-density compressed data and need proper handling.

Handling a Disc

  • Hold a DVD/VCD/CD disc by its edge.
  • Avoid touching the recorded side of the disc. To remove a DVD/VCD/CD from its storage case, press down on the canter retention mechanism of the case and lift the disc out.
  • Do not subject discs to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, high humidity, or high temperatures. Do not bend or press disc.
  • To reduce the risk of scratches, always put disc back in its case after use. Store disc vertically in a cabinet.
  • Do not place stickers or labels on either side of a disc.

Disc

Cleaning a disc

  • Use a dry, soft cloth to wipe off any fingerprints and dusts from the playing surface of the disc.
  • Wipe in a straight line radically from the-canter to the outside edge of the disc. Small dust particles and light stains will not affect playback quality.
  • Never use chemicals such as record sprays, anti-static sprays, benzene, or thinners to clean a disc. It will damage the surface of the disc permanently.

Functional Use

HDMI IN Function—Connect the Player with Smartphone
Equipped with HDMI IN function, it could achieve syncing playback from smartphone via below Standard HDMI Cable (not included).
Before you use this function, please read the detailed guides, if there is any problem, please contact us at us-dvd-1106@eitack.com.

  1. First you’d need prepare a Standard HDMI Cable, see below picture.
  2. Please keep charging the player via AC Adapter or Car Charger to make sure it has enough power when syncing playback from smartphone.
  3. Make sure Standard HDMI Cable have enough power apply when syncing playback from smartphone. We’d advice the USB end of Standard HDMI Cable connect usb jack of external devices (such as AC Adapter/Power Bank/USB jack of car) or the player to supply power for the Standard HDMI cable.

1.1-Sync up to 1080P video to the Player via connecting with IOS Devices
Below are the steps, detailed see below Pic.1.1.
Step 1. We suggest you use Way 1 of **1** to connect in priority. First use your own 3 in 1 HDMI Cable or Lighting to HDMI Cable with USB plug. The cable has three connection ends. HDMI end connect HDMI IN jack of the player, USB end connect usb jack of external devices (such as AC Adapter/Power Bank/ USB jack of car) to supply power for your Standard HDMI Cable. And the third end connect the smartphone.
Step 2. The default source of the player is DVD, please press MODE on the player or remote control from “DVD” to “HDMI” on the player first.
Step 3. A pop up message will appear on your smartphone, you need to click ‘Trust” .
Step 4. Wait for seconds, the display of smartphone will be synced to the player automatically.

1 1.2-Sync up to 1080P video to the Player via connecting with Android Devices
Below are the steps, see below picture 1.2.
Step 1. We suggest you use Way 1 of **1** to connect in priority. First use your own 3 in 1 HDMI Cable or Micro USB/Type C to HDMI Cable with USB plug. The cable has three connection ends. HDMI end connect HDMI IN jack of the player, USB end connect usb jack of external devices (such as AC Adapter/ Power Bank/ USB jack of car) to supply power for your Standard HDMI Cable. And the third end connect the smartphone.
Step 2. The default source of the player is DVD, please press MODE on the player or remote control from “DVD” to “HDMI” on the player first.
Step 3. Your smartphone will receive an alert that you need to follow the instruction to download the “MiraPlug” app from “Google Play” first.
Step 4. After the installation complete, please wait for seconds and the display of smartphone will be synced to the player.
Note: Some Android phones (especially for old version ones) do not support the wired screen sharing protocol, so it may happen that the playback of smartphone can not be synced to the player. Please make sure that your smartphone support the wired screen sharing function before using it.

2 Way 2-At the first image of Pic.1.1 and Pic.1.2, you could see Way 2 of1 that used under certain conditions. How to do when use way 2 but it happened to not working correctly?

  1. It works well under normal situation. But considering some Standard HDMI Cables come with high power and the voltage of power supply is not stable all the time, if unstable situation occurs when you use Way 2, please change to Way 1.
  2. How to use Way 2 work in stable situation?
    Use your own Standard HDMI Cable. The cable has three connection ends. HDMI end connects HDMI IN jack of the player, USB end connects USB jack of the player, and the third end connects the smartphone.

Some warm tips when you use the HDMI IN Function:

  1. Please use your Standard HDMI Cable.
  2. Please use Way 1 of **1** to connect. When you use Way 2 of **1** to connect the player and smartphone, if unstable situation occurs, please change to Way 1 of **1**. Considering some Standard HDMI Cables come with high power and the voltage of power supply is not stable all the time. To ensure Standard HDMI Cable work smoothly, we sincerely suggest you to plug usb cable to the external power like power bank, AC adapter, usb jack of car or other usb jacks (other than the player’s usb jack) to supply power for the Standard HDMI Cable.
  3. When you change mode from “DVD” to “HDMI”, you’d need wait few seconds, this is a normal situation. Since the player need some time to react to the instruction.
  4. You can share or play the apps from your smartphone to the DVD player via standard HDMI Cable’s connecting. Due to copyright issue, some application (like Netflix, Hulu, Youtube etc) are copyright protected as they have HDCP protocol which don’t  allow their videos to be shared to other devices. If you have a fire tv stick, you can plug it to the DVD player and enjoy movies freely.

AV OUT Function
Sync Playback to other devices which have AV IN port, such as TV. Below is the way to sync to TV.

  1. Use AC Adapter to keep charging the player.
  2. Use the provided 3.5mm-RCA cable to connect the player and TV. One end connect AV OUT port of the player, the other end connect audio/video input of TV (RED to RED, White to White, Yellow to Yellow).
  3. Open the disc cover and put disc to the player, make sure the label side faces up and close the disc cover.
  4. Slide the Power button “ON/OFF” to “ON” Position to turn on the player.
  5. Change the television to the correct audio/video input setting (Select AV as source on TV).
  6. The default source is “DVD”, the player will load and play discs automatically. Few seconds later, they will start to play a same movie.

Function

HDMI OUT Function
Sync Playback to other devices which have HDMI IN port, such as another dvd player /TV / Projector.
Below is the way to sync to another dvd player via HDMI cable ( another dvd player and HDMI cable not included).

  1. Use AC Adapter/Car Charger to keep charging the player. And make sure two dvd players have the power apply.
  2. Use your HDMI cable to connect two dvd players. One end connect “HDMI OUT” on the player, the other end connect “HDMI IN” on another dvd player.
  3. Open the disc cover and put disc to the player, make sure the label side faces up and close the disc cover.
  4. Slide the Power button “ON/OFF” to “ON” Position to turn on the player.
  5. Switch default “DVD” source to “HDMI“ on the player via pressing MODE button on the player or remote control. And switch to HDMI IN mode on another DVD player. Few seconds later, two players will start to play a same movie.

Function

Basic Operation

Turn on/off the Player
First plug into AC Adapter or Car Charger to keep charging for the player.
Turn it on via sliding the power switch “ON/OFF” to “ON” on the right side on the player.
When you don ‘t use the player, you could slide the power switch “ON/OFF” to “OFF” on the right side on the player to turn it off.
Note:
The player will need wait for seconds to go into the page and load when turn on the player.
This is the normal situation and it will not affect you to use the devices. Since the DVD player is operated by two different systems “DVD ” & “HDMI”, both systems work independently.
When you turn on dvd player, the device need time to load two different systems and react to instructions.

Volume Control
You could increase/decrease the volume via long pressing VOL+/VOL- button on the player or pressing VOL+/VOL- button on remote control.

Note:

  1. Please make sure the remote control has 2*AAA small batteries and aims towards sensor area (near the blue working light or MODE button underneath the player’s panel at an angle of up to 30 degrees in 9.8ft).
  2. The volume will temporarily switched off by pressing the MUTE button on remote control.

Playable Discs

  1. This player will play CD, DVD, CD-R/RW, DVD -R/+R, DVD+RW/-RW, VCD to SVCD discs.
    Note: If you have trouble with playing a certain disc, remove the disc and try a different one.
    Improperly formatted discs will not be played on this player.

  2. Depending on the discs, some operations may be different or restricted.
    Do not put any object other than disc on the disc tray. It may cause the player to malfunction.

Note: If a “ ****” mark appears on the screen when a button is pressed, it means the function is not available at the moment on the current disc or at the current station.
· Depending on the conditions of the recording equipment or the CD, DVD, CD-R/RW, DVD -R/+R, DVD+RW/-RW, VCD to SVCD (Blu-ray discs are not supported ), some discs cannot be played on this player due to the configuration and characteristics of the disc, or due to the condition of recording and digital copyright software that was used.

Select USB/DVD or HDMI Modes

  1. Select USB/DVD Modes: Press MODE button on the player or remote control, you could select DVD or USB mode when certain disc or memory devices are connected.
  2. Selecting HDMI Modes: Press MODE button on the player or remote control and select HDMI.

Note: The default mode is DVD, when you use USB or HDMI, please confirm you have changed the correct mode.

Disc Error Messages
If there is a problem with the format of the loaded disc, the disc cannot be played correctly.

  • The region code of the disc does not match the player’s region code.

  • The parental rating level of the disc is higher than the parental rating level setting of the player.
    The player will not play the disc.

  • Bad/No disc: The player is equipped with automatic disc quality detection software. If the player detects a disc that is damaged or has a format problem, it may play the disc at a lower quality or stop playing completely, depending on how serious the damage is.

Note:
DVD disc production quality may vary and some discs may deviate from the industry standard.
Some incorrectly formatted discs may still play, however, the playback and operational quality of the disc may be substandard.

Play Discs

  1. First plug into AC Adapter or Car Charger to keep charging for the player. Turn it on via sliding the power switch “ON/OFF” to “ON” on the right side on the player.
  2. Open the disc cover and insert a playable DVD or CD disc, make sure the label side is facing up, and then close disc cover.
  3. The player will scan the disc, and then the playback will start automatically. If a disc menu appears on the screen, see “using the disc menu” for details.
  4. If the disc is locked by parental control, you must enter your password (see “PREFERED SETTING” of “SYSTEM SETUP” section for details).
  5. During the playback, press the STOP button to stop playback.
  6. Slide the power switch “ON/OFF” to “OFF” on the right side on the player to turn it off.

Using the Disc Menu
Depending on the disc, a disc menu may appear on the screen once you load the disc.

  1. From the file/ folder list menu, using the direction buttons (UP/DOWN) to select the desired playable file and press the ENTER button to start playback .
  2. lf the desired file is saved in a folder, press the direction buttons (UP/DOWN) to select the saved folder and press the ENTER button to open the folder.

Return to the Root Menu or Title Menu
During the disc playback, press the MENU button to return to the disc’s root menu or title menu (depending on disc). For the MP3 or picture disc, press it to go to the title or folder list after pressing the MENU button or STOP button. Use the direction buttons (UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT ) or the numeric buttons to select a play option. Press the ENTER button to confirm and start playback.

Play/Pause the Playback
During the playback, press the button on the remote control to pause the playback and sound will be muted. Press it again to resume playback.

Select a Track/Chapter/Title
Press the to skip to the previous or next title/chapter/ track.

Stop Playback
During playback, press STOP button to stop playing the disc.

Fast Forward/ Fast Backward Searching
During playback, press button on the remote control repeatedly until the desired speed is reached for fast searching within a track/chapter/title (forward or backward).
Press the button will enter normal playback directly. 2X ~> 4X~ > BX ~ > 16X ~

32X~ > Normal.
Note: The function is invalid on some discs. Do not support the photo playback.

Cycle Playback

  1. Using this feature to cycle current track or selection.
  2. Press the A-B button on the remote to set the desired start point of the section to cycle playback.
  3. Press the A-B button on the remote again to set the desired end point of the section to cycle playback.
  4. The section A-B will now be played repeatedly as a loop.
  5. Press the A-B button the third time to cancel the cycle A-B feature and resume normal playback.

Repeat Playback
You can play a chapter/title/all/track on a disc repeatedly. Press REPEAT button on the remote control repeatedly during playback to select a desired repeat mode. Depending on the kind of disc (DVD,VCD, CD,MP3 or Video photo discs), you have different repeat modes.

Program Playback
During playback, press the PROGRAM during the playback: mode.
Use navigation buttons to scroll through the different fields. Use numeric keypad to enter valid title/ chapter number Maximum of 20 sequences can be programmed.
Select play and then press ENTER to start playback.
To clear the whole program, select STOP and press ENTER.
Note: MPEG4 and some video and JPEG discs do not support this function.

Selecting Subtitle Languages (For DVD Disc)
While playing a DVD disc that has been mastered with multiple subtitles, press the SUBTITLE button repeatedly to select the desired language of the viewable subtitle.
Note: Only DVD recorded with multi-language subtitles have this function.

Changing the Audio Soundtrack Languages (For DVD Disc)
Press the AUDIO button on the remote control repeatedly during playback to select different audio languages.
Note: Only DVD recorded with soundtrack languages have this function. Some recorded DVD disc or video files without this function.

Zoom(For DVD/VCD Disc)

  • Press the ZOOM button on the remote control repeatedly to change the video image during playback.
  • During DVD, VCD playback , each successive press of ZOOM will change the level of magnification. While at ZOOM 2X, 3X, 4X, 1/2,1/3 and 1/4 and normal, use the direction buttons (UP/ DOWN/ LEFT/ RIGHT) on remote control or the unit to view the other parts when the photo is magnified (2X, 3X, 4X, 1/2,1/3 and 1/4 mode can be operated).
  • During the sideshow mode of the JPEG data disc or JPEG file in the USB device, press the ZOOM button on the remote control to zoom in or zoom out the photo. Press the ZOOM button repeatedly to select the zoom level, the screen shows the zoom level, includes the 100%, 125%, 150%, 200%, 75% and 50%. When a picture is magnified, you can press the direction buttons (UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT ) on the remote control to view other panel parts of the magnified picture.
    Note: Zoom may not work on some disc. The picture quality decreases as the picture size increases.

Information Display
During playback, press the DISPLAY button repeatedly to show the disc playback Information on the screen (video format, time, title and chapter etc.)
Note: Depending on the kind of disc (DVD, VCD, CD or Data discs), different information will be shown on display.

Numeric Buttons
Use the numeric buttons to input a DVD chapter, VCD or CD track (invalid for some discs) and press the ENTER button to confirm.
Select ” 1- 9 “, press the numeric button directly;
Select ” 10- 99″, press the “10+ ” button to select the number on ten digits, the number increase along with the number of the button press, press the number directly to select the number on unit digit.

Using the Search Feature (For DVD/VCD/CD Disc)
Note: The function is invalid on some discs.
1. When Playing DVD Disc
Search by title, chapter or time, Stop the playback, at a specific point, and then press the GO TO button: The search window appears on the screen. Use navigation buttons to select a search option:

  • Title: Enter the title number using the numeric keypad.
  • Chapter: Enter the chapter number using the numeric keypad.
  • Disc Time: Use navigation buttons to select a field (minutes , seconds). Use the numeric keypad to enter the field values.

2. When Playing VCD Disc

  • Disc Time: Use navigation buttons to select a field (minutes, seconds). Use the numeric keypad to enter the field values.
  • Track: Enter the track, number using the numeric keypad.

3. When Playing CD Disc
Use navigation buttons to select a search option:

  • Disc Time: Use navigation buttons to select a field (minutes, seconds). Use the numeric keypad to enter the field values.
  • Track: Enter the track, number using the numeric keypad.

The MP3/WM/AVI disc has a directory structure as shown in the picture.
Press the direction key to choose the root directory and then press the ENTER button to enter into the sub directory. Press the direction key to choose the desired track and then press the ENTER.

The PICTURE CD disc has such a directory structure as shown in the following picture.
Press direction key to choose the desired picture and then press the ENTER button to enter into the sub directory. Press direction key to choose the desired picture and then press the ENTER button on the remote control to view the picture. The player will show the pictures by slide show mode automatically, press the button to pause or restart the slide show. Press the stop to turn to the Browse mode. Press MENU if you want to return to the menu.

NOTE:
The quality and playing speed of JPEG photos depend on the resolution and the compression ratio of the photos. Some JPEG photos may not be played due to discs quality and the formats.
Not all video files are played well due to the different video codes.

Image rotation
In picture play state, press the direction key to rotate the picture.

USB Support
For the player, it supports disc formats: CD, DVD, CD-R/RW, DVD -R/+R, DVD+RW/-RW, VCD, SVCD ( RW ) ( Except Blu-ray Disc )
And built-in 2.0 USB slot, it supports max pixels up to 1920*1080, and max capacity up to 32G Flash memory. For formats available, details see below.

Way to Connect USB

  1. Insert the USB device into USB on the right side of the player.
  2. Press MODE button on the player or remote control to select USB source.
  3. Use the Arrow/Enter buttons to select and play content from the connected media drives.

Note: The USB port is compatible with no more than 32G flash memories, it is not compatible with MP3 players using owner software. Please do not insert in the wrong direction, always stop the playback or change to other modes before removing the USB device.

USB Storage Device Protection

  1. The operating features described here might not be possible for some USB devices. Always refer to the instructions supplied with external devices.
  2. Not all USB can be recognized in this player. If you have trouble with playing a file, remove the USB device and try a different one. Improperly formatted files will not be played on this player.

Warm Tips:
Electrical interference and electrostatic discharges may cause the USB device to malfunction and suffer damage, resulting in data loss. It’s strongly recommended that any important data is backed up on a PC to protect against corruption, data loss or device malfunction.

Make sure Last Memory ON at General Setup Page, you can resume the movies or music you like .
To access the setup menu, please make sure the player is under the DVD mode, press the SETUP button on the remote control. You will be given four sub menu options to choose from. Each option is described below. Use the arrow keys to navigate between the options.

The general menu allows you to modify basic setting such as language. The general options are as follows:
TV Display: Adjust the screen aspect ration between 4:3 Pan Scan/4:3 Letter Box/16:9/Wide Squeeze.
Angle Mark: Display an icon on the screen when multiple angles are available.
OSD Language: Allows you to change the menu language.
Screen Saver: Display a screen saver when the portable DVD has not been used for a period of time Last Memory: Revert back to the same spot on a DVD if the portable DVD is turned off in the middle of a program.

Parental: Set a maximum parental rating for discs that can be played without a password
Password: Set a parental lock password (The default password is 000000)

Installation Guide

Way 1-How to Use the Headrest Strap

  1. Slide one strap through the two attachment points horizontally on the rear of the dvd player.
  2. Slide the other strap through the top attachment point on the rear of the player vertically.
  3. Attach the back side of the player to the proper position on rear side of the car headrest.
  4. Pull strap in horizontal through the buckles and tighten as wish to fix the dvd player on the headrest in firm horizontally.
  5. Finally, pull the vertical strap through the buckle as above to tighten the player on vertical direction firmly.

How to take the brackets apart?
Before installing, it is necessary to know some details about how to take some accessories apart in the first. This will be much helpful and convenient for you no matter is installing or disassemble.

How to mount the bracket to car headrest
Step 1.
① Choose one correct pair plastic buckles according to the size of vehicle pole.
Put the individual buckles into the headrest post and then connect the buckles together firmly.
② Place the big plastic plate in the center of the headrest, then plug the two U shape metal into the buckles.
③ Push the U shaped metal directly into the two joints on both sides of the plastic plate.

Step 2.
① Put the plastic stand with scew into the round hole at the end side of long track on the back side of the dvd player.
② Slide the plastic stand into the suitable position on the track.
③Rotate the plastic screw nut to the right to fix the stand firmly.

Step 3.
① Insert the stand to the big plastic plate connection jack.
② Slide the button on the plate to “ ****”and lock the stand.
③ Hold the dvd player with hand to press down or lift up to adjust the angle of the screen to the best visual.

Compatibility Note:

  1. It is universal for most car headrests (Not available for car seat without headrest poles or car pillar is curved)
  2. The provided bracket is compatible with the headrest pole distance from 11cm-18cm (4.33inch -7.08inch) and plastic buckles fits for the diameter size of the pole from 10.2mm-14mm (0.4inch0.55inch)
  3. Provided headrest straps are widely compatible with most of headrest dvd player & headrest with or without poles;
  4. The exclusive mounting bracket bring you an easy installation or disassemble without any extra tools
  5. Please use provided brackets to install the device to the headrest other than brackets from other supplier.

Warm Tips:

  1. When adopting the straps to fix the device to the headrest, please do your best to ensure the strap & the plastic buckles fastened firmly.
  2. Each buckle has marked the exact size on it, before installing, please kindly first check the distance between the 2 poles in the seats and the diameter of the 2 poles and then select the correct size from the provided 5 sets buckles.
  3. Before installation, it is best to disassemble the required buckles and brackets first , which will be much helpful and convenient to install.
  4. When plugging the U shaped metal to the plastic plate, please ensure the U metal plugged into the hole completely.
  5. After connecting the stand to the big plate well, do not forget to slide the button on big plastic plate from right to left to lock the stand. Or the stand connecting the dvd player will be possible to slide out and cause the device damage.
  6. After installing the dvd player to the headrest well , if need to adjust the bracket angle , it is better that use one hand to hand the bracket and one hand press the dvd player up/down to adjust the view angle, such operation will be helpful for expand the  lifespan of the bracket and your using .
  7. If you don’t use the device in a long time , please kindly move off all cables from the device and power source and keep well all the spare parts in proper position.

How to Put it on the Desk
Put the plastic stand with scew into the round hole at the end side of long track on the back side of the dvd player.
Slide the plastic stand into the suitable position on the track.
Rotate the plastic screw nut to the right to fix the stand firmly.

How to Open the Clamshell
Hold the player with 4 fingers, put your index finger on the protruding parts at both ends of the machine, and push outward to open the clamshell easily.

This is a normal situation.| The DVD player is operated by “DVD ” & “HDMI” two different systems, both systems work independently. When you turn on the player, the device need time to load two different systems and react to instructions.
It does no effect for you to use the device.
When you change mode from DVD to HDMI, you’d need wait few seconds. This is a normal situation.| Since the player need some time to react to the instruction to change from DVD to HDMI system.
Screen has scratches. Here is a screen protector attached to the screen after the test. It will not affect the use of machine.| You could take the screen protector off before using by some pointed tools. And if it is attached tightly, you may need some time and efforts.
After that, please use soft cloth to clean the screen.
Can’t sync video to the player from smartphone| 1. Plug wrong HDMI OUT jack on the player.
